Negative experience: Extremely poor quality of service, please don't goo this place and waste your time and energy
IND 365, looks like you are defaming the businesses. If you are open, drop us an email on [email protected] instead of hiding. We get loads of business, so if you have visited the office than you should wait as others do. We cannot prioritise just you. All are customers.
Negative experience: Arif is very unprofessional travel agent I ever spoke with . Called in office to book flight ticket . He was rude to deliver professional customer service and wonder how he got all this awards . Offered No help for my family flight tickets . The fare on his Zee travels website shows cheaper than what he offered on phone . When asked him politely to explain just cut off the phone . Will never recommend to anyone . There are Better travel agents in Southall . Very disappointed .. un professional travel agent I ever dealt with . I travelled all over the world and never had a bad experience with any travel agent as they are professional and know how to treat customers with respect as customer is king in business .

Negative experience: Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Zee Travels I recently had a rather frustrating experience with Zee Travels, specifically in their customer service department. I had been in touch with Arif Khan via Facebook Messenger to inquire about booking tickets. After requesting his contact information, he promptly provided it and instructed me to use WhatsApp for further communication. However, my attempts to reach out to Arif Khan through WhatsApp have been met with complete silence. Despite sending multiple messages, I received no response. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact the office by phone have also been in vain, as there has been no answer to my calls. This lack of responsiveness and apparent disregard for customer inquiries has left me extremely dissatisfied with Zee Travels. In an industry where communication is key, the absence of customer service severely impacts the overall experience. I hope that Zee Travels addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more positive and reliable customer service in the future.

Negative experience: I have called several times. Their communication is so pathetic. Had booked an OCI appointed. they did not confirm till the last minute.. actually at 3.00pm said that all appointments cancelled.booked my day off as per their request and till now the next day they have not come back to tell me about my appointment. in which i had to pay someone else to get another appointment date.This has cost me loss of pay for not going to work . sorry to say VERY POOR Communication . Highly not recommended.
