Positive experience: We recently booked a trip with this company and we were incredibly impressed with Mr. Awais who was the agent we had dealt with. From the outset, his punctuality and the detailed information he provided were exceptional. He truly went above and beyond, making himself available even outside of regular hours to ensure our needs were met. The hotels he arranged were excellent, contributing to a very pleasant experience. Our only significant challenge arose with the transportation. For our group of 22, the allocated bus (a coaster) proved to be far too small once luggage was loaded. This unfortunately meant that some passengers, including women and children, had to sit on the floor for the entire journey from the airport to our first hotel, and then for the very long journey from Makkah to Madinah, and again from Madinah to Jeddah Airport. Despite raising our concerns about the bus size before the trip and repeatedly requesting a larger vehicle (even offering to pay the additional cost), our requests were not fulfilled. In fact, after being told multiple times that a larger bus wasn't possible, we even sourced our own suitable transport company and provided their details to the agent. Regrettably, they refused to arrange it, citing a preference to stick with their own vendors, despite some of our family members having positive past experiences with that company. This issue, which Mr. Awais himself later acknowledged, unfortunately created considerable discomfort and frustration for our family. Putting the transport issue aside, we can't speak highly enough of the overall service. The agents were always available when needed, and a special shout-out is definitely due to Awais Bhai for his patience and professionalism throughout. While the transport was a regrettable aspect that could have been handled better, we were otherwise very happy with the service and would certainly use them again. For large groups, we would strongly recommend emphasizing the need for adequate luggage space and potentially booking a larger vehicle upfront to avoid similar seating issues. We absolutely recommend calling and asking for Mr. Awais – he is punctual, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to meeting your needs.

Accommodation in Makkah – Conrad Hotel We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Conrad Hotel in Makkah. The service was excellent, housekeeping was thorough, and the hotel’s elegant decor offered a stunning view of the Haram. The elevators were efficient and spacious, which was particularly helpful during peak prayer times. Transportation All travel arrangements were well-organized, with punctual drivers who ensured timely transfers to our destinations. Accommodation in Madinah – Sofitel Hotel Unfortunately, our experience at the Sofitel Hotel in Madinah did not meet expectations. Despite arriving at the designated check-in time, we had to wait four hours for our room to be ready. Hygiene standards were lacking—bedding appeared unclean, the fridge contained leftover items, and there were insufficient towels. Housekeeping services were also slow. It’s important to note that these issues were not the fault of Eiman Travels or Aqib. He had diligently accommodated our specific requests, including proximity to the Haram, disability-friendly access, and a five-star rating. Aqib sincerely apologized for the inconvenience, demonstrating his commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall Recommendation Despite the challenges in Madinah, I highly recommend Eiman Travels, especially for Aqib’s professionalism and dedication. On future trips, I will certainly avoid the Sofitel Hotel but remain confident in Aqib’s ability to deliver exceptional service. It was an excellent experience visiting the holy places through Eiman Travel, especially with the assistance of brother Aqib, who has very polite and good communication skills. Your services were excellent and exceptional money and timing wise . Communication was absolutely good, everything on itinerary was delivered with no problems. Hotels are good and very close by the Masjid al-Haram and Masjid e Nabawi. Both hotels are good. Transportation is also good they provide us private transportation they pick and drop on times. The visa process is as well as not to complicated its normal requirements. We had 4 little kids with us, more worry about that, but SukarAllah alkhmdo lillah everything completed nicely. Negative experience: I have booked with Rimsha with Makkah Tour my Umrah package. As it was my first time I wasn't sure how do it by myself. At start she was helpful, and I explained clearly we are traveling with children and we want a good flight and minimum 4 star and above hotel. She assured everything will be fine. Once she released the package I had doubts about Madinah hotel, Nusk Al Madinah. I pointed out to make sure but she assured me all her client go with that hotel and there is no complaints. Once we reached Saudy in Makkah everything was fine alhamdulillah. But the night we went to Madinah was an awful experience for all of us. The hotel she promised was a low grade 2 star accommodation. They had no minimum services, we had to wait a whole day to have towels in the room. The lifts were faulty and rooms were filthy. I contacted the company that same night but no one was available to help. The next day rimsha answered my message and proposed to change hotel if I paid 2695£. Checking the hotel it was a 3 star hotel! We had a horrible experience and spend that first night and second day to find a decent hotel ourselves. It wasted so much of our time and energy and we were all upset what she did to us. Alhamdulillah we managed to get a good room in 5 star hotel nearby by ourselves. But she wasn't helpful at all, she was just taking advantage of the situation and asking us to pay 2695 for 4 nights! We had our hotel transfer booked with them as well. The driver arrived late and he dropped us off at the wrong terminal! When my husband asked him is this the terminal for Egyptair he said yes. We found out later we had to go to a different terminal. And he was gone! We had to get another taxi to take us to the right terminal and pay extra for it. I don't recommend anyone booking with Makkah Tour. There's no customer service and they spoilt our trip and excitement. Worst experience.

Negative experience: Terrible guide sent when made a booking for Umrah earlier this year. The guide ended up making people wait at the airport for 6 years after arrival! He then lied repeatedly about a number of things whilst there and changed the whole itenary which meant that only 2 days were to be spent in Madina. Complained to the company who initially appeared concerned but upon returning have failed to respond to my messages and return any payment for the days that I didn't get to use. Be careful of who they send out to you as a guide

Negative experience: Avoid this travel agent- awful and most distressing Umrah experience. Despite having paid the higher end of the scale and repeated assurances that everything would be sorted and managed, we got to Makkah and informed by the hotel after a night stay’s that our hotel had not been paid for. We spent two days going back and forth either agent and hotel management trying to resolve the issue. Eiman travel’s best advice was not to leave the room, whilst security demanded us ti leave and threatening to remove our luggage at 1am in the morning. Ended up calling the police, Hajj Ministry whilst making repeated calls to Eiman Travels. Turns out they use lots of middle men and just simply refused to pay the hotel and resolve the issue with the hotel without getting us involved. Two nightmare nights with young children and the issue was finally sorted. If that wasn’t enough- we had major transport issues (they sent old, unsuitable transport for 15 people and luggage) that meant we had to use the window to stow all the cases. Avoid it at all costs False promises and quick to take our money whilst delivering sub standard service.

Negative experience: Changed their name from continental travel, absolutely dispicable lieing organisation, me and all of my brothers booked umrah just before the year of the pandemic just before covid was declared and they held back our money for over 6-8 months, might have been more. And these people swore on our religion for a complete refund, and made it a misery to get it back. Please use alternative travel agents.

He booked us Al Mukthara. Very dirty hotel. Even though I should give 3 stars but I am giving 4 star because of Bro Saleem good Customer Service.
