Fantastic experience: Joe at TUI Sutton Coldfield was so helpful informative and absorbed a stressful situation for me with adding medical equipment to a flight. I’m not computer savvy so I was struggling to add the information on and couldn’t quite understand what information was needed for this process. He took time to listen and made all the relevant enquiries to help me add this information. His customer care he’s outstanding and a credit to the branch and his colleagues.

Fantastic experience: We booked our wedding with TUI for next year and Sophia was an absolute diamond! She was so patient with us, answered our questions so well and really put us at ease. Fantastic experience: Super holiday. Being a pensioner with 2 grandchildren was a bit apprehensive but from booking holiday to going and coming home everything was easy. Tui reps there every step of the way from Jonathan and Laura in Store to Saul, Magic Mary and Festive Freya at hotel. Hotel itself was brilliant- a lifetime memory for the little ones!

Fantastic experience: I’ve booked many holidays with Sally, usually they are quite straightforward package deals to Cape Verde or Greece and they always go to plan. Recently I booked a multi-centre trip to Bali with her and it was quite complicated as we had to stick to certain dates and wanted to fly with a particular airline. Sally spent a lot of time trying to figure it out and I’m so grateful that she did as it was amazing! Thanks Sally, I will be back!!

Negative experience: i’ve used TUI for a very long time, spent a lot of money with them, and this holiday i’ve just come off i feel very let down, they took money off me and sold me two rooms that we requested to be together which they they wasn’t. we was in two different blocks, when i told them all they came back with is they can’t guarantee this, ( but why wasn’t this explained when booking, i have 4 young children and a mother - in - law with cancer me and my mrs ended up being apart and had to split my kids up. complete joke, poor customer service, don’t explain things properly or make clear. secondly lost a suitcase and the reps at the hotel were awful, young kids that haven’t got a clue, i had to contact the airport myself in the end after waiting 2 days and the reps saying they could t get through to any1 at the airport, when i rang the airport the reps hadn’t even logged it as a lost luggage. and i had to spend my time then sorting this out and then going to the airport myself to get the luggage. poor service again. i won’t be booking with tui again for next year sadly,

Negative experience: I have booked through TUI for years and have always been happy with my holidays and Service. However, I booked a holiday over the phone with Izzy a few weeks ago and provide my requirements namely, 10 nights flying from a local Airport. I was told they could only do 7 or 14 nights and fly from Manchester. Yesterday I saw the same holiday from Birmingham for 10 nights, an option that I was never provided. When I called the branch to try and amend the Manager Emily was extremely condescending, unhelpful and unwilling to listen to my original booking call or escalate my complaint to the regional manager due to the terms and conditions. I would not recommend booking though this branch.

Couldn't have had a better holiday if we tried.... we came in to see Zoe following reccomendations from a family member who Zoe helped before and we were blown away - everything we asked for was received in our holiday with the best possible price... we will for sure be back and seeing her very soon. Great service and extremely attentive - I spoke with a Lady called Izzy today who helped me find the best deal for my family holiday! Fantastic experience: I came to Tui holiday superstore not long ago looking for a perfect holiday for me and my partner at our price range, including good quality hotel, food etc. I met with Zoe at the superstore who gave us good recommendations for hotels in our price range and helped us when discussing our holiday and what we would enjoy for the duration of the holiday such as the excursions! She made the process quick and easy for me and my partner. Zoe answered all my questions and had so much patience when going over the holiday process. The whole process was made stress free as it has saved us so much time and hassle. We couldn't thank Zoe enough, and would really recommend her when trying to find your perfect holiday and made simple. We will be returning in the future!

Fantastic experience: This review is Sophia at the Sutton Coldfield Princess Alice branch. I went into store to enquire about an up coming trip to Orlando for myself and my wife for September 2025. Sophia was very polite, professional and helpful. Even though Sophia could not find my appointment on the system, she still made time for me. Nothing was too much for her and she tried her best to get me a better price to what I had seen online. Sophia was not pushy in trying to get me to book a holiday, she gave me all the details I needed and she told me to think about it and if I needed to, I could return on store to book. I appreciated this. I also noticed that the store was well presented, clean and with plenty of seating areas. There was a good team working environment. All customers were seen to and you did not have to wait long to been seen in between appointments. Well done Sophia and I recommend this store for future holiday bookings.

Fantastic experience: I booked a holiday to Turkey with Isabelle at Princess Alice Drive TUI last night. I just want to say that she was brilliant - she made the whole experience easy and exciting. She knew her stuff with regards to the best resort to book and got me and my family an brilliant deal with everything we wanted and more.
