Fantastic experience: I booked a Tui river cruise Three Grand Capitals 2 to Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest, earlier this week, sailing along the Danube at the end of March , next year, over the phone, with Fern and her team as ,, I sometimes find online booking a bit difficult. Fern and her team went above and beyond to help me..Great, friendly, professional service and so pleased with the price so much cheaper than other river cruises!.The same service, I have received from them from the Tui Brighton shop for the last 20 years.Fantastic! I'm so pleased. All my questions were answered, nothing was too much trouble .I cannot thank them enough..so much so, that I'm planning on going on another Tui cruise later next year. Thank you Tui!

Negative experience: Disappointing. She was clueless and use Google and trip advisor to answer questions… then you wonder why people organise online their holidays…

Fantastic experience: I couldn't find the answers to specific questions I had when booking online, and when I've rung Tui Customer Service's number in the past, I was put through to a non-UK call centre which was a bit of a struggle. So I called the Brighton office and spoke to Georgia who was fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Plus I know that if I need or want to change/add anything, they're just a phone call away. I really hope Tui retain their retail spaces because they're certainly worth keeping.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with trying to get compensation for my holiday which tui had said they would pay for delayed luggage. I went round and round in circles. I indirectly spoke to Fern at the Brighton tui shop. This was by choosing a random option so I could speak to a human being. Unfortunately aftercare does not give a phone number to call. I had submitted various claims to no avail. Fern was a fantastic polite very helpful young woman who went out of her way to help me although I was nothing to do with her shop. I come from Suffolk and booked my holiday online. I have partly resolved my problem with her directing me in the right area. Fern is a great asset and if I lived in Brighton would happily book a holiday with her.

I spoke to Shannon, I believe her name was and I just wanted to say what an amazing call it was, she was more helpful than I could have hoped for and not once tried to hurry me off the phone. Possibly one of the best pieces of customer service I have received. She answered all my questions, seemed genuinely interested in assisting me and her manner was absolutely beautiful. Fantastic experience: This office team were fantastic this morning. For a start they were fully staffed (a rarity in modern Britain when everyone seems to avoid speaking in person) and every member of that team were engaged in helping me unpick a rookie error. Kind, generous with their time and despite having no doubt said the same thing to a dozen people already all of them made me feel as if I was the only person that mattered today and I was only booking health insurance. Fantastic experience: Lizzie and I spent hours searching for holidays on the internet and ended up driving to from Eastbourne to Brighton to TUI. This is where we met the lovely Georgia who we knew instantly would find us the holiday we were looking for. Georgia asked us what our initial thoughts and requirements were so she could help us find the best match and she certainly did that. Poor Georgia put up with us changing our very specific requirements for a last minute holiday throughout the time we were there and was so lovely. She was patient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. She even makes really good coffee!!! All joking apart, nothing beats going into TUI and booking such an important thing as a holiday because its got to be right. Thanks so much Georgia....we will be back!! xxx

Positive experience: Called into The Brighton shop to book a holiday for 14 people (4 families) I was helped by Fern who was having a hard time when the computer kept saying NO, after juggleing with 6 children and 8 adults using different ways of booking rooms and the fact that the more you look at a holiday the more the price goes up so has to be done quickly, Fern managed to book all four families with the discount promised and all at the original price. Well done Fern. I must say TUI certainly don't make it easy to make a group booking.

I was a bit nervous about booking at first as this will be my first cruise but she was so informative and explained everything thoroughly so quickly put my mind at rest. Fantastic experience: I'd just like to say that your call centre agent Donna and her female colleague at the Brighton store are an absolute credit to TUI. We have had a nightmare 24 hours after a plane overran the runway at Leeds Bradford causing the closure of the airport and cancellation of our holiday with Jet2 who couldn't provide us with an alternative. After a frantic night of literally non stop fruitless searching high and low there was genuinely nothing as an alternative, everything was fully booked with every provider disappearing before my eyes as so many people were in the same boat - our last resort was to phone around all the providers in the morning and we got through to the lovely Donna at TUI and her colleague who literally spent an hour on the phone also frantically searching a million permutations not showing on Internet searches due to the timescale for us which ended up with us being able to make a booking. Donna was so unbelievably helpful, patient and kind and we are indebted. Our son is autistic and his whole world came crashing down with the Jet2 cancellation of his holiday that he'd spent months hyping himself up for, only to be cancelled at check in the worst conditions at the airport, he spent 12 hours inconsolably being unable to process what had happened and the extreme disappointment of not having a holiday after a few years of nothing. First world problems yes, but autism throws another dimension on things and when your child has extreme anxiety and processing issues, it's beyond heartbreaking and traumatic when you can't do anything to help as the options to soften the blow were next to zero at such late notice. Donna probably didn't realise this, but she saved my little boy by going above and beyond what we ever expected. Hopefully this holiday goes without any drama! Thank you so much Donna and colleague for just being absolute ANGELS.

From the first greeting to being helped by Fern was such a streamline, pleasurable, friendly and professional experience. Fantastic experience: The girls in Brighton are always helpful and charming and go that bit extra. Especially Donna who sat with me for the best part of an hour helping me to change a booking and save me a large cancecllation fee, and, finding me a lovely hotel.
