Fantastic experience: We just got back from Umraah on Sat 26th Oct 24. Warda assisted us with the package. She is very helpful and an asset to the business. She was in touch with us all throughout via watsapp and promptly helped us. We chose the hotels Marwa Al Rayhaan Rotana in Makkah and Movenpick in Madinah. Both the hotels were close to the haram and were okay. Breakfast at both hotels was excellent however the transfer company Al hujaaj travel gave us a load of grief, would never recommend this transfer company. Their driver was an hour and a half late for airport transfer from Makkah as well as transfer to Madina from Makkah. I contacted Warda from Makkah and she was quick to assist. Very polite and helpful lady. May Allah reward her abundantly. Aameen

Negative experience: The worst tour company i have dealt with in my life, Rimsha bodged up my holiday right from the word go, she booked the holiday, then came back and said their was a glitch with the system whilst she was booking the holiday and therefore i will have to pay extra for the ground transport, in the meantime i had checked the hotel and it was literally one star with hardly any class to it. when i pointed it out to her she became very defensive and asked for £554 extra to book a different hotel. i refused to pay, ended up going on holiday and finding the hotel to be worse then it looked, we only stayed one night as we landed quite late and didn't have anywhere to go at that time of night, whilst checking the reviews on the hotel i found the hotel to be in far greater disarray then the reviews even though they were really bad. i checked into another hotel and informed Rimsha to let the ground transport know so they pick us up from our new hotel and not the one she booked us in. Rimsha again became defensive and said that i didn't pay her when she suggested a hotel and now i have changed it's on me to get my own transport sorted. Rimsha was totally about money right from the word go, I paid £950 for a 5day holiday in France which she believes is a cheap holiday hence the state of the hotel. i would never book another holiday with Makkah tours as they were unprofessional and all about money, Rimsha was rude and obnoxious claiming she had done no wrong. Makkah Tour are situated in Pakistan and use a UK landline and mobile number hence we are all led to believe we are dealing with someone from the UK. They are a bunch of crooks running a dodgy business ripping people off. I would never book with them again and advise everyone against booking with them. They do not deserve any stars, I had to give them one star as it would not upload with no star rating.

Fantastic experience: I enquired for Hotel reservations with Makkah tour to see if they can provide me better Hotel options as the options I found online and from other agents were a bit far in for the Haram which would make it hard for us as we had a baby. I got a response from Warda who was truly great. She shared different options with me via Whatspp and e-mail. Warda listened carefully to what I needed and suggested very good options. Great staff and I recommended to book

Positive experience: This is the 2nd time, I’ve been with this company. I would say they do stand out from the rest. However, they have room for improvement. The second party broker in Saudi gave us false hope of a scheduled internal transport from Madina to Makkah. Unfortunately, it just didn’t materialise, I arranged separate transport for the group, and we reached Makkah 5 hours be hind our schedule time. This was frustrating. Today they credited a refund directly into my bank account, for the transfer taxi that didn’t turn up. There was initially a problem with Food vouchers in Makkah, was already paid for, on raising it as an issue, was resolved. I would highly recommend this group. As when things went wrong they endeavoured to resolve matters.

Negative experience: AVOID. DO NOT BE SCAMMED. I required only 2 Umrah Visas and was charged around £536! Do not be scammed. Do your research rather than being pressurized and once I paid the initial amount, he mentioned there is a late fee. I had no option but to pay. Feel disgusted for being scammed for such a noble cause. On top of this asking me for a five star review! Mentioned to the manager to look into it but received no response. Next step? Will be making a complaint to higher/Saudi authorities.

Fantastic experience: Sister Nabila Shah @ Makkah Tours helped us from start to finish with our Umrah trip. We had to wait quite a while for all.our documents and vouchers but this was mainly due to Hajj season, once Hajj was.over all.our confirmations came through . Yasser found me a really good deal for travel happening in a couple of months from now. Flights, transfers, hotel and visa all sorted. Trip ran smoothly with no problems with the flight or hotels. Transport was changed just before going and the transport said they hadn’t received the updated information for the Ziarat. This was sorted promptly by Yasser and no further issues encountered. Fantastic experience: Brother Daud was very good, helpful and came back very quickly with flight and date options, and finding our family of 5 better options for booking Umrah and Madinah stays if we were flexible with our dates thus securing us the best deal available within our budgets. He then booked flights and hotels and swiftly sent across the tickets and vouchers. Will recommend for others to book.

Negative experience: AVOID BOOKING THROUGH THIS AGENCY! If I could give zero stars I would Alhamdulillah I am happy that family and I did Umrah however I would NEVER book through this agency again! These are the issues we faced: 1) The dates for taxi pick up in Saudi was wrongly booked and only got noticed by us. We had to contact Warda to have the dates corrected. 2) We booked through an agency as this was our first time doing Umrah so we didn't know what we need to do. We were told by one of our friends we have to download a app (Nusuk) to book to enter Masjid al-Haram, would of been nice if travel agency told us this! 3) We requested Gluten Free option for one person however we all were put down for gluten free food on the plane. 4) The travel agency booked us to go Mecca first then Medina but would of been better to do Medina first then Mecca. The agency should know this! 5) The taxi time was booked wrong for Medina. On our taxi voucher it said on the 3rd day in Medina we will be leaving at 6pm, as flight is at 10pm.... Well luckily my Niece checked the flight details from Saudi to Malaysia and realised our flight is actually at 10am! we would of missed our flight if she didn't check, we had to contact Warda to let her know and her reply was " There is an error in your voucher otherwise transportation company have a correct update of time and will inform them too don't worry" but that was a lie as transport company assumed they were picking us up at 6pm. When I told Warda this her response was " Apologies for the mistake, But I hope all sorted out " we were angry as taxi that took us to Medina took 5 hours, we arrived in Medina late evening on first day and 3rd day we had to leave the hotel at 3am. We just had one full day in Medina so didn't get to do much and paid for 3 nights in the hotel. 4) Warda had a nerve to message later in the week to say: " if its good kindly write me a review on our company website For the positive review our company rewards us with some incentive I will be very thankful to you" when I replied to say I'm sorry you won't be getting a good review as we had many issues with the holiday her reply was "I apologies for the stress this small mistake cause you" I was annoyed as this wasn't small mistakes! Avoid using this travel agency as they don't double check the bookings from start to finish and don't tell you what needs to be done before you go Umrah,very unhelpful! Found them just rude and only after making sales. To be honest looking back I would ever use a travel agency as honestly you can do a better job booking everything you need to yourself.

Fantastic experience: I booked a ticket for my family and there was a fault in the plane and therefore we missed that flight and the airline offered us with another flight but there was a very long stay which we couldn’t afford to take due to my small kids being with me. I instead contacted Makkah Tour Tooting with Aqib who instantly got me a new ticket for the next day! They very helpful and have really fixed my big problem and issue. Fantastic experience: Mr Nadeem Gill designed our umrah package for us. He did a brilliant job, he was very helpful. Everything went smoothly from flights to transport. The hotels were good and the near both mosques and cars used in transportation were in great condition. Fantastic experience: Alhamdullilaah I took my family to Umrah with year With 7-Continents Travel Limited/Makkah Tour. Recently used Makkah Tour for Umrah and one other destinations. "BROTHER WALEED" was our contact there and he provided excellent services and very good price. He was so polite in conversations.. Everything well and responded to questions regarding the package in to Saudi Arabia and pakistan.The transfers were in place and worked well. The give us salon car is very nice polite agent by dealing with me. Brother Waleed Hakeem is amazing, he delivers amazing customer service. He will find me the best deals within few hours. I travel first month of 2023. I have been assisted by brother waleed who has been very helpful and transparent with very good communicain. I was very sceptical at first as I don't easily trust online companies. "BROTHER WALEED" was very patient and helped me throughout organising the pakage and sending me all the paperwork. My experience was very good. Good price package. Helped organised the whole trip, including transfers. Checked in on us regularly and reassured us the whole time. Highly recommend. All Servics were excellent and on time pickup. Thank you Waleed for organising such a memorable trip. I would definitely use Makkah tour again for our future trips.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just come back from umrah yesterday. Spoke to brother Farhan and booked my tickets. He was very helpful and answered and returned my calls whenever I tried to get in touch with him. Everything was, as he said and matched my expectations. I would definitely recommend makkah tours and should ask for brother Farhan.

Positive experience: Poor Experience! We booked our trip Mecca and Medina through Ali Ahmad of Makkah Tour. Initially everything including visa, ticket and transfers were done promptly after payment we received all the papers within a day. We flew to Doha on 7th January and to Jeddah by Qatar Airways. We were promptly picked by promptly at Jeddah Airport and driven to Mecca. On reaching our hotel Elaf Kinda, we were told that Taxis do not go to the hotel, so taxi driver asked a random person on the street to carry our luggage to hotel for which we have to pay extra. It would have been much better if we had been informed about the inaccessibility of the hotel to the taxis in advance. The next seven days in Mecca were fine and uneventful. On 14 January our transfer drove us on about 6-hour journey to Medina. We reached Medina after Isha and went straight to Sajah Al Madina Hotel with our booking papers which Mr Ali Ahmad had provided us. The hotel could not find our reservation. We went to several desks at the hotel, and they all failed to find our reservation. Finally, they said the booking may have been cancelled. We were shocked and did not know what to do. The driver came out of the hotel and tried frantically to get in touch with the transfer company, Saudi Transfer Contact, Mr Amjad Farooq. We were in a foreign country on the side of the road with all our luggage where English is not spoken, and it was past Isha time. We did not know where we were going to spend the night. After about 30 min the driver said everything has been resolved and another booking in Waqf Uthman bin Affan Hotel was confirmed. Why and how the original booking was changed was not clear. The driver indicated to us that booking was not changed. Instead, we were given the wrong booking information about Sajah Al Madina Hotel. We finally stayed in room 708 of Waqf Uthman Ibn Affan hotel. Two days later we were asked to move to room 208 as 708 was found unsafe for human living. On 21 Jan we were to fly to Doha from Medina. As our transfer did not arrive to pick us up, we started to get worried. It turned out the transfer company was not told that our hotel booking has changed. He was still waiting at Sajah Al Medina hotel for us. Our travel experience with Makkah Tour was dreadful. We are giving a rating of 3 because initially papers were sent by Makkah Tour promptly otherwise the rating should have been 2.

Fantastic experience: I recently used Makkah Tour for my Umrah trip. Originally booked for April 20 but due to the coronavirus this was cancelled, my whole refund process was absolutely amazing, really appreciate the help and support & updates at every step of the way up to the point of my refund being made which all in all only took a couple of months. Seeing & experiencing this we decided to book with Makkah Tour when things started to open up & in December/January we Alhamdulillah performed Umrah. My Agents name was Shahzad Usman. I was very very impressed by his ability to make good on every promise he made, I did unfortunately encounter a few issues however these were dealt with Professionally & efficiently & to my complete satisfaction. I have been truly impressed & grateful for my experience and will always think of this company and Shahzad every time I travel.

Fantastic experience: ALI AHMAD is a very nice, polite agent; dealing with him was a quick and smooth process. When I was in Turkey for my holidays, I was seeking a nice hotel to stay. He helped me get a 5-star hotel according to my requirements, which made my holiday worth it. You can trust him when you need quick, honest services. Keep it up!!!

Negative experience: I'm travelled last month December 2022. Will Never Travel with them Again and won’t recommend anyone Dealing with Makkah Tour was one of the worst experience I had in my life with so much lies ,deception and unprofessional attitude , Forced to pay extra money for every thing due to change of Airline and Hotels booking, Unreliable, untruthful, doesn't keep there promises would not recommend there service to anybody. Fantastic experience: I recently used Makkah Tour (December 2022) to organise Umrah for my family. There were 20 of us and brother Aleem organised a tailor made package for us including flights, visas and transfers. He was extremely helpful in giving a choice of hotels and arranged the number of rooms we requested. Alhamdulillah everything went to plan during our trip - brother Aleem and Makkah Tour are both highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, just booked Umrah package with brother Muhammad Abubakkar from Makkah Tours. The service, support and advice from the brother was fantastic. I can wholeheartedly say I would recommend Makkah Tours. He was able to cater for all my families needs. He was very patient as I had to make many changes and also include add ons last minute. In sha Allah my family and my Umrah will be fulfilled. The brother also said that he will be at hand for any help via whatsapp when we reach Makkah (in sha Allah). Definitely incredible service. Fantastic experience: As-Salamu-Alaykum, I am giving a 5* review because my father, Syed Zahid Ahmed, has booked an Umrah tour with Nabila Shah. She has been very informative and honest with us. We trust her because we have stayed at a hotel of her choice: Zamzam Pullman that provides shuttle service for women to the women’s entrance at Masjid Nawabi. Fantastic experience: Saad from Makkah Tours has been absolutely amazing. The package I booked was bespoke due to the dates we wanted and also because we wanted to go to Pakistan as well. Saad spent several hours on the phone with me going through each and every detail, he was very thorough. Saad accommodated last minute changes without a problem - I would highly recommend Makkah Tours.
