Fantastic experience: Don’t know why I’ve never reviewed E-shores before as I’ve been on a lot of trips arranged through them over many years. Kadie is my go to girl and attends to every detail. I generally research my own hotels and I know Kadie will ensure they are a good choice before booking. We have just returned from a 4 city, 10 day trip to USA which included our wedding vow renewal in Las Vegas and yes, Kadie arranged it all. In the past Kadie has arranged numerous multi city trips for us - all running smoothly. When one of our internal flights was cancelled she arranged an alternative AND called us at the hotel to reassure us. From flights, excursions to train transfers - there is nothing Kadie can’t sort. Even first class tickets on the Pacific Surfliner (the most memorable travel experience - San Diego to Los Angeles), at Kadie’s recommendation, all sorted by the best travel agent ever. Seriously cannot recommend Eshores highly enough. Thank you Kadie - you’re amazing! Jackie & Mark Smith

Fantastic experience: We were recommended E-shores and it was a great shout. Doesn’t matter where you live as all conducted over the phone/email. From the first interaction they were swift, efficient and offered value for money. We dealt with Rob who was accommodating and flexible. He provided a schedule for our holiday but was happy to tweak to tailor our needs with hotels of our choosing, transfers and providing peace of mind throughout. Once booked, Rob was still on hand to answer our queries so can’t fault the after sales service either. Very impressive all round and wouldn’t hesitate to use again thanks to Rob.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from 13 days in Thailand. Nick organised the whole trip. We started in Bangkok, then to Chiang Mai and finally Koh Samui, with a two day excursion that included a floating rafts hotel on the river Kwai and a guide to take us to the famous bridge amongst other places connected to the prisoners of war and another two day stay at an elephant sanctuary, with time pre-booked for us to spend time with the elephants. Where do I start, the whole trip was amazing and what made it totally amazing was that everything Nick said would happen did! Every transfer, every detail was taken care of, leaving us to have the best time totally stress free. Cannot praise Nick and Eshore enough or recommend them highly enough. We will never use anyone else again. Totally brilliant. Thank you for the best holiday.

Fantastic experience: Booked our golden triangle and goa holidays through eshores with a lovely lady called emma, she was absolutely 1st class as we had loads of questions and nothing was too much trouble. The whole way through our holiday every connection, guide ,hotel and flight ran so smoothly . The tour was with Crystal india who were great . Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a truly amazing and memorable 16 night multi-trip holiday in Southeast Asia, including Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Bali. We were so lucky and grateful that we were recommended eShores from our family. Michelle was very patient, friendly and understanding of our preferences, and was so quick in providing us with a quote back in October 2023. Throughout the period in which we paid for our holiday in instalments, eShores were very prompt in providing us with relevant updates, which was much appreciated. Fantastic experience: I originally booked a 2 Centre holiday to Thailand with a lovely lady, Lynette. This was to include flights, hotels and Taxi transfers. However, a few months after booking my son had to have surgery and would not be recovered in time for the trip. I contacted Lynette and, without any hesitation, she reassured me and rearranged the whole trip for a later date. The trip was faultless and everything was perfectly organised. Thank you, eshores!!

Fantastic experience: We have just returned back from three weeks in Thailand and it went seamlessly thanks to all of Emma‘s help. She gave us ideas as we were unsure on where we initially wanted to travel and she put together an itinerary helping us to decide and narrow down places that we wanted to visit in Thailand. Emma organised all of our transfers and ferries and even chose our hotels. All of the hotels were amazing and she knew exactly what we wanted. The trip was completely trouble-free. Fantastic experience: We booked a 3 week trip travelling across America on Route 66 with eShore. Matt couldn’t have been more helpful, he planned out a rough itinerary and was more than happy to tailor it to our needs. The hotels/motels he recommended were all more than satisfactory, and the car hire ( we did change vehicles towards the end ) was trouble-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend eShore to anybody looking to make this trip.

Fantastic experience: At the time of writing, I have not been on my trip, so my review is purely based on my experience of booking the holiday. Initially we contacted eShores and spoke to someone about researching a holiday to India but unfortunately we didn’t hear back from them. We then contacted eShores again and were put in touch with Andy. Andy has been great throughout the whole process. We started with a recommended itinerary for the golden triangle followed by a few days on the beach as a baseline holiday to work from. From there we were able to tailor make our trip, removing what we didn’t want to do, and ensuring we visited certain landmarks we wanted to visit. Andy was patient with us throughout this process, even when we asked to consider different locations, only to revert back to our original plan. Andy was also in regular contact with their local operator India to seek advice on our curve ball ideas. For instance, we asked about an alternative location for our beach holiday and they advised against the area outlining their areas of concern. Andy communicated with us mainly over the phone and was available during the week and on weekends, following up with updated written itineraries each time. Moreover, Andy recommended we push our dates back by a week, because it would save us over £700 and secured us direct flights from India back to the UK, as opposed to stop over flights (with very long waits until our next flights). We were impressed by this as it shows their duty of care to their customers. This saving has allowed us to upgrade the hotel for our days on the beach. Whilst it remains to be seen how the holiday goes, based purely on the booking and organising process, I would happily recommend eShores and would use again.

Fantastic experience: This is now the second time we have booked a holiday through eShores. Once again we had no problems. Our holiday was to Thailand with stops in Bangkok,Koh Samui and Hue Hin. Negative experience: I have tried several times over the last few years to enquire and book holidays with them. No one has ever gotten back to me, both via email or when I've called them directly. It's a shame, especially because I had a good time on a multi-centre USA trip that a friend had organised with them nearly 10 years ago. But it's not for me to chase them to get back to me.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently travelled to Cairo then we flew onto Luxor. Nick arranged everything from flights ,hotels, pickups and day excursion to pyramids, museum,market etc. Local pickup company contacted me the day before and introduced their driver so we knew what he looked like so was able to find in the large crowd outside the airport. The company they chose for the excursion day was excellent and we really enjoyed the experience and all the sites.Leanne in aftersales went above and beyond to assist us when our flight was changed. Great service from both Nick and Leanne and we will certainly be using EShores again.

He helped us from start to finish over a number of days we are visiting New York Las Vegas and San Francisco. Positive experience: Many thanks to Andy for arranging our holiday...eShores organised our flights, initial accommodation and car hire and left the rest to us. They'll do as much or as little as you want, leaving you to make some of your own planning if you wish. We did have flight changes late on, but this was sorted by Michelle and Hannah, so thanks to them...Dollar car hire at Las Vegas airport were not really on the ball, as we tried three cars before we found one that was roadworthy. The girl who we dealt with on return was very sullen and not very personable. She probably could benefit from some customer care training. I only say this as eShores may want to be aware of this and use another rental company at Vegas airport in future.. All in all a good service from eShores, and would certainly use again....Thank you

Kelly was able to get prices, dates, flights etc all within a few hours. We booked a few days later and have just got back - an amazing trip all thanks to them, all transfers included made it so much easier, too. Will be recommending to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Just arrived back after a genuinely unforgettable honeymoon in Budapest, Vienna and Prague. Eshores have been first class throughout the entire process, they were excellent when we needed to rearrange our holiday due to COVID and they pretty much fully customised our itinerary to make sure our flights, hotels and connecting trains were when and where we wanted them. Their handy little ticket pack, with all boarding information, train tickets and travel itinerary was a massive help throughout the trip, they took care of everything and my consultant Dave was always quick to reply or give me a call with any questions or concerns. I would 100% give my money to this company again and would recommend their services to anybody looking for a bespoke multi-centre holiday.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Gavin and the team at eShores. They helped me plan my honeymoon and after a small hiccup with the initial holiday plan, due to the country changing their entry requirements, Gavin was able to rebook us in a new destination with 3 choices of resorts. He literally saved my honeymoon and did it all with a helpful attitude and approach. Will be using again for the Mrs’ birthday later in the year.

Fantastic experience: Used them for Australia last year, despite the collapse of TC they helped me through. Used them again for Thailand, again completely professional. Will always use them.

Negative experience: I was in holiday in Thailand with a friend, unfortunately our flight hime got cancelled and our flight home had to be changed. This was not the problem. During this exchange they managed to cancel our internal flight 3 days into the holiday between Bangkok and Phuket. We agreed that I would purchase new tickets so that we didnt lose out on transfers and hotel bookings and they would refund me the costs incured. 2 weeks later I have recieved no reimbursment for the flights i had to rebuy and despite multiple emails they have still to update me on the situation.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from an Egypt cruise and stay arranged by Hannah at Eshores. I didn't want the usual cruise and Red Sea resort stay and Hannah arranged the exact holiday I requested. Everything went according to itinerary apart from a small glitch regarding the transfer from hotel to airport which was sorted promptly via e-mail. Many thanks to Hannah and everyone concerned

Fantastic experience: Our third trip with eshores and our third trip arranged by James and yet another wonderful experience. Having previously travelled to Thailand and Vietnam this time we went to India for two weeks which included The Golden Triangle by train (amazing) culminating with a week in Goa. All flights, train and airport transfers included which made for a trip of a lifetime. Would recommend anyone to use this company and James in particular, will definitely use them again.

I came across eShores and they arranged all travel and hotels for a fraction of the price. All their end went well and so did the holiday. I will be using them again no doubt. The hotels that they’ve booked for us have been really good quality. The locations have been really handy for things like shops, restaurants and attractions. The transfers have also been excellent to. They have came on time and the drivers were very friendly. I would certainly book with them again!
