Negative experience: There is no signage on the front of the property that says Sylhet Travel or STS. Opening times says Saturday 9-5pm but it was closed with shutters down. The contact number I rang went straight to voice mail, I left a message for a call back but that didn't happen either. Waste of a ten minutes drive. Quite disappointed They need to update their information and have proper signage if they want people to know where they are!

Negative experience: Mr Mortuz Ali previously gave good service. But this time i called them couple of times to book my flight, his other staff said he will call me back but they never call me back then i had to book my flight with another company.
