Asked for a full refund and did not agree to do so and tried to book different dates even when i told them i do not want to continue with the package. Overall poor service and would not recommend as they just take the money and do not show any care for their customers.

Negative experience: I wish I could give zero or even minus stars. The worst customer service ever. I had Nabilah as first agent. First of all not sure if they are based in UK and it’s a pain getting to speak to managers to sort stuff out. They barely answer it’s mostly done by wats app which is very annoying which things are going wrong . Secondly they say yes to everything and no commitment at all. She said we can pay in instalments but she kept putting pressure on us to pay. When we asked for guide she said they have it and later had to go through my bank to get refund. Once you pay then I think it’s 3rd party you get notified it’s unsuccessful when it is and forget about refund if anything goes wrong . We even have a guide who was putting very loud music on during on our way to Madinah . So much disrespect and this is the type of service they provide.We requested double bed and Nabilah confirmed its double but both hotels said it was not requested. So clearly Nabilah said yes to everything without any action. It was our first experience so we did not realise she also gave us a connecting flight with only 50 mins so we had to pay extra £150 for gold service. Alhamdullilah we did our first Umrah as planned but customer service was big zero. I would not want others to go through what we did. Never use this company.they are not reliable . The whole process was stressful.please verify well make sure you book with companies based in UK. Worse is they assumed everyone speak Urdu . All our guide/transport there could barely communicate. Luckily my husband understand a little bit but he had to translate to me all the time Shame you are using religion to offer such appalling service .

Negative experience: Terrible experience so far we have booked a package for our family to travel to umrah. These guys showed us hotels package everything we are happy so we booked. Asked for 30% deposit so we paid next few days asked for more money for flights so we paid again next few days for hotels totalling to full amount. After this the hotel we have booked in makkah is now full so they offering us ones that are really far out shuttle bus. Or we have to pay more to get closer ones this is going on for days stressful. After doing some research myself turns out the hotel is available so i show them online. Now its available somehow but for us to book it weve ended up paying 50pp more for 8 of us. As this was going for days i did ask if there was any issue with hotel booking in madina they said no problems with booking there. So i was gonna let it go as a misunderstanding whatever. But theyve just let us know today that the madina hotel is booked aswell. So same story. Basically weve paid more yo get the same hotel in makkah and had to downgrade in madina. I would never recommend these guys.

Negative experience: Not trustworthy people. Booked an Umrah package with all meals included for my family, got here to be told I've got a room 2x grades lower than we paid for plus lunch and dinner not included so essentially costing an additional £100+ per day on food while having a basic room instead of the executive room. Rang them and they said there's nothing they can do... makes no sense whatsoever. Better off booking Umrah yourself instead of going through these guys, dreading what other problems I'm going to have...

Negative experience: This feedback is for Ibrahim who helped is or lets say who’s taken money to book our flight and hotel reservations.I have given this company a second time business by keeping my faith in them that I might will have a better experience with a new person as Adam was extremely bad that i did not leave neither a good or a bad feedback but i will leave it in details what kind of person he is as if you are dealing with him you are bound to get the package from him though they both belong to the same company but all he thought about his commission I believe else i didn’t get his extreme rude behaviour. Anyways back to what i came here for. I am a working individual and a very professional person and understand the importance of a feedback so very responsibly and carefully considering every fact I want to leave a feedback to get them understanding what their responsibilities are towards a client. So what does a feedback mean? An experience with person or a company based on good or bad services right? What a service called ? Only to be nice until selling a product and forget the customer after taking money but international bookings are not just a product to be sold but to look after the clients in case of any sort of help they required on such sacred journey. So my feedback is based on that as we can pay the hard earn money to book everything online through robotic services. As I could go through booking.com to get the bookings and flights through the airlines directly I am educated enough to do so. So these two things were all that I needed to contact this company again for my package.I had to book through them due to my busy schedule. so how can I say the service was outclass or beyond exceptional when there was no service been provided afterwards when i actually needed Ibrahim’s help.As we paid and got the bookings so that is not what i would judge them on.The service starts if we get stuck somewhere or need any help to checkin the hotels or any other issues with the bookings. Ibrahim was in touch only the time we needed to get the bookings done in the UK but once i needed his help in checking in the hotel and understanding the Rawda permit as the Saudi’s asked us to contact the company or agent so he got back to all my msgs on my day back in UK what is the point when I already came back? This was his amazing performance in regards of helping me on my Umrah journey and I have evidence of that with me too.I gave around £6000+ business for only bookings and tickets to them then definitely I would expect a better communication at least but they have failed both the times and Adam was worst even.kindly keep in mind especially when a female is going on her own or only females are going they need to be looked after well in a different country if they get stuck.But Ibrahim was no help for me there so I didn’t have a really good experience with him in terms of that.
