Hays Travel Hereford

Negative experience: Website is useless! Limited destination options and pops are constant if for every page. Also, we were told the Hereford branch is open on Sundays throughout summer but they were closed today - I’m August. Such a wasted journey into town.

Fantastic experience: We usually do all our holiday bookings ourselves but on this occasion we decided to ask Hays to assist. We are so pleased we did as Erica did a wonderful job sorting it all out for us. She was brilliant, making us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Erica we will definately use Hays Hereford again.

Negative experience: I went in to enquire about travel to Portugal. The staff took details. A week later, a telephone call revealed that absolutely nothing had been done.

Fantastic experience: The team at Hays travel were really helpful when we booked our holiday. They were patient with our particular requests about location. When we were booking other colleagues were able to share their knowledge of the area. Very professional, well done Poppy (who deserves recognition) as does Hays. Give them a go, you may be as pleasantly surprised as we were.

Fantastic experience: Emma and the other lady sorry forgot your name. They are wonder people and nothing is too much trouble for them. We have not had a family holiday for 5 years because I built my own house from scratch.so I sent my partner in to have a look at the deals going on.. these two women were so helpfull it just made the whole experience of booking your holiday so simple and a joy. Downside is the place they recommended was awesome and after being there for 2 days my 6 year old daughter told me she wants to come here again next year but for 2 weeks and not 10 days.. can't argue with her can I?? Lol. But no seriously these two ladies at this branch are amazing and thank you both.xx
