Fantastic experience: Nurul sorted my umrah package personally . Arranged everything I cannot praise him enough everything he said he would sort he did All went like clockwork the expert guide Hafiz Faidal Kareem and his driver went above and beyond ensuring our Umrah completed correctly he walked every step with us expertly quoting the correct prayers at the correct spot . Umrah is a difficult process and quite strenuous but he explained everything. Vehicle he used was a brand new Land Cruiser. When he said he would pick up at 12 he would be on time no waiting around . I have nothing but good things to say about Nurul and Express everything he suggested from flights hotels personal guides all worked perfectly

Negative experience: 1 star from me Absolutely awful customer service! I texted twice with a simple enquiry, and although I could see the messages were read, I got no response. They completely ignored me. It's clear they have zero respect for their customers. Everyone should stay far away from this company. Their service is not just bad it's disgusting. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. Avoid them at all costs! Shame Shame Shame

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. After booking with prime express, I wanted to amend my ticket. Turns out they were charging more than the actual ticket price just to amend the dates. First time using this agency and glad to say the last time as well. Not trust worthy people. I am dissatisfied because your agents were trying to charge me 600 POUNDS to change the dates. How does that make any sense ? I could buy a new ticket for that price or even for a cheaper price! Please reconsider what I have been advised and the extortion prices you have set. Unfair people.. ridiculous service.
