Fantastic experience: We recently went for a 3 day trip to to Nottingham and Cambridge with a fantastic driver Bill . Unfortunately there was a problem with the coach which made it undriveable. Bill arranged for a coach to take us on trips ncludung the one on the Flying Scotsman.. He also arranged for a coach and driver to bring us home. Thank you Bill for a great weekend. Mr&Mrs Dunn.

Fantastic experience: Hired the executive minibus for a rugby trip. Vehicle was very comfortable, Gareth the driver was very professional and amenable on the day and overall was good value for money. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: Booked a 2 day private hire for my wedding guests, the customer service was amazing. Our bus driver Bill having previously worked with Gurkhas was very understanding and respectful of our culture and made the bus journey very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Terrible company. Your young adult drops the school bus pass on one of their tatty coaches, and despite the driver knowing them, still has to pay until KCC process the replacement. Probably find the cleaner found it...oh no wait a minute, given how dirty the description my child gives me, they don't clean the coaches regularly. So why does each trip cost £1.50 more each way than stagecoach for the same route....easy answer, as this bunch of scum know that children can not catch the public bus and be in school on time, so we are over a barrel. No morals this lot...unless you would call exploitative profiteering a moral.

Fantastic experience: Returned from a long weekend at Holme Lacy Hereford . Coach was spotless , seats very comfortable . Driver very professional also very helpful treated all passengers with respect. From booking through to returning home we couldn’t fault Crosskeys . Many thanks to everyone involved.

Positive experience: Had a great time yesterday to boulogne sur mer! Our driver was great very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I do however think the time you get in France is a little short.. 3 hours only would be nice if you had at least 5 hours because by time you have had something to eat it's time to go back. Also would be nice to have a drop off closer to the aquarium and beach as well as the old town. However that being said lovely trip and would think about booking again

Fantastic experience: We hired coach from Gatwick to Folkstone last weekend, there was a 4 hour flight delay but Crosskeys were very accommodating and coach and driver were waiting on arrival. Coach was very clean, driver very polite. We also used them for return trip from Folkstone to Port Lympne, coach very prompt and driver very helpful. Organised trips with Debbie and Charlotte who were very efficient. We will certainly use them again.

Fantastic experience: Crosskeys transported our wedding guests to and from The View Hotel Folkestone and our venue, The Old Kent Barn. The service was perfect and the team were very helpful in organising it. They also assisted a member of my family who was injured, to get on and off the coach. Thank you

Negative experience: Tried to book trip to hever. I live in Ramsgate. Nearest pick up was deal but would be charged extra £10 as even though deal was pick up point they charge surcharge for picking up there.

Fantastic experience: We booked a 16 seat minibus for a trip to Alexandra Palace to watch the snooker. Charlotte couldn't have been more helpful throughout the booking process, the drivers were professional and friendly and the bus was superb. Highly recommended and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I had a wonderful trip to Bruges last week. Our driver, Gareth, was great. He kept us well informed and had a good sense of humour. Having never been on a Crosskeys day trip before, I'm happy to say it definitely met my expectations. The only hiccup was a loud, obnoxious passenger on the way back but this would not stop me using Crosskeys again. Thanks for a great trip

Negative experience: Incompetent drivers. Constantly failing the children they are hired to take and from school. Unhelpful office staff. Pointless complaints system. If you can choose another service (unlike us sadly) then do! Describes a “public service” however you are only picking up the same school children in their uniform, from inside there school grounds but happy to leave them stranded when their is a malfunction with their bus pass on one occasion. Also data protection in disclosing schools?

Negative experience: Went to Bruges from Ashford. Turns out we had get 2 coaches which wasn't mentioned anywhere. 1st coach was great. Decent heating etc. Got to Hythe and told we got to move coaches as the 1st coach is Arras only. We moved to 2nd coach and wow it was freezing inside it. It was much colder in the 2nd coach then it was outside! Many of us complained to the driver to turn heating on, his response was "it is on. It should heat up by time we get to Belgium" 2 hours absolutely no heating freezing on this 2nd coach. Indeed only started to get warm when we got near Bruges! Feels like Crosskeys know about this fault with this coaches heating as I emailed to complain about it and been over 2 weeks now and not a single response!

Fantastic experience: Had a great time at Bath Christmas Market which was extremely busy and cold we visited Windsor on the following day which was absolutely brilliant such a beautiful place the hotel was great to lovely breakfast and friendly people this is our first time at this and it's not going to be our last just go holidays were great but our coach operator Crosskeys of folkestone went above and beyond with there sirvice great drivers to fantastic can't wait to get on bourd again even the coach inertia was nice with festive tinsel and fairy lights magical memories

Fantastic experience: We had a really lovely young lady driver take us on a trip to Brugges. Informative and chatty, giving info over the tannoy as we went. We had a delay on the return journey where we sat on a train that didn’t leave with little information from anyone as to how long the delay was to be. She looked after everyone and kept us all happy in difficult circumstances. The delay made it a very long day, but she remained bright and friendly. A very professional service all round.

Fantastic experience: On behalf of Sandwich Honfleur Twinning Association I'd like to say a big thank you to Dean Marie, our driver, for our trip to Honfleur in Normandy from 23rd - 26th June 2023. Dean took very good care of our group of 44; his driving was exemplary and his manner was always considerate and cheerful. The coach was clean, comfortable and in first-class condition. Fantastic experience: Crosskeys provided an excellent service for our 6 day group visit to our twin town in Germany this summer. This involved travel to and from Hampshire and outings organised and accompanied by our German friends. Negative experience: Not very good. They stop off at service stations too busy and expensive. Queues for women's toilets.Didnt visit towns and didn't see all that was advertised on trip such as another Ironbridge museum. Hotel wasn't very good middle of nowhere. Not very comfortable bus aching back and legs and hard for older people to get on and off Needs a low floor double decker coach so those less able have less far to climb. Not for the less mobile. The Shropshire trip should be changed. The Working farm closed down. Shugborough strange place to go to so far and not in Shropshire when there's museums in Shropshire. Tours need looking at to improve them.Driver newish and wasn't that great. A shame didn't get to enjoy the railway and stop off at leisure.Wasted ages in hotel watching TV such a shame! should be a more nearer to Ironbridge hotel

Fantastic experience: We booked a shopping trip to Calais Cite D'europe. We were apprehensive about restrictions and quarantine restrictions so didn't think we would actually get there until we got on the ferry! The coach met us at the carpark and was immaculately clean and well socially distanced. We had hand sanitizer every time we were on or off the coach. A great ferry trip ( thanks P&O) and we arrived in Calais port. Wow it has been so long since we were there, at least 6 months! I cannot praise Crossroads highly enough. Immaculate service, all Covid 19 recommendations carried out to the letter. Also the professional driver and host kept us informed at every point. We spent 2 hours shopping+ wine, coffee, groceries- ooh it's been so long!) Then we returned to the coach where it was all expertly stashed in the luggage boot. We could then return to eat and do more shopping It is a a stress free shopping experience which is tremendous value for money. From booking until return to base -completely professional service throughout. I am in awe of this professional company and its level of service.

Fantastic experience: We have just arrived back from a coach trip to the Isle of Wight. The coach was lovely/clean and the driver was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use them again.

Positive experience: I emailed asking if seats were available on a day trip and heard nothing back for almost 24hrs,as soon as I reviewed them, I then got a reply. Would probably be best to call to get quick answer. . So have upped it to 3 stars. Hopefully will be able to have good trips with you in the future.

Fantastic experience: Ordered currency online to collect in store, staff are always friendly. I've ordered holiday money a few times now and their rates are very competitive. Small parking area for customers as you first go through the gates.

Fantastic experience: A great trip to the “Mighty Wurlitzer” concert at the music Museum at Kew. Very professional and friendly driver, with a keen sense of humour and a modern, comfortable coach. Our refreshment stop at RHS Wisley was not rushed and gave us all plenty of time for coffee and snacks, before continuing the last leg of the journey. Excellent concert, especially for the “Wurlitzer Buffs” and a smooth return journey. Well recommended.

Positive experience: I went on a trip to the NEC Simply Christmas show in Birmingham, 2nd & 3rd of November 2019. It was an overnight stay at a Holiday Inn. The Hotel was very clean, food basic but acceptable. Coach was very clean and comfortable. Our driver was excellent, very patient and helpful, as well as being a good communicator. Overall a good and enjoyable trip, but what was lacking for me was communication from the office. No itinerary beforehand, vague answers from a young girl in the office when I was inquiring about timings, and other basic questions about the trip. Service and Communication is all important in business, and I felt communication was definitely lacking here.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I'm had a fantastic day trip to the Cake and Bake Show in London with Crosskeys Coaches, the driver was friendly and wellcoming, the seats were comfy. Overall we had a wonderful time and we can't wait to go on more trips with this lovely company.

Fantastic experience: The Day Trips are loads of fun Hassle free days out where you get delivered to your chosen venue and then picked up again later. Plenty of pick up points so it's almost door to door service. If you visit the shop the staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about holidays. Can also book just flights. They will help you with anything! Can't recommend highly enough Well done Crosskeys

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have used Crosskeys many times for day trips and holidays.and no complaints.our day trip to Petworth house with Bill our driver was great from pick up to drop off.Angus driving to Shropshire again was excellent .well worth the money and staff in the office are all so helpful and can't do enough for you. Even good for travel money as best deals. Booked the Lake District and Sluis next month and know we will be well looked after.coaches are clean and air conditioning in the warm weather.will be using this company as often as we can.

Fantastic experience: Portsmouth Day Trip Excellent service provided. Coach within minutes of pick up time,comfy and quite spacious up front. Pleasant trip and courteous competent driver. Nearly 5 hours at destination. Only minor irritant was stopping off at services too early into journey. Don't mind stopping at services but surely can do better than clacketts services. Thanks for the pleasant time. Hope I find more suitable trips with yourselves soon.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Luxury coach. This is standard of the coaches they have. Booked a long day trip. Absolutely no complaints from any of us. Comfortable journey as well.

Negative experience: The coach was clean, the driver informative, but i was dissapointed to have paid £36 each for 3 tickets to only have 3.5 hours in brugge. We whole day was 0730 to 2045 so to spend 10 hours on a coach is unacceptable. They should have advertised online how long you actually get in brugge. We lost an hour because of eurotunnel delays, but these are often quite common, crosskeys should give you longer at the destination, so if there are delays you still have a decent enough time at the intended destination. We also had to wait at coquelles for another crosskeys coach because our driver had run out of driver hours to make all the return drop offs in the uk.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic coach and driver today who tried very hard in getting us to Citie d’Europe but due to savage protesters was forced to try plan B and took us to Auchan for our shopping! He was faced with the same but managed to park the coach within walking distance for us all to shop and eat! There was a threat of a gun, a manic woman banging on the side of the coach but our driver kept his cool! A protester pressed the emergency button outside and illegally entered our coach! Disgraceful behaviour on the part of the French! Thank you so much ! We had a great day thanks to your company!

Fantastic experience: We went to City Europe. The driver was excellent and gave us relevant information. He was polite and kept us informed. This was our first travel experience with Crosskeys Coach trips. We were very impressed and went into their travel office in Folkestone the next day and booked a further trip with them. We highly recommend them. Thank you for a lovely trip.

Fantastic experience: Total service was first class - very professional indeed. Charlotte in the office was extremely helpful and all the staff very polite and friendly. What more could you ask for? Coach arrived and was ready for when people started leaving the function. Driver was friendly and professional.
