Negative experience: The first time I heard of Flight centre Brighton was the advert they have on YouTube. I have never been faster to despise a company. It is so unbelievably annoying, and disruptive. Actively makes me want to avoid flight centre.

Negative experience: Uncompetitive pricing, sluggish and slow process, unhelpful, inflexible. Terrible experience. Ended up not booking with Flight Centre and will never try again as it was a complete waste of time.

Fantastic experience: First time flying on my own and in such a daunting time with Covid rules and regulations, let's just say I was very nervous traveling to America. However, I can't thank Rachel enough at the flight centre for booking my flights and keeping me updated on everything in needed. Rachel made this whole experience for me very relaxing and was on the end of the phone for any questions I needed (bless her for being so patient with me). I finally got to fly all the way to South carolina to see my boyfriend and to come back as a fiancé ❤ A holiday of a life time. I am now flying back at the end of June which of course I was straight on the phone to Rachel who had everything sorted for me within that evening. Rachel goes above and beyond to make her customers happy and providing the best experience when booking you dream holidays, even if that means she stays on a bit later to make sure everything is sorted for you . Thank you so much Rachel for everything you have done, I will recommend this centre to all my friends and family. From now on I won't be going anywhere else when booking holidays!

Fantastic experience: I like to shop around for my travel, I find it can save me a lot in getting a good deal. I used the FLIGHT CENTRE in western rd Brighton, and in short for a round the world fly/drive/cruise package they proved the best in service and costs savings. Ben Hogan there made what was a lot of planning and hard work, really simple. I'll use him again.
