Fantastic experience: I had a very friendly welcoming visit to the store today from Charlotte and Roxanne. Charlotte was very helpful and listened to exactly what I was looking for in a holiday. She was so patient and went through hotels with me and made a huge effort to find me a great price searching different dates. Me and my family felt so overwhelmed looking for holidays ourself so I’m so relieved that Charlotte was able to find our perfect holiday. A big thank you to her and Roxanne for all of their help. I will definitely go into store to book any future holidays with them, couldn’t have asked for a better service!

Kim was incredibly friendly, approachable, and thorough – at one point simultaneously assisting both me in store and my friend on the phone, ensuring we had all the information needed before finalising the booking. Fantastic experience: I was extremely satisfied and all my expectations were met, when I made an appointment with one of the travel advisors, called Charlotte in the Enfield TUI store 2.5 weeks ago. Charlotte was extremely helpful, friendly and advised me around potential holidays she had to offer around my preferences and choices. I returned from my holiday yesterday after flying to The Eagles Palace Resort in Halkidiki, Greece for 7 nights, half board. The holiday was my first experience of a solo holiday and it was a perfect resort with a luxurious feel and a high standard of attentiveness. I definitely would recommend this resort and I would love to return to this resort again in the future!

Negative experience: Don’t book with TUI especially Roxanne here, book two Hoilday from this branch with her both have been utter disaster’s! I don’t like to complain but twice! Find someone better to spend your hard earned money with, that you saved & saved for a beautiful getaway! Trust me I’ve been done twice. Go elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I popped into the enfield branch of tui to see what was available for myself and my son . I was helped by a friendly lady called Kelly whom was very patient and informative too . She really made our visit a pleasant experience for us inc my autistic son , we were both very happy with the holiday info and caring nature from Kelly .
