Fantastic experience: Went on a day trip on Saturday to Bury market I have to say the service was excellent your driver (Cant remember his name) was absolutely superb....explaining all about Bury market and surrounding shops etc. Thoroughly enjoyed it, I usually drive there it was a nice change to be driven. Thankyou for your excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Transfer both to and from Manchester Airport. Phoned to book and the lady who answered was very helpful and she called the day before we were due to travel to check everything was still OK. Drivers picked us up on time and loaded our cases and on return we had some slight confusion as to where we were supposed to go (mainly as we had not used Manchester Airport since all the alterations were done to terminal 2) found the driver who helped us with our cases and when we arrived home he unloaded our cases and carried them into the communal hallway for our flats. Couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly, efficient service from start to finish.

Negative experience: Instructions on location of collection were extremely vague. We were aggressively shouted at by the driver & pressured into paying a large parking fine because it took us more than 5 minutes to find him. I have googled the airport parking cost - he would not have been charged this excessive amount & this extra cost was not disclosed when booking or paying for previously. After a night flight this was extremely upsetting & didn’t give us much choice. WARNING could be charged more than agreed at collection.

Fantastic experience: Thanks To Mike at MD Travel - we made our holiday after a silly mistake by us. He pulled out all the stops to get us away. We've used MD for 12-15 years for all our airport transfers and this just shows why we've made the right choice. Very highly recommended!

Negative experience: We are writing to formally report the conduct of one of your employees, Mr. Nicholas Jasonlove, during an incident that occurred at our premises, Ricky’s Kitchen, on 8th May 2025. Mr. Jasonlove arrived in a vehicle clearly branded with your company’s name and insignia. During his visit, he made a complaint regarding portion size, but did so only after fully consuming his meal. When our staff explained that we use standard containers common across the industry and that all customers are served equally, Mr. Jasonlove responded in a manner that we believe was abusive, threatening, and racially inappropriate. He identified himself as a frequent Google reviewer and appeared to use that status to attempt to pressure our staff into giving compensation. When this was not granted, his behavior escalated. His language was offensive, intimidating, and highly unprofessional — all while operating your branded company vehicle in public. The entire incident was captured on our CCTV system, and a police report has been filed. The matter has been officially recorded, and our business is listed as the victim. He was instructed to leave the premises, and he is no longer permitted to return without written permission. We are disappointed and concerned that a professional representing your organization would behave in such a manner in public. Our business is a small, independent operation, and we are committed to creating a safe and respectful workplace for our staff and customers. No one deserves to be treated in the way Mr. Jasonlove treated our team. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.

Fantastic experience: We used to use MD Travel a few years back but we changed our holidays destinations and used our car more. We are now having to use Manchester Airport for the foreseeable future and I refuse to drive there so we booked with MD. And glad we are to have done that too. Both drivers were there on time and great drivers too. Added bonus being to get a text soon as you land from the driver so you know where he is. Comfy cars, minimum fuss, phone help if need was... I struggle to see how better this service could be. Definitely will use for all our future trips.

Fantastic experience: I took my car for a service to DrivenSave which is part of MDTravel and they gave me a tour of the vehicles. They have stretch limos, an incredible Land Yaht, luxury coaches, party bus, it was incredible. I was driven to the shops in the S class Mercedes! I can't get over how helpful they were. I had to take photos!

Fantastic experience: Booked a 53 seater coach with MD travel from the very first phone call made I was very impressed with the service, the girls in the office were first class especially Danielle and Michelle, who i dealt with , then came to the trip to Wembley for the Carabou cup final , the drivers where excellent on time and very accommodating towards our group sorting film and the music for us throughout the day , the two drivers we had Steve and Mike where 2 top drivers even down to getting into our parking spot in the 53 seater I’d arranged , they were also very friendly and let us enjoy our trip , I would definitely recy MD travel and we will be travelling with them again , Thanks to all at the company

Negative experience: Incredibly arrogant driver, decided to park diagonally over two disabled bays, without having authorisation to use even one. When challenged his response was "I don't care"

Negative experience: This company is massively overpriced and you’ll be waiting forever, it’s honestly cheaper to get a taxi to the airport this company is an absolute rip off, plus you can eat and drink in a taxi and it’s cheaper so don’t waste you time and money get a ride somewhere else!!!!

Fantastic experience: l arranged for MD travel to collect me from Manchester airport Thursday 29th August 2019 after a short notice call from Toronto 2 days before ,on arrival l was immediately met by driver the service was 1st Class And journey was pleasant with good conversation between driver ,l forgot to ask driver his name but thank you , l would strongly recommend and will definitely use MD travel from now on .

Fantastic experience: We have used M+D many times over the years and they have always been punctual and professional as well as good value for money. Most recently I booked a party bus through their Mad Wednesday promotion. The driver, Steve, was excellent with the bunch of very excited 13 year olds. My daughter said how muchh fun they had and by the time we met them at the restaurant he had them assembled outside taking photos for them. There is one receptionist who has such a lovely telephone manner, unfortunately I don't know her name but her birthday is in Feb (just in case the boss is reading and needs to find out who it is!). She is always really helpful and very friendly on the phone.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this service enough. Our pick up both journeys was on time and the vehicles used were clean and comfy. But the icing on the cake was the driver. He was amazing and should be on the stage. He made us all laugh and was very helpful with the cases. I will definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: Recently used MD for travel for our airport runs. Service was brilliant right on time. On return our driver John "Cobra" was great, very friendly his car was very clean and comfortable and he even offered complimentary water.
