Fantastic experience: I always book my holidays with Cathy at Colchester Travel. She always listens to exactly what we need & finds us amazing holidays within our budget. The staff at Colchester Travel are so kind & helpful & even speak to hotels to make sure we are well looked after whilst we are on our holidays. Cannot recommend more highly.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with Colchester travel. I booked a holiday for my daughter and myself for her 18th birthday. The one stipulation I suggested was that I wanted to be close to the city centre. I was offered some suggestions and I chose one I was told was 10 minutes walk from the centre. This turned out to be an hour walk from the centre. When I complained I was told I should be checked what I was told. Basically so the work myself then !!!! Offered £100 travel voucher with them as compensation . I respectfully declined as I won’t be able to afford another holiday and quite frankly I don’t trust them. Since then despite contacting Diane is now ignoring me. I’m would suggest choosing another agent or doing the work yourself

Fantastic experience: On my second holiday booked through Colchester Travel and again they haven’t disappointed. If you want someone to listen to your holiday needs and then match them to your perfect holiday needs then look no further. I have had two different members of staff and both have been good.

Positive experience: Got seated without queuing. Quiet and peaceful. Okay selection of food and pastries. Good selection of alcohol. Quite a small VIP lounge but still comfortable.
