I am so grateful as other local coach companies won’t take me because I need to travel with a mobility scooter. I will continue to use Seagull travel and look forward to more day trips with them. Fantastic experience: Darren and the team at the Event Travel Hub have always been very helpful. To us mere mortals, it must be a logistical nightmare to organise the coach/ bus services for both men’s and women’s football teams and the many fans that travel with them. On a daily basis, they are coordinating the arrangements for every individual and updating drivers and stewards of changes. Every driver is well briefed and looks after his or her passengers exceptionally well. Friendly and courteous to all passengers, young and old. I thoroughly recommend travelling with the Event Travel Hub for football travel services and other excursions too.

Fantastic experience: Living in Angmering it’s a fair trek to the Amex on match days, my mate Michael and I loved our journey along the north side of the downs dropping down across Ditchling Beacon. The down side was finding a P&R place and then joining the packed bus to the ground. Worse still was the inevitable post match wait in the cold and wet to get the bus back. We could have used the Train but the the thought of joining the hoard trying to get onto the station is worse still, plus the travel subsidy finishes at Worthing. Then we discovered Seagull Travel. The pick up is less than a mile from home, the coach is comfortable, gets us to the Amex in time for all the prematch build up. Post match we still have to wait to get away from the ground but we wait in the warm and dry! I have nothing but praise for the service provided, Darren and the ST team are always quick to respond to any enquiry I may have and for our coach is stewarded by the indomitable Roy who looks after us all. The only down side is that the Albion decided to remove the subsidy from this form of sustainable travel (1 coach rather than 25 to 30 cars) for supporters mostly coming from outside their free travel (not free as all season tickets pay a £30 add on to cover travel subsidies) Zone. In short, DUMP THE CAR, FORGET THE TRAIN, LET SEAGULL TRAVEL TAKE YOUR MATCH-DAY STRAIN.

Fantastic experience: Seagull Travel season ticket holder since Amex day 1 - Doncaster. Pick up and drop off 10 minutes from home. Door to door generally 5 hours. Drop off at ground within 300 yards of entrance. Comfortable to sit in the warmth of the coach watching the 'Park And Riders' wait for their bus in the rain and knowing the train passengers are doing the same. Never missed a kick off in 12(?) years. What's not to like ?

Fantastic experience: I used to travel to watch the Albion by motorcycle but unfortunately I can no longer do that so I looked at going by coach and so glad I did. Pick up is just 200 yards from my front door and is 2 hours before kick off getting there in plenty of time, comfortable seats no hassle travel will be using for all future games.

Fantastic experience: Always Safe, Always Comfortable, Always friendly, what more can you ask for? Communication is consistently good for travellers, and when things do go off piste, there has always been a contingency of some form. A great local service, please to have a season ticket with them

Negative experience: I used to be a big advocate of the coach services until my trip to Wembley. Late departure of the bus. Arrival chaotic and we were dropped off at the stadium - nightmare to find the coach car park and coach after. Late departure despite people being on board. Stop ¾ into the home journey due to driver being over the allowed travel time. New driver eventually turned up. Slow driver to end destination. Take 3.5 hours for the return journey which should have taken 1.5 with traffic maybe 2-2.5 max. Awful customer communication via messenger. Asked for director’s number and name but no more reply. So for £125 for 3 people to Wembley I got an appalling service and an awful customer service and experience. Not planning to use them again.

Positive experience: First time using, on time, easy to book etc…. Had to amend pick up point which I did on messenger which was really easy. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is as a few others have mentioned it’s not the cheapest. I had my son with me and didn’t fancy rowdy train or parking and walking so this was good but if I was on my own I’d probably opt for train or share a taxi

Positive experience: The people were lovely and it was easy to use, my only gripe is it was 20 quid more than the train to Wolverhamptom and had to wake up 2 hours earlier. However this service is very useful to many people.

Positive experience: We used the coaches to see the mighty seagulls. It works well. There punctual and reliable however do feel it's a tiny bit pricey at £20+ no reduction for a 12 year old child. Again however is still a good service. Up the Albion ❤️

Fantastic experience: Have used ST for years - primarily for home evening games and when there are transport issues. Also taken a few away trips with them over the years. Reliable and flexible but on the odd occasion things do go wrong (usually out of their control) they communicate well and resolve things quickly.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a BHA game with my 9 year old son and the coach service was brilliant. Its always a challenge to move the volume of traffic in and out of the ground but we were all done in reasonable time. You do pay a premium but the coach is so much less hassle than the train or taking the car.

Fantastic experience: The recent home games have certainly pushed a few issues to the fore, but throughout I could not fault the service from Seagull Travel. The drivers, and on-coach stewards when present, do their best to get us there and out again as quickly as they can/allowed to. Always polite and good humoured, they also have homes to go to the same as us (yes I know they are paid to be there). Seagull Travel are very approachable especially if situations do arise and are increasing that connectivity through social media. I do believe that they are constantly looking to improve our experience, even if problems occur outside their control. I think the club does need to review the capacity of the stairs leading to the coaches which I think creates a pinch point going home and increases tension all round when there is time pressure to get back to the coaches and away.

Fantastic experience: Seagull Travel have provided an excellent service ever since the Amex opened. Given the particular problems of getting 30,000 people to the Amex, we couldn't do without them!

Negative experience: No refund due to Covid, said there was a lack of notice given! Will use alternative travel for future fixtures. Incorrect information given to partner who still attended.

Positive experience: BHAFC v Brentford was my first time using Seagull Travel (due to complete lack of public transport on Boxing Day). I was highly impressed. All of your staff, from the drivers to the information desk people were very helpful and friendly, and we arrived at, and departed from the Amex in a timely fashion. I would certainly use Seagull Travel again. Well done! Only minor negative: the confirmatory booking email has the most important information ie coach number and departure details in the tiniest font on the entire email. Quite hard to read even with good eyesight! Could it maybe be made a bit bigger?

Positive experience: I dont doubt that seagull travel will get you to the game when all else fails but.... Paying the full amount up front is quite a drain on fans finances. Having purchased a ticket for £30 then having to pay the cost of the coach £30-40+ at the same time comes very expensive. A lot of companies take a deposit then pay the rest on the day which is much better. Seagull travel will only refund before 21 days of the game. Who knows whats happening 2 months down the line anyway. These coaches always run so if you cancel and lose your deposit the coach will still run. BHA are losing a lot of away fans as they cant afford to pay so much in one go. Several fans I know have never missed a game prior pandemic but now they just dont go.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Coaches park next to the stadium, so very short walk to stadium entrances. Dani, our coach driver, is extremely helpful and keeps us all informed of any issues etc.

Positive experience: The service is OK, BUT you can never be sure that the bus to the Amex is going to appear (Bus from Rottingdean) unless you've seen it go down in the opposite direction. Quality of the bus has improved since last season. I'm guessing that the bus pick-up time for a 1400 kick off tomorrow will be one hour earlier than for a 1500 kick off, but no-one has told me.

Fantastic experience: I used Seagulls Travel matchday bus service for the first time on Saturday. Darren and the team were great! I had a panic about the bus times, and Darren replied to my message straight away and reassured me. The bus arrived at the stop exactly at the time specified, and we left the ground at the exact time stated too. Excellent service, no waiting around, no standing on a cramped bus - perfect!

Negative experience: I booked park and stride, I’m from the area so knew roughly where to go, but if you did not know the area, their was no signs in the A27 to print out the event or parking, the only sign was on the fencing entering Shoreham Airport and you have to actually turn in to see it. Then you guess your way until you see people in hi-viz and again no signs saying Legends Festival. Previous festivals have had clear signage with Marshall’s at the airport A27 entrance directing people where to go. Just looked very unprofessional.

Negative experience: When I arrived I was told that my space was already occupied!!! After about 10 minutes after I said I'd paid for my space etc etc and obviously I felt quite stressed....the lady Went to speak to someone, then conceded that there was another person with a similar name to me and that I could continue to park further on!!!! Not what i.had expected!!

Fantastic experience: I decided not to drive to Wembley for the Man City semi final but to try out the Seagull express coach service and since then I have been converted ,A first class service with comfortable seats friendly safe drivers leaving you able to have a pre match pint and relax on the way home. If you dont have your own helicopter Seagull Travel is the best way to get to the match !!
