Fantastic experience: Gtc Travel is one of the two agencies that I always enquire first for any ticket. I used CTG Travel twice sofar and very happy with the service I received on both occasions, the first time they offered the best price when I was searching around (even cheaper than airline website!) , second time I got a really good deal from them, same price as the airline website , but with 46 kg luggage allowance than default 30kg offered by the airline website itself. Not sure how they do that, all I can say , nice one and you have added another happy customer to your list , keep up the good work. what was the cherry on top for me , speedy response when I WhatsApp them. .

Negative experience: They are not professional people

Negative experience: Walked in, wanted to ask just simple questions cos I never use the agency to buy the ticket before. Just wanna know how difficult if i wanna cancel the ticket, is it difficult to do it. Just that. The man there just seem to judge me when i just walked in, i said "I wanna know if I wanna ticket....." It all i got chance to say, He didnt wanna talk to me, he said to me to check the covid restriction in that country ‍♀️ I said "what sorry?" I know I have to check it, you not even let me ask the question. He kept saying that same thing ‍♀️ I said its fine. All i can say. I got money to pay, i just didnt wear all brandname clothes today!! So dont judge people to just what people look!

Exceptional in every way!Amazing service and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Specially Mrs Sarraf which is in my opinion a great businesswomen .

Fantastic experience: I really loved the chill, relaxing atmosphere when I came in here to inquire about a Visa to Iran. I was greeted by an extremely friendly young lady (I think her name was Maede if I remember correctly) who who was very informative and helpful in answering all my questions. They also have a nice sofa which you can relax on while you wait for your paperwork to be sorted out and printed out for you. All other travel agents which I’ve visited feel very overcrowded and hectic but this one was a lot more relaxed which is important to me. I’d highly recommend coming here and supporting a small and very well run independent family business.

Negative experience: My experience with CTG Travel: 1- Seven weeks of no communication whatsoever after my flight was cancelled 2- There is NO customer privacy (I insisted that I deal with all matters related to this issue with email) yet I keep receiving phone calls!! 3- I had to purchase my own return flight ticket 4- I lost £179.00 despite part of my original flight fee was refunded If you are expecting more than one star, and a good review, you need to work on your communication and alter your business model.

Negative experience: To response to the owners... when i called I introduce my self as Ali and didn't give you my name so you not remembering speaking to me is normal. you wouldn't recall me as when i spoke to you and you were rude i decided to go to another agency so you wouldn't have me as your customer to recall. THERE ARE NO MOTIVATION ONLY THE TRUTH. how can the OWNERS of the company leave rating specially a 5 Star for them selves. YOU replied to me saying it was mistake clicking a button for a review of FARAHNAZ SARRAF BUT how about FARAMARZ MAJIDZADEH who says he deals with social media !!! WAS THIS a mis-click too. it is shameful when the owners are trying to get their ratings up. wish all the luck in the world you guys as you need it the way you lie about things to people.
