Fantastic experience: AlhamdolilAllah, myself and my wife got the opportunity to perform Hajj in June 2024 with Qibla Travels. I got in touch with Mr. Khan around 20th May as I know Qibla Travels since 2012 when I done my first UMRA. Due to short time as only couple of weeks were left, I was not expecting such smooth sailing. But all credit goes to Mr. Khan who even booked our flights without taking any deposit despite I was still waiting for my wife's passport. As soon as I received my wife passport everything was sorted very smoothly/quickly. We had very useful interactive pre-departure seminar with food as well which we were not expecting at all. Coaches were arranged so that whole group can travel together to Airport and it was big favour from Qibla Travels as well. Mrs. Khan and Qari Sabib traveled with the group and AlhamdolilAllah it was very well managed. In Makka, hotel, food and other services were provided as was mentioned in initial conversation, which was not the case when I done my first Hajj in 2016 with different operator and had to share room with 8 peoples contrary to 4 to 5 sharing. There were few Tents issues in Mina/Arafat which is something to do with the Saudi's ministry but it will be appropriate all Hajj operators should raise the issue with Sauidi government so that it should be avoided in future. Regarding bus transfer from Makka to Mina/Arafat and Madina was very time consuming and we should keep in mind that Qibla Travels or any other operator can't do anything in this regard. Our stay in Madina was pleasant as the hotel was only few minutes away. As our return flight was from Jeddah, Mr Khan kindly made the train booking for all of us and covered the cost as well. Otherwise it could have been roughly 10 hours bus journey. So, over all our blessed journey was very pleasant/comfortable and all credit goes to Mr and Mrs Khan as both were readily available if any brother/sister needs assistance. Big thanks to whole team of Qibla Travels for all their efforts and may Allah bless you all (Ameen). Last but not the least, I would like to thank Qari Ghulam Nabi for his guidance and the way he conducted himself during the whole journey. Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure and honour to visit the holy land- to those who have been blessed to go can only testify to the awe inspiring experiencing of gazing at the Kabbah and the sense of utter serenity one feels when at the 2 haraams. Alhamdulilah, as someone who has been multiple times, my recent umrah with Qibla travels was the most memorable for the following reasons: Flights & travel: unless you travel with Saudi airlines, some time spent in transit is inevitable. The time we spent during layover in Turkey was enough to refresh and change into ihraam and not long enough for it to be burdensome. Our package included private travel from the moment we arrived in Jeddah. My wife and I were privately escorted to Mecca, Medina and to the two ziyaras in modern cars with air conditioning by courteous english speaking drivers that were knowledgeable about the significant points of interest. Also, the travel for the inbound and outbound flights to and from Stansted airport were done comfortably as they were booked at times that had minimal traffic. Hotels: both hotels in Mecca and Medina were accessible to the Masjids by foot which meant we could easily make the most of our time there. Service - Tarik, the brother they had on the ground there to facilitate all the travels, tours and queries was exceptional. He was extremely responsive and had everything arranged in advance. He genuinely hosted us in a way that made us feel that we are guests of Allah.

Hajj is about Sabr and Alhumdo lilah my family and I had a wonderful experience and fulfilled all of our Hajj rituals. We received a fantastic service from Qibla travels. From being seen off at the airport to having them guide us every step of the way. The hotel during Hajj was good and had everything we needed, with a good location near Mina. The Makkah and Madinah hotels were superb and just outside both harams. The transfers were good and reliable. All our family told us “the expectation is not always the reality during Hajj and to go with the flow” and Alhumdo lillah with this in mind Allah SWT’s plan for us were better than our expectations. Mr and Mrs Khan are both lovely kind hearted individuals and performed Hajj with us. I have good memories of our time together in Mina, Arafat, Mudzalifa, Jamaraat, Madinah and even the flight home! There was plenty of jokes and friendly conversation too! It was always service with a smile and they always provided us with all the necessary communication on next steps/ arrangements of our journey. We were fully supported with our ibaadah and performed our Hajj Tawaaf eh ziyara and Sai together, a memory I will cherish forever. Positive experience: Detailed Review to follow. Was hesitant to leave a negative review previously, as kept making excuses for them. Would have been 1 star if we didn't know the family personally, whom are decent people. Sadly they have left the management to an employee by the name of Irfan. Completely unreliable, May 2020, May 2021 put it down to the whole rigmarole of COVID, but was mindful of the price gouging going on and decided to forget about loyalty due to the extortionate price difference, and went with Kirmani Travel and tours. A year later rang around as you usually would in July 2022 after being given a slightly pricey quotation, and letting him know we were flexible on dates, as well as providing a cheaper itinerary than the one being offered by himself, we were told he would call back. Two days later after chasing him up , we were given an even higher price as he had forgotten what he had initially quoted. Ended up going elsewhere AGAIN ! But that's not the issue. My uncle was extremely ill in Pakistan in November. Frantically phoned around as needed 3 tickets for same day travel, money wasn't an issue. Explained needed to get COVID fit to fly tests sorted, don't have time for running around for tickets, and agreed to touch base again with him by 11am, needed direct tickets regardless of cost. Phone constantly going unanswered, ended up quickly booking British Airways directly online. Irfan decides to call me close to 1pm to begin the whole process from scratch, offering me alternative dates and saying only 2 tickets were available for today, and that I shouldn't have left it last minute! Flabbergasted at his audacity, reminded him that it was an emergency and that i had wassaped him at 8am, and had spoken to him at 9am odd , with him agreeing to call me back before 11am. Gave him a lecture about his unprofessional behaviour and told him to fix up. In fairness he did apologise but I explained to him it still wasn't on , and that I wouldn't be leaving a negative review despite all the schenanigans on condition that he changes his behaviour. Sadly it has come to my knowledge recently that they charged my sister and brother in law £5250 for two tickets , which were not for the closest destination airport (Islamabad), but for Lahore instead, arriving after the burial of my uncle. Surely as friends of the family they could have advised to purchase tickets directly from the airport which I doubt wouldn't have cost £5250. Although at that time money wasn't a big issue, as time was of the essence in order to attend the burial ceremony of my uncle. My understanding is that Airlines usually have a couple of tickets reserved for airport purchases.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of going on an Umrah trip organised by Mrs Khan from 'Qibla Travels'. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The trip was really well organised, from start to finish, that I felt completely at ease and was able to focus on the spiritual aspect of the journey rather than thinking about planning, logistics and next steps. Qibla Travels took care of everything, from booking flights, accommodation to arranging transportation and meals. The hotels we stayed at were of a brilliant standard and the food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. What's more, Mrs Khan was knowledgeable and friendly, providing the group with valuable information meaning we were able to explore the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah without any hassle, thanks to the well-structured itinerary. Fantastic experience: Qibla Travel have been very supportive right from the start with my booking and all the way through the entire trip. Mrs Khan provided great and instant feedback to any questions or requests. The team in Saudi could not be faulted. The hotels were well located and provided a very good service although not really 5 star as rooms and public areas were on the smaller side. Flights with Royal Jordanian was great - although a long stopover on the way back. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this service.

Positive experience: My family and I travelled with Qibla travel in March 23 for our umrah trip. Allahmadullah we were very happy and satisfied with the entire trip. As this was not our first trip, we were able to find our own way around however we all appreciated Mrs Khan's communication and commitment to all travellers to ensure their comfort, well-being and safety was looked after at all times - especially those who were elderly and travelling alone. The guide that was used in Makkah was very pious and knowledgeable with beautiful recitation and duas during our umrah along with teachings and stories of our prophet (SAW), which were touching and memorable. I would however recommend that in future when travelling with people with mobility concerns/elderly people a direct flight is used as connecting flights are hard and tiresome. Fantastic experience: Really pleased with the conduct of the host and the package arrangements. The lady is very very kind and cooperative. A few recommendations for improvement would be to integrate English speaking guides as this is assumed to be a cohort of mixed nationalities and make the excursion longer, trying to cover more places of both the cities.

With very short notice the agents got back to us within 24 hours with a few options for us to choose from. Fantastic experience: Family had used this travel agent and no doubt the service was excellent. The arrangements were so good that one can go on pilgrimage and do ibadah and not have to worry about arrangements. The local manager Mr Tariq was excellent, always available and kept us informed of forthcoming arrangements. The hotels were 5* and nothing short of expectations. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them to book future trips.

Fantastic experience: Booked an Umrah trip. Very nice and professional people to deal with. Information was given in a clear and concise way. The travel company arranged for Makkah and Medinah were on time, professional and provided decent cars. Overall was a great trip alhamdulilah and went smoothly.

Negative experience: Unfortunately communication with Qibla travels was a poor experience for us. Flight dates being changed without consulting us which meant losing a day. We arrived in Makkah 7am which meant we would need to book a room a day before to ensure we had rooms available. This was a decision made to ensure elderly people could relax sooner rather than later, especially when in state of Ehram. When we arrived the hotel had no idea. We eventually got our rooms 3 hours later, besides one brother didn’t get a room at all and we ended up paying for his room instead. Support was poor from the agent and this could have been better. We felt we were not taking seriously and these issues could have been avoided if the agent really respected the fact that we were a big group with elderly people. Allah knows best, but once in Ehram we all know we have to be patient. What we don’t expect is difficulties caused by a fellow Muslim agent. We have not yet received the money for the room we paid for and each time we would confront them about a situation, qibla travels would take it negatively.

Negative experience: Qiblah travels unprofessional And gave us too many problems. Changed our flight times without telling us which caused us significant inconvenience and Wouldn’t provide written confirmation at the time of payment. Didn’t give room confirmation until few days before travelling. When we reached makkah. Qibla travels did not give room reservation details to movenpick hotel so there was a 3 hr delay in getting our rooms. I have multiple health issues and this gave us a lot of stress as we required a room upon our arrival in makkah. Two people did not get a room at all and Mr sayed payed out of his own pocket so that they could get a room for the first night. The following day they had to leave the room as Qiblah travels had not solved the problem. They gave our group lots of inconvenience. Please be extra cautious when booking with qibla travels , personally I will never book with him again .

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with qibla travels. Right from the beginning, they did not deliver as promised. *They confirmed flight details with us and then booked us onto another flight without discussing with us. * they confirmed a 14 nights package but we only got 13 nights. * said that they’ll rearrange our flights to ensure that we get the 14 nights as agreed but after 4 weeks said that the airlines couldn’t accommodate our request ( I have liaised with airlines enough to know that it doesn’t take 4 weeks to confirm a change of flights . * one week before travelling , they wanted to change our hotels in makkah .( we had to strongly request same hotels as agreed at the time of booking as other family members had booked into the same hotel ) mr khan said that we were very difficult customers but AT NO POINT DID WE ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT WAS CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.HOWEVER THEY DID NOT HONOUR THEIR WORD. Myself and my husband had planned to support our family and friends during Umrah and our group of 29 people consisted of many disabled and needy travelers and due to the flight change without our Agreement meant that we reached makkah at 8.00 in the morning instead of 1am in the morning, which resulted in the elderly not having a good nights rest before commencing their umrah . Rooms not available on our arrival in makkah as reservation numbers not provided to the hotel and we didn’t get the rooms until 11am. These rooms should have been available immediately upon our arrival at 8am. Two people did not get a room at all for the first night and ended up waiting in reception until midnight . We paid over £200 to book a room for the night as mr khan and his agent were unable to resolve the issue and advised us to stop panicking as we were not aware of how the system works . ( Alhumdulillah been for umrah and hajj many times and know quite well how the system works) Mr khan refused to pay the hotel for the night at our request and said it was his agents fault . The two persons were checked out of their room the following afternoon and the issue was not resolved until later that evening. WE HAVE ASKED MR KHAN FOR A REFUND FOR THE ADDITIONAL PAYMENT THAT WE MADE TO RECTIFY HIS MISTAKE, BUT AFTER NEARLY 4 WEEKS, WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND AND HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO OUR REQUEST. If you decide to travel with qibla travels . Please make sure that you check and confirm all the details as I see that on the packages they have advertised , they state Maden hotel or similar but they must be accurate in what they are providing as some people who haven’t been for umrah before will be none the wiser and accept whatever’s given to them . Totally lost faith in qibla travels . When they took our deposit . They promised that they would make us happy and we would have no complaints . But they completely disappointed us .

Alhamdulillah it was a very good experience and especially when traveling with children and not knowing what to expect!! Qibla travels put our minds at ease and it allowed us to perform our umrah with peace of mind. The transport manager in Saudi ensured he was always in contact with us from the time of landing there to the time of our return. The transfers from Jeddah airport to Makkah and from Makkah to Madina and the transport for ziyarat was all coordinated very well and on time.
