Fantastic experience: I visited the TUI Lord Street shop today (20th January 2025) to enquire about a holiday, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with the warmest welcome—genuinely phenomenal. The team couldn’t have been friendlier; they made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my visit. The customer service was outstanding—every question I had was answered with professionalism and enthusiasm. The staff truly went above and beyond, even offering me a cup of coffee while I explored my holiday options. The atmosphere in the shop was lovely, and the team’s passion for what they do really shone through. I left feeling confident and excited about my holiday plans. Negative experience: Was advised via email 24 hours before departure that our aircraft had changed but we would still have the same service on board (tui staff & dining) we then got to the airport to be in a queue for 1 hour 20 minutes to check in for new boarding passes due to the aircraft change, which then rushed us through security meaning no time to eat or drink as our flight was boarding. We was then delayed for around 40 minutes and when we was on board we then realised that no tui staff was on board and they was not serving any food or drinks on the 4.5 hour flight. As someone who is diabetic this was not prepared for as I would have brought some food through security with me if I knew that this was the case. I book my holidays via through tui every year and have 1 pending for this December which will be my last holiday ever booked through tui. I raised a complaint and alls they said was they will pass the feedback on which is not acceptable at all, if I wanted this kind of service I would of booked with Ryanair or another airline which would of still been alot better than the service we was provided with from Tui. (It won’t allow me but if it would I would rate this service 0 star) Booking reference number is 22514684

Fantastic experience: Been so anxious over not having boarding passes. 5 minute to Katie at Liverpool tui and was reassured in minutes. So lovely and relatable, understood my stresses and worries can’t thank her enough

Negative experience: All the elderly ones have attitude problems, struggle to listen to detail then get awfully vile and defensive when you are clear about the needs tou expect to be met. Shame as the leather bag with the 80s highlights ruined young Amy's commission while she was on leave. I'd only recommend going to lord St tui if you're of pension age or older and love being spoken down to for having more than half a brain cell x

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say? We visited Liverpool and came across Tui and thought we would just take a look at a holiday for the 2 of us. We were approached by Katie who asked us what we had in mind. All I could say was, an all inclusive but adult only and somewhere that had great reviews and great food and entertainment. Well she had so much knowledge about so many places and suggested Tenerife to us and a hotel which had the most amazing reviews and was situated in the most beautiful place we had seen so decided to book. Wow……. When we arrived we were absolutely blown away! I’ve never seen my wife cry with so much joy it was so beautiful. We had the most amazing time and didn’t want to leave. She went above and beyond to help us secure the best flight times and hotel for the price of our budget. This isn’t also the first holiday Caitlin has booked for us too she helped us a few weeks ago when we came into store not knowing where we wanted to go. That was also a last minute booking too. Fantastic experience: We absolutely lucked out when we visited on Saturday and met Rachel. Absolutely a pro when it comes to booking Florida holidays, nothing was too much trouble, helping us to price up multiple date, airport and hotel options with no pressure into one option or another. Fantastic experience: Me and my fiancée went in yesterday to talk about our honeymoon. We would usually book online but we wanted to make sure we got the perfect destination for our honeymoon, for it to be as special as possible. We are so glad we did! We were looked after by Megan, who carefully listened to everything we wanted, and made sure to find us the perfect place within our budget. She was knowledgeable about all of the hotels, and really made sure we were going to be made to feel like VIPs wherever we chose. She didn’t make us feel pressured into committing to anything, but we ended up booking our trip to Mexico with her! We’re so pleased that we were seen by Megan :)

Fantastic experience: We visited on 29.03.24 First we spoke to Molly who was really friendly and patient when pricing up a few different dates for us for Disney Florida and told us that Rachel instore was the Disney expert if we had particular questions. We later spoke to Rachel who was so very friendly, patient & knowledgeable with my one million questions. It was great she could share her own experiences and photos with us, she was very fun and bubbly. Rachel offered us refreshments whilst we were seated and nothing was too much for her to do. Rachel was 100% committed to booking our holiday even when the system was having trouble. All of the staff there seemed excited and happy for us once the holiday was booked. Molly a lovely young girl took quite some time on the phone when they eventually picked molly explained why we could not book. She was not happy with the unhelpful answers and asked for someone else to speak to as she did not want her customers going out of the store unhappy. Eventually she sorted the problem out we did notice how professional she was at her job.Molly is a credit to your company and we think she deserves some recognition by the company. Well done Tui for employing a lovely and helpful member of staff.

Fantastic experience: We booked at TUI Speke. We usually book online but decided to visit to TUI Speke to book our holiday. We were helped by Inga who was really friendly, informative and very helpful. She sorted everything we requested re special assistance etc. So much better than booking online. Thank you Inga

Negative experience: In July 2022, we received two holiday package vouchers from TUI as a compensation for flight cancellations, each valued at £200, with an expiration date set for January 2024. With the intention of utilizing these vouchers, we visited Liverpool's TUI store to make a booking. During this process, we were explicitly assured by a staff member that these vouchers could be fully redeemed against our trip booking. Based on this confirmation, we proceeded with the booking and were instructed to return to the store for a refund to our payment card. However, upon our return in mid-February, we were met with a starkly different response: We were informed that the vouchers were determined by the headquarter to be ineligible for our chosen holiday package, as they were restricted to TUI holidays/flights only. This information was contradictory to the initial advice we received and had not been communicated to us at any point prior. The failure of staff to provide accurate information regarding the voucher's terms of usage has not only led to unnecessary financial expenditure on our part but has also resulted in significant disappointment for the trip. Had we been properly informed of these restrictions, we would have made an alternative selection that aligned with the voucher's conditions. I advise anyone who would like to use their vouchers be mindful of our bad experience. Other than the mentioned issues, staff are friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Visited the tui store in liverpool lord Street today, I've got to say that Katie went above and beyond, the recommendation she gave us for 2 center stay in Morocco was THE best. We've visited several travel agents over the last few months this was by far the best. She was so chatty and extremely helpful if you pop in to book anywhere ask for Katie! Oh and Sky is a little cuite.

She assisted and resolved my issue in no time at all, and calmed and reassured me instantly. We received an email from TUI with a link to print off our boarding passes, as they apparently don't accept an electronic version? We were in the position that we were a long way from home & had no access to a printer. I popped in to the TUI holiday shop in Liverpool and spoke with Katie & explained our predicament. She couldn't have been more helpful & was more than happy for me to forward the email on to her & she printed a copy off for me straight away.
