Fantastic experience: As a single traveler aged 82 I found Sam very helpful, going through all the details of the insurance, especially about medication and awaiting hospital appointments "Scans." Most insurers don't want to insure elderly people because of medical conditions. It was great to talk to a human being. I will certainly use them again.

Fantastic experience: We needed insurance for a cruise we’d booked. Our insurers refused to cover me because I have cancer and Asthma which makes getting travel insurance very hard. We found this company and got through to Lorna who was just amazing. Extremely polite, very patient, with a warm disposition and very thorough. She discussed the cover we needed, asked very relevant Qs and then confirmed everything with us. We got cover for all my medical issues at a very reasonable cost and it gave us huge reassurance. I would certainly recommend this company because of the service we received from Lorna who was kind, understanding, an extremely good communicator and someone who clearly knew her job well. Negative experience: the company that leaves you to die in any holiday resort you go to. They only advise you to go to the state hospital there. they do nothing else. as if it is not enough that they leave you to die, they do not call you by phone, they give you someone else's phone number and they are shameless waiting for you to call that number. In other words, even the advice that a man passing by on the street will give you, they say to you, go to the state hospital there, go to any state hospital in that city. at the same time, they say that you have to pay £ 250 to start treatment for your disease, which is a complete disgrace.

Negative experience: Beware of the excess as it's often per person! We had to extend our stay abroad when our youngest got really sick and spent £700 extra for re-booked flights, hotel etc... It took 6 months and a world of pain to get the money back, which amounted to £70 because the excess was per person. Avoid any travel insurance company that use Rightpath. Awful to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Great 5 Star service from Sam. Helpful without going over the top. I find the Travel Insurance experience a tedious task normally, but Sam mad the whole issue a pleasure with great ease and pleasantness.

Negative experience: Made a claim for lost hand luggage and it took the company 5 weeks to respond and essentially find ways not to pay out. How they have a defaqto 5 star rating is shocking. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: Sadly had an issue and needed to return early from holiday for an urgent operation. Rightpath who handle claims have told me it will take them 7 weeks to review the claim - somewhat excessive delay
