Fantastic experience: Dealt with Ying Wah Travel for many years, most of the time they have the best deals, the service team are polite, helpfuland courteous. On this occassion a shout out to Ling, she assisted me with my tickets and cancellation, she sent confirmation with emails and followed up with phone call. Returning client...recommend it

Negative experience: Introduce Ying wah by my friend and quote the price they offer on line that flight to Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific was good. In the same theory l thought they would give a good deal to me . But end of the day I paid £122 more on each ticket and I’ve been told I should quote on line before making any purchases.

Negative experience: Ying Wah booked flight tickets for my dad, however there was a change in the flights and therefore my dad received a call to advise him of the new flight details and the agent confirmed no further action was required as he had confirmed the change of flight details on the call. They later emailed the new flight details, which is great. On the day of the flight, it turns out because my dad never responded to that email, (even though he had confirmed on the phone), they did not book him onto the new flight and kept him on the old flight. This meant he missed his flight, the agent were not interested in helping to resolve the situation and kept referring to the email and how they were "waiting on a reply". Very poor communication and no accountability. Would AVOID.

We Have been using this travel agency for at least 20 yrs. Absolutely excellent service. Very honest staff giving great advice and offers. The staff are very professional and friendly . I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Used this company a number of years. Good prices to the Far East and never had a problem.

Positive experience: Good place to call as point of call if looking for flights to South East Asia. Might not always be best price, but often there are great promos.

Fantastic experience: Wow so many bad reviews, I don't think it gives it much justice. My family have been using this company as long as I remember and I recommend my friends to book with them when they are travelling to Asia. I like it as they can sometimes provide you with 46kg luggage. I never had a problem with them before ...I mean on the phone they are not the politest people but I guess that's the way they work.

Negative experience: Hi all I'll like to tell you all never book any tickets with these guys as many offers they give out . They are very rude and very racist to the other kinds and look down on you as they thing they are very superior. I had to book a ticket which they quoted me 435 pounds and when I was going to pay for it they bumped it to 632 then 645 and I rang back like 20 mins later the price was 662 I dunno how they kept bumping up the prices. When I requested to speak to the manager the agents goes I'm the manager and I'm like I wish to speak to someone higher than her and she goes I'm as high u will get. I ask her why is the price kept going up in the same day for a ticket that I'll be flying 2 months later . The manager goes if u cant pay it dont buy a ticket. I found her very rude and racist and I warned her I'll be posting about the company on Google reviews but shes like not bothered. I hope u all can stay away from this company as to save any trouble. But if you wish to book a ticket and speak to someoes in Chinese you are most welcome to call han San Hong or look for oriental mart in Nottingham and ask for shela she will offer best tickets and prices and very very helpful .

Negative experience: If I can give a minus one star I would. Customer service is ridiculously bad, tried to book a flight via phone and was requesting some information so was on the phone for a while asking about flight details, but a manager started shouting at the staff who was on the phone to me to hang up, because shes been on the phone for "too long", if she doesnt hung up he would fire her, so without a word the staff hanged up. I called back and this time he answered, he shouted down the phone at me and said he doesn't want my business so piss off, then he hanged up. I was livid, I’ve never been treated so badly before, and will definitely NOT be going back there again even if someone paid me to try again. What kind of customer service is that?l
