Negative experience: Waste of time...worst on internet ive seen..cant get anything near what your looking for..only what they want to sell

Negative experience: Shop opening hours on a Saturday are 9.00am. But have to stand outside for 15 minutes. When asked if it was correct, no apology but advised they have to do all their checks first. They had 4 people sat at desks from 9am . Whilst stood. Poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service by Katie. We knew where we wanted to go. Flight and transfers done in a jiffy. Nothongbtoo much trouble for the staff, very friendly and attentive.

Negative experience: Poor. Quotes returned to me were the wrong dates. Then couldnt give me the right information. Then got all the information I needed else where and cost less money than quoted at Hays.
