Negative experience: Terrible customer service and a lack of any urgency to resolve complaints. Obviously so strapped for finances that they are holding £80 back until they get it from JET2! Really? Customer RELATIONS are awful and the whole organisation has a terrible customer service ethic! So bad I have had to escalate a complaint to the regulators over £80! The whole thing is a sham, shame they took place of Thomas Cook, needless to say our next Caribbean holiday we have just booked with TUI

Positive experience: I'm really amazed how long someone has to wait at the counter to change some money? Three times now I have been in& stood there like I was invisible& also my daughter has waited for me too. After twenty minutes I had to leave! At least acknowledge me to say something.
