Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, as a family we had been searching florida holidays for a while ( which is a lot harder then youd think). I was reluctant to use bella due to her being a friend, and didnt want to waste her time. But i am so glad i did she took all our requests and found us the perfect combination of activities, hotels and flights. The holiday was booked with in a few days of my 1st message to belles. So at the moment i am extremely happy with bella's service. Holiday is not until 2020 so will follow up my review then. Highly recommend

Bella Greenwood spent time finding out exactly what I wanted from my holiday, she understood I was restricted on budget and dates and was able to find me the perfect getaway. She gave excellent advice throughout, explaining the options available to me, which enabled me to make informed decisions. Communication was great and all my questions were answered. I just haven't had time to do any research... Bella did it all for me and made the whole process stress-free. I have never used an agent before and to my surprise it didn't cost any more than if I'd gone direct! Amazing! Fantastic experience: We found Bella to be very efficient, she booked us the exact cruise we were looking for, it was for the right time of year that we wanted, going to the most perfect places. She sounded lovely on the phone, and you could tell she wanted the best holiday for the best price that she could find for us, it was as if she was booking the trip for herself. I can only say we will be booking with her again as it took all the stress off us trying to find what we wanted, the only trouble we have now is 10months to wait, I want to go tomorrow. When my husband retires next year there will be no waiting we will be able to go tomorrow...cant wait and Bella will be booking every trip for us.

Fantastic experience: Bella is amazing! We always struggle to keep costs down travelling as a family of 5. I reached out to Bella to try and help. She asked me a list of questions about what was important to us as a family and within 24 hours, we had 3 holidays to look at. We discussed them and emailed back with our favourite, within an hour she had booked it all for us. All the stress was gone! She is friendly and helpful and keeps you up to datethroughout the booking process. We can definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help and advice.
