Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Julia (Worthing Tui store )to arrange a group holiday booking for 27 people, and I honestly cannot thank her enough. This was not a simple task, and it required me to visit the store three separate times, spending almost two hours with her on each occasion. Throughout the whole process, Julia was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to go through every option carefully, making sure no detail was overlooked and that everything was within the budget we had set. She was patient and never once made me feel rushed, even when the process became complicated. What stood out most was how motivated she was to really help, she clearly cared about finding the best holiday for us, and her professionalism and attention to detail gave me so much confidence. Julia went above and beyond, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much, Julia, for all your hard work and dedication, you made a huge difference!

I popped in to speak to someone on Monday afternoon as needed some help on behalf of my Auntie and Uncle, and I can’t sing Gina’s praises enough! Unfortunately my Auntie had to be kept in hospital with complications of chemotherapy for her terminal cancer. And at a time that has been so hard for my Auntie and Uncle we couldn’t have got a better outcome for them. Instead of them having to lose a lot of money they’ve managed to re-book their holiday (much needed) for a later date!! Thank you so much Gina and TUI, you’re the best ☀️

Fantastic experience: After many years of travelling, my wife and I have unfortunately arrived at that junction in our lives where age and not being able to get overseas travel insurance means that we will not now be leaving the UK for vacations. Fantastic experience: I was going to book a TUI holiday on line, but I decided to go to my local TUI office in Worthing, turned out to be the best decision. I was served by Vicky who was incredibly helpful and made the process really easy ,also helped me upgrade to extra leg room on both flights .So top marks for that = 11 out of 10 .

Fantastic experience: We went in today without an appointment and was seen very quickly by Jessica. Jessica listened to everything we wanted, found us the perfect holiday first time, and even called the hotel in the canary islands to sort out some details for us. We didn't feel rushed, she explained everything we needed to know and guided us through a smooth booking process. All in all, great customer service.

Fantastic experience: My wife, for the second time this year, called into the Tui office in Worthing and received excellent advice and guidance from Julia. This meant we were able to book our autumn break there and then and also were given additional advice on assisted care at the airport about which we knew very little. A second holiday success at this excellent bureau.

Negative experience: Details of booking not forwarded to hotel precisely enough. Hotel indifferent as to request of beds required. They blame TUI for booking details. !

Fantastic experience: We went in to Tui in worthing to book out holiday. We didn't know where we wanted to go, and we had some special requests, too. We were served by Chloe. She was wonderful. So friendly and knowledgeable. She did everything she could to find us the best holiday. Which she did. Nothing was too much trouble. I'm so glad we went there to book the holiday instead of just online. Chloe answered all our questions. I highly recommend Tui. Fantastic service all round.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I booked a holiday today with Chloe at Tui. She was so helpful. We had just been to another travel agent, and the service was the complete opposite! We had left there feeling quite deflated. But Chloe was friendly, positive, had a can-do attitude, she was thorough, and clear. So happy we went to her! Excited for our holiday now!

We've just finished our honeymoon, which was absolutely incredible. We return year after year as it just keeps getting better, and this was the best of all!

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Jo for helping my husband and I find the perfect holiday to celebrate his upcoming 30th Birthday. Jo took time to discuss our options with us which really helped us narrow down the best location for the time of year we had in mind - we were really struggling to decide on a destination before visiting TUI Worthing! Jo was so knowledgable on the features of ‘TUI Blue’ holidays - this helped us find and book our dream hotel, a TUI Blue Sensatori hotel. Following this, Jo went above and beyond to discuss activities available local to where we will be staying. This really brought it to life for us and we are looking forward to booking a couple of these up to make our holiday even more special. Even though we didn't book through her store she still printed out boarding papers, luggage labels and updated our cruise booking with insurance details. What a very pleasant young lady. Fantastic experience: Really fantastic service and customer care from Gina. She was brilliant helping my mum book at family holiday in the summer. However it was post holiday that Gina went above and beyond after we discovered my mum had left her ipad at Lanzarote airport. Gina helped email the airport and Tui reps to track it down and assisted in the arrangements when we found somebody to collect it. Throughout the time Gina kept me updated, so lovely to have somebody that truly cared. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: We recently booked our Marella Cruise on Explorer 2 in the Worthing store as we were celebrating our 10th Anniversary, booking was all done very efficiently. On return from our fantastic cruise, we realised we had not picked up a photograph on our last day. We spoke to Sarah regarding our Bridge Tour on the ship and the photograph taken with the Captain. We thought we would never see it - thanks to Sarah's tenacity she was able to locate it, she went over an above to ensure we had our anniversary photograph - forever grateful, can't say a big enough thank you :-)

Fantastic experience: We went into TUI shop to book a holiday for a family of 6. We were welcomed by a lovely lady (who’s name I don’t remember all I know is that she is still training) We already found the hotel and just wanted more information about it. The lady who we spoke to (Sarah) was very lovely, helpful and provided us with all information and helped to book the holiday. Couple days later we went back into the shop again because we needed to move the holiday by couple days, we were served by Sarah again which was really good because she already knew about our holiday. She was extremely helpful and patient with us and after some time we finally managed to reschedule it. The Staff overall are lovely, warm welcoming and funny, however I would highly recommend Sarahs help if she’s available!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Although we had seen the hotel in Kokkari on line, we preferred to book in the Worthing store of TUI so that we made sure that we had done everything correctly. Age I am afraid does mean that occasional slips do occur and rules and regulations are forever changing. Everything went smoothly with Vicky and we came away knowing that the holiday had been properly booked. We will call again later in the year.

Fantastic experience: We went in to the TUI holiday store to book a P & O cruise for Christmas 2023. We were seen by Sarah, one of the TUI staff. She was very professional, helpful and at the same time friendly. My partner and I could not fault the service we recieved. Highly recommended.
