Positive experience: My family and I went for Umrah on 6th August 2024. Alhamdulillah, we had a great service from Labbaik Hajj Umrah. Special thanks to brother Shameer who organised our flights. The only issue was that during our return flight there was a long delay on our flight with Turkish Airlines from Madinah and we nearly missed our transit flight from Turkey to London. This could easily have been a disaster but thank God it wasn't. Brother Shameer was very professional, helpful and polite. Jazakh Allahu khair for everything.

Fantastic experience: Brother Mubashir was extremely helpful with finding a Umrah package for me. I have been to Umrah around 5 times now and from experience I was extremely picky with the hotels I wanted and specific airlines and stops. Brother Mubashir was able to cater to those needs despite me making several changes. He was patient and found great packages with competitive prices lower than other places. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I will never book with Labaik Hajj and Umrah again! We had the worst experience! Firstly the transport company was unreliable no one turned up to pick us up from the airport we waited an hour for a driver to pick us up after 15 + hours of travelling! Our rooms in Medina were not to the standard what we paid for and and we were told we would get 2 beds in one of the rooms with a view and we were told we had a king room. So we asked for 2 beds which the hotel then changed to single beds and no view! We asked the hotel to change our room back to what had been booked so we could get a bigger room with city view what we paid for but they gave us a king room as they had no availability left as it was peak time during Ramadan! The rooms were small and dated and had a mouldy smell. The driver who took us for Ziyarat in Medina completed the tour in 2 hours and didn’t take us everywhere. The driver in Makkah took us to a back location of Mount Hira and said people don’t usually go up there as it’s difficult to go up there. He lied as we were told by family members later that there’s an easier access to go upto cave Hira which he never took us to. Both drivers in Medina and Makkah rushed our Ziyarats.

Fantastic experience: Spent the last 10 days of Ramadan and also 7 further days in Madina. Mubashir Bhai was very helpful from the begining. We stayed in Emaar Allah Manar during the Ramadan period hoteliers were really kind and helpful very impressed with the cleanliness. Mubashir Bhai organised the transport so we were totally stress free as the transport company would call us one day before. We had some airline issues but Mubashir Bhai quickly sorted this out for us. Everything as described and package better than what was sold to us. Would definitely recommend booking through Labbaik we have been before without any issues whatsoever and again had another trip which was perfect. Mubashir Bhai is kind and does deal swiftly and gets back to you asap when you need him and that's really important for me. Excellent customer service, sell and excellent product overall no complaints whatsoever and will be definitely booking my next trip through mubashir Bhai.

Negative experience: I contacted labbaik hajj umrah back in June 2023, to book Umrah for my family with young kids, I was quoted £1500 for the tickets for adult and around £1200 for kids, with 4 star hotel in Makkah and 3 star in Madina, I booked in advance and expected to receive the best deal possible, I was sent digital tickets which were very limited in understanding them because they weren't clear I was told to check and sign which I admit I didn't do, I was given the cheapest ticket possible with 5 hours waiting time in Greece but as for the Hotels they were not as expected I was given 2 star Hotel in Makkah instead of 4 star, I believe strongly that Mubashir Naiz gave me a cheap deal and charge me Thousands of pounds and profiting from my tickets he has lied about what he was supposed to offer in my deal so I urge anyone booking with this company to be very careful before booking, you will not receive what they offer you. Fantastic experience: We have recently been to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and can't recommend Labbaik Hajj Umrah highly enough. Shahbaz organised our Umrah, he was highly knowlegable, professional and very responsive. Because of our mother we wanted the hotels to be as close as possible but still within our budget and comfortable ride for intercity travelling. Everything was very well organised. Both hotels were 5 star and within a minute walk. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends/family.

Negative experience: Appalling service with all hotel, tours and flight bookings being significantly below standard for what we had paid. The hotel we stayed at in Mecca had no basic sanitation and there were regular water outages. The state of the rooms and bathrooms were extremely unclean and cleaning services or basic products (bleach and toilet paper) were not made available for us to use. I would definitely not recommend booking with this here agency considering the atrocious quality of service received, topped by the lack of professionalism and the significantly abominable hygiene standards of the hotels. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service

Negative experience: Booked through this organisation for last year October 2023. Flights were spot on with no issues as we are a family of 6. Leaving out all the minor problems I am only concentrating on the mains issues. Agent informed me it was 5 star hotel, once arriving the hotel was an outdated far from 5 stars, now turned into 3 star. Room doesn't accommodation 6 people, we had to pay extra, bathroom had to be repaired due to many issues... breakfast which was included was only for 4 people (i had to pay again) i finally managed to contact the company / agency but they were unable to help, spoke to manager who goes by the name of Ali, Syed, hassan etc... couldn't solve any issues expect kept repeating Madina will be OK! Madina was the same didn't bother to complain. They have now deleted all my WhatsApp messages to avoid me saving or copying the information. This company is good for single individuals and short stays not families. They are clueless about taking children to holy places.

Negative experience: We paid for 5 star hotels and they did good job with Mecca. Unfortunately Medina wasn’t the best and not what was advertised by them. We were booked into a 3 star hotel rather than a 5 star hotel; a 5 star hotel was what we paid for and what they quoted. While mistakes happen and I can understand; when I informed them they made the excuse that Google and hotel keep changing ratings and they thought I checked the hotels before confirming; however they put 5 star next to the hotel on all quotes and communications; so you’d assume they did their research as the travel agency. Thats why we hire their services. Mistakes happen but the response after was very defensive of their decisions and when I proved that they were wrong I eventually got an apology. They don’t accept their mistakes at first and they try to brush things off by saying “in Mecca star rating of hotels is different”. Or “Google and websites don’t know the ratings and always change it”. Or the response that did disappoint me - “3 star hotels in UK are 5 star in Saudi”. If they accepted their mistake and they were not so dismissive I’d be happy and move on. They haven’t even had the courtesy to respond to my last message. I wanted to share as we rely on these companies to provide us a service in an area we are not fully aware of. All in all I would not recommend this company and would advice you to choose an agency with a lot more experience. And most importantly an agency that deliver on what is on their quote and what you pay for.

Internal travel was arranged for us via umrah cab who were always on time and in constant communication. Flights were via Egypt Air with the return from Madina Airport saving 5 hours travel. Mubashir was our agent and we can’t thank him enough for making this whole process easy on us. May Allah reward him immensely for the work he is doing. Fantastic experience: 2nd visit April 2024- Brother Mubashir promised a better and experience than my first and he definitely kept to his word. We stayed for the last 10 nights in ramadan in Makkah and 7 nights in Madina followed by 5 Nights In Makkah again. We stayed in Emaar Al Manaar the hotel was close, no more than around 6min brisk walk. Very clean, neat and tidy and the staff were really kind and accommodating. Transport was on time and vans were if really high quality. Transport kept in touch all the way informing a day before. Airline we travelled was Etihad and again no complaints there too. Food was nice and service on time. In madina we stayed in Emaar Taiba which we stayed in prior and again no issues. We were. Group of 4 people and we had a spacious room which had four bed with a meter between them a meter and a half towards to feet side and also a nice couch in the room room. Bathroom was clean and again can't complain. No bugs or strange smells. Got fresh towels and toilet rolls everyday. Would deff recommend Labbaik to anyone stay stress free and focus on your task - thanks brother Mubashir. 1st Visit Sept 2023 - Asalamualikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatu. It all started with me randomly checking who can give me a good umrah deal. What can I say I was greater by brother Mubashir and he told me not to worry he will sort all. I paid a very very fair and competitive price. I was given support 24/7 by brother Mubashir. The whole experience was 100%. We stayed at Emaar Al Khalil Makkah and I had no issues what do ever hotel was clean, staff were absolutely amazing no issues at all. The transport Mubashir set up was perfect on time and kept in touch with me all the time. Brother Mubashir kept in touch with me through out my stay asking if I had any issues. My hotel in Medina was also really nice and located perfectly. Again, very clean and no issues and staff were very kind and helpful. Ziarats were fine with time given to read naffals etc. All in all I am very satisfied with the service received from brother Mubashir and I would highly recommend if it's your first time especially to get in touch and see for yourself. I have already booked again for a visit in Ramadan may Allah SWT accept and needless to say I have again gone through brother Mubashir due to the trust I have built up with him and also the level of service I have received. I only had one issue and that was the booking times of the transport. I WhatsApp brother Mubashir and it was sorted in minutes. I know this seems unusual but I really have no complaints and I am 100% satisfied with my journey and the services received throughout both here in the UK and the companies brother Mubashir has collaborated with in Saudi Arabia. All in all a very professional service I am using again and would deffinately recommend to anyone thinking of going for umrah especially if it's yours first time as the support is really second to none.

It became evident that Lubbaik Umrah & Hajj is not an authentic UK-based company as they claim, but rather operates from Lahore, Pakistan. The most distressing aspect of my experience was the fact that they sold me an Umrah package for my family under false pretenses. Their misleading practices prey on vulnerable individuals seeking a sacred pilgrimage, taking advantage of their faith and trust. It is nothing short of a scam. Adding insult to injury, a majority of the positive reviews one can find online about this company appear to be fake and orchestrated to deceive potential customers. Do not make any payments or deposits without thoroughly researching and verifying the legitimacy of this company. Fantastic experience: Jazakallah Khairan to Ahsan for providing me with a package including flights, hotels, visa and a taxi service (especially between Makkah and Madinah). Paying that much extra with this travel agency provided a hassle free service rather than doing all the bookings separately and was very quick. Everything was done over Whattsapp and even asked them small questions here and there during my time in Makkah and Madinah for tourist attractions and things to do. With their knowledge, they were very happy to help. Me and my parents had a lovely time performing Umrah and would recommend this company to anyone who wants to go with a travel agency. Fantastic experience: Salam all. I used Labbaik Hajj Umrah company to book an umrah trip for Ramadan April 2023. From the beginning the communication was excellent. I travelled with my husband and three children (7,5,2 years old) during the Easter holidays. My husband and I both work so everything was done via whatsapp. Mubashir bhai was amazing. He provided a brilliant package that was within my budget. I even added my husband’s sisters from Pakistan and they helped me with their tickets snd visas from Pakistan. Again all through whatsapp. The hotels were 4* ( although before we went 5* 3 years ago but this time the hotels in Saudi have really increased their price). But the hotels were great. We stayed at Emaar Grand in Makkah and Emaar Elite in Medina. Both hotels were great. Very close to haram and masjid nabi. Absolutely no issues with any transfers. All were brilliant. At the end of our stay we even needed the room for a few more hours because my sister in laws flight left later than ours and from here Mubashir bhai was able to sort that out for us. Although we probably can book everything ourselves and save some money, but booking through a travel agent meant that we didnt have to worry about anything and saved a lot of time since we both work and have young kids. We had an amazing Umrah and time in Medina. Our children thoroughly enjoyed it. Somehow we even got an extra room in Makkah which was a bonus! If you are going umrah for the first time or second or third etc I would definitely recommend this company! May Allah swt accept our umrah and put barakah in your business. Thank you Labbaik Hajj Umrah! Oh and we returned from Madina airport and we were able to bring bank zamzam water. No issues at all.

Fantastic experience: Retuned from a hassle free umrah trip during the month of Ramadan. 
Alishah was outstanding. Particularly so, as we were 3 ladies travelling on our own (not with a group) to Makkah and Madinah for the last 10 nights of Ramadan. Even though we are of mature years, I was particularly apprehensive about how we were going to locate our pickup at various designation (from airport, to airport, to Madinah) along with hotel checkin. 
I need not have been worried one bit. As soon as I had my local sim I was contact by courteous drivers who knew exactly where we were heading and we had an easy comfortable relaxing journey. Also the Voucher and Reservations detail Alisha provided helped expediate checkin. Everything was thought through - from flights, to visa, to hotels, to pick up, drop off everything mashaAllah exceptional service I highly recommend Labbaik Hajj Umrah.
