Positive experience: Yorkshire Dales Lodge. Immaculately clean. Lodge 2. Level front, sun all day, unlike most others. Watch if younger children, on decking No. 2 not enclosed! Like most others - Fronts the road into park. So watch kid lots rabbit holes around it. Tho All rabbits running round entertained the kids constantly. Many lodges hidden in trees, private but very shaded. Critiscisms: Found wood drainer rack (nails sticking out). Could do with few more large bowls. Plus would been nice if had a little coffee supplied for espresso machine, as everything else supplied. Spoiler: Manager of site, not impressed! 4 kids 3 adults, 1st night showered. However at 7pm on Saturday rang the only mobile number to report the hot tap was so stiff couldn't tirn on! Thinking someone may just come help/look, instead the response was "Do you know its 7 on a saturday night.. doubt my plumber will come, he's probably on an emergency call out job"?! "Ill ring him". 2 mins later...text msg "plumber is on emergency call"?? Hmmm. We were departing next day. REALLY!! Not impressed - at 300 pounds a night NOT the response expected? So 4 kids couldnt have baths! The customer service and communication beforehand from all staff, was so helpful and friendly. Even when didnt receive pre arrival email, sent straight away. Sadly that on-site service didnt mirror this! This has put us off rebooking that site. Would try other venues though.

Fantastic experience: Lovey place to stay but if you are staying go prepared. There is a cafe and a bar on location. The cafe opened later than we would have liked and the bar doesn’t open. A bit disappointing considering it’s in the building and you can’t use it. Could do with a vending machine that provides essentials.

Fantastic experience: The apartment was situated at Nature's Point in Pistyll, North Wales, a quiet location. The view was spectacular over towards Anglesea in the distance. The apartment was a good size, very clean & had everything we needed, high quality appliances, comfortable beds & log burner...will definitely return..thank you

Fantastic experience: Just got back from a week at Nature's Point in North Wales. The cottage was immaculate and spacious with uninterrupted views of the sea. Unlike most holiday cottages that accept dogs they were much more pragmatic, so instead of 'dogs aren't allowed on the furniture', blankets were provided to put on the furniture to protect it. I would definitely return to Nature's Point, there's so much to do in the area, it's so peaceful and the views of the sunset over the sea are amazing.

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed for a week in Lews Castle in Stornoway. The castle was beautiful and our accommodations were first class. We were in a self catering suite and it was equipped with everything we needed. The suite was spotless when we checked in. Booking the accommodation was extremely easy and check-in was a breeze. Christina was extremely helpful. The castle was a great location from which to explore Lewis & Harris! #togethertravelco

Fantastic experience: Excellent location, really comfortable

Positive experience: My husband and I stayed for one night at Lews Castle in Stornoway on an anniversary trip to Scotland. I would recommend staying here if you have a day or two to spend in Stornoway, as the town is a very short walk from the castle and the view from the hill the castle is on is beautiful. We were greeted on our arrival by a wonderful representative from Together Travel. The room was simple, but comfortable. Some finishes could use updating, but there were good amenities like a fridge and coffee/tea maker. While the room had definitely been cleaned recently, it seems the staff may have forgotten to check the fridge because there were two frozen meals (unopened) and an almost empty milk carton inside. Due to our timing, we only stayed one night and could not stick around for breakfast, but the breakfast room looked quite nice. Fun stay in a castle!

Fantastic experience: A hidden gem set in beautiful Cheshire countryside! So peaceful and quiet….. The accommodation is outstanding - it is beautifully furnished and decorated. We had a lovely warm welcome from Jo and we felt at home as soon as we walked into the cottage. There’s a lovely pub a five minute walk away which serves breakfast and meals. Hoglets cottage is a beautiful place -a haven of peace and quiet. Truly outstanding in every way!

Fantastic experience: Great stay at this quiet remote cottage. Good spot for exploring the beaches around the Llyn Peninsula. Very comfortable and has everything you could want. And amazing sunsets!

Negative experience: Unfortunately the property promised alot and the location was spectacular but the property itself was a disappointment for the cost. **We could not get regular hot water, **the doors to the decking had no way of holding open and couldnt be wedged so you had to keep opening and closing when going in and out, **the wide windows are wonderful and really showed the beautiful views - but it assumes a certain level of privacy - unfortunately people would walk their dogs around right outside the front of the decking some allowing their dogs to pee up the side of it... **they seemed to have some sewage emergency on one of the days (not from our property) but we had no notifications about it and only overheard the workman. 2 sewage vehicles turned up and were there for the whole of the day right outside our windows, the men were chatting and walking around right next to the property having coffee etc even though the issue seemed to be a good 30 metres away. ** finally on 2 of the nights there was loud drum beat music late into the night finishing about 1am. ** the radiators in the bathroom never came on so drying or airing the towels was very difficult, would have been happy with a washing line to do it but there was nothing available - ended up with just alot of damp towels. So would hugely recommend the location but not the property - sorry!

Fantastic experience: Getting married at Lews Castle was better than we could have ever imagined! We got to work with Zoe throughout our planning who made planning from the US super easy. She answered all of our questions so quickly and set up several virtual meetings to help guide us through the process. Then we got to work with Christina and Matt at the castle who are the nicest people. For the three days we spent at the castle we felt like absolute royalty. They truly went above and beyond for us and our guests. They were always available to answer our questions and were so accommodating from letting us use their decor to setting up all of our items for us. On wedding day Christina and Matt were there at all times to make sure everything went smoothly and truly made everything perfect. The food was absolutely phenomenal and all of the staff and bartenders were so wonderful to work with. We are so thankful to everyone at Together Travel and Lews Castle for making our wedding perfect! We can’t wait to come back and stay at the castle again!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Superb lodge. We had a firepit at our particular lodge. Lovely at nighttime. We also had a log fire inside for cosy nights. Only downside and it's only minor, is the rear area with firepit wasn't secluded off so we could take our dog round without him running off. As our dog is a spaniel and would prob go off and chase the rabbits which were on site. But the front patio was secluded off if we chose to which was ideal. But that's the only slight downside, everything else was superb Superb setting. Lovely views. Would definitely come back

Positive experience: Stayed in the penthouse suite, in Newquay which was lovely and spacious, my gripe is.... cleaning... we was late getting in the apartment because cleaning was still in progress, that was not good enough we had to small children and had to sit and wait in the foyer till they had finished, when we eventually got in the room surface cleaning yeah ok, but under the beds and under the sofa area was sweets and wrappers balloons confetti also tissues and lots of dust, (not great when our kids suffer with asthma,) even found a knife down side of sofa.. thats not good at all..one of our kids could have got hold of that, There was also a building site next to us which was not great when your on holiday to chill, very noisy! even before 8am in a morning.

Positive experience: Accommodation was good although there as nowhere to put anything especially in the bathroom. You had to put your toiletries in the floor and I needed help with something, the info said phone various numbers (I had been given at least 4) and not a single one of them was answered or message responded to!! 21/7 I did email the group after they posted that I should, but have not had my email responded to!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in the most delightful newly renovated cottages called The Hoglets. It was so cosy with the 'hoglets' theme, and all our needs were met. Jo was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property. Together Travel made the booking process very easy and we had a wonderful weekend.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful. So peaceful. So private. Every need is catered for in this beautiful Lodge. Immaculately clean.Comfy bed. Large expanses of lawn seen through one entire wall of glass windows and doors. Further grassed ares of huge proportion. Rabbits in abundance and come close to the lodge. Cannot praise highly enough. Did not want to come home as felt like home. Thankyou TOGETHER TRAVEL for this lovely experience.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the old boat house in Fowey, Cornwall and it was just gorgeous!!! It was super modern and so clean. The view was also amazing. Myself and 3 others went away for a girls trip and Fowey was perfect for us. We booked with together travel for the first time and the service was fab, any questions we had were answered within 24 hours.

Fantastic experience: Very calm and peaceful location. Gives a remote feel but with easy access to all daily essentials and amenities. Lodge was well equipped. We enjoyed the uninterrupted wide open views. Our 4-legged friend had a busy vacation- keeping a constant watch on the innumerable bunnies! We stayed in lodge 3. Indoors was perfect for my elderly mum but she did struggle walking from the car to the lodge and back. We still loved it and would like to return again.

Positive experience: Wir hatten eine echt tolle Zeit! Die ReiseleiterInnen sorgen dafür, dass man sich immer gut aufgehoben fühlt und auf jede Frage eine Antwort bekommt. PS: das Ticket für das Abifestival lohnt sich, auch wenn wir daran anfangs auch gezweifelt haben, wir haben es nicht bereut, weil wirklich gute Stimmung herrschte!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in the Kingfisher pod and we absolutely loved it. The pods are very homely, well equipped and very comfortable. The boathouse cafe serves excellent quality food in very generous portions. The people, from the staff to the boaters, were all very friendly and we will be back again.

Positive experience: Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, in den Apartments hat manchmal etwas gefehlt, dies wurde jedoch immer schnellstmöglich ersetzt. Zudem war die Fahrt ein guter Mix aus Ausflügen und Party.

Positive experience: We loved the accommodation at John O'Groats and the lack of hot water was soon fixed. The EV charger, however, let us down, taking our car battery only from 45 pls range to 99, so we had to stop in Lybster to top up further.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous stay in Porth Oer cottage at Nature’s Point on the Llyn Prninsular. The cottage is spotless, very well equipped and tastefully decorated to a very high spec. It is bigger than we expected, filled with light and the views from all windows are stunning. In one direction you look over to Porthdinllaen and the other to Anglesey. Liam (site manager) and his team were very friendly and the grounds well looked after. There is so much to do within easy reach - by car or on foot. Beaches, hill forts, walks for all abilities, galleries, a local brewery and some interesting shopping including local food and crafts. Days out included Aberdaron and Porth Oer beach; Llanbedrog walk up to the Iron Man, along the beach and into the gallery which has an amazing modern conservatory cafe; walk up to Tre’r Ceiri hill fort and lunch at the cafe at Nant Gwrtheyrn; walk from Nefyn along to the famous Ty Coch pub at Porthdinllaen for lunch; drive round to Harlech and back via Porthmadog, Borth-y-Gest and Criccieth - all of which deserve a day on their own. Caffi Ni just up the road gets a special mention for their amazing coffee and brunch. An easy walk or 2 minute drive. It’s a beautiful walk along the coastal path into Nefyn, where we spent some time sampling the produce at the brewery - pre book a taxi for your return journey! We stayed for 8 nights and only scratched the surface - we will happily return.

Positive experience: Not really a cottage but a nicely furnished basement flat. Great location. I would find this too small for 4 persons. Only just big enough for 2 of us

Positive experience: We stayed at apartment 5, it was perfect. It was so much bigger in real life than it looked online. Just wish more dishwasher tablets were provided and a hoover/brush so we could’ve done the floor.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! We had 4 lodges over 2 weeks and everyone was blown away by the experience. To be able to work from these lodges made a massive difference and the comfort and cleanliness is second to none. Stephanie and her team should be proud!

Fantastic experience: Fabulous place. Amazing lodge was extremely well equipped and comfortable. I evolved into a caveman and mastered the art of fire lighting "Man make fire!" Superb walks from the door withe the old racecourse nearby for ideal dog walking. Beautiful scenery complete with Yorkshire weather. Gluten free fish and chips from Barkers in Richmond was superb as was Gelato from Gelato tutti. Impossible to find fault.

Fantastic experience: My family & I had a great stay at Trewhiddle village in Cornwall. We arrived tired after a long journey & were delighted to walk into such a comfortable & welcoming house.The accommodation was immaculate & the staff who we did see were friendly & helpful.The children were greeted by a pumpkin , a pumpkin carving kit & chocolate bars. The dog was greeted by a doggy gift bag. It is these thoughtful little touches which made our stay extra special. We would all recommend staying with Together Travel & hope to go again soon.

Fantastic experience: Stayed at John O’Groats What an amazing holiday it I was quiet and relaxing. We had lodge 22 which had an amazing view of the Orkneys and Stroma. We took our dog and she had a gift bag when we arrived which she loved! The only downfall is there isn’t much locally in evening for going out so car is definitely needed but we found kitchen serviceable to cook meals and dishwasher was a godsend! Fantastic experience: Fabulous well equipped, clean lodge in an idyllic location. Dog friendly and the site was beautiful woodland and fields buzzing with wildlife. A 20 minute walk to Richmond and many other walks to discover from the lodge. Had a wonderful holiday!

The views are incredible, and not to mention super peaceful being sat on the balcony watching the sunset. Not too far of a drive into the town and just 25 mins drive into Abersoch. 110% recommend and will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous lodge on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales with great facilities. Very relaxing stay, plenty of outdoor space to play outdoor games or just relax in the sun. Lodge 10 is private and peaceful. Would highly recommend and will return again with my family.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful stay at Nature's Point at Pistyll. Beautiful apartment with amazing views and furnished to a very high standard. Couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

Positive experience: The lodge was in a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful. The lodge was very well equipped with everything you needed. However 1 bath towel and 1 face towel for a week each I think is a bit stingy and no one comes and changes the bed during your stay either. There were little bits like the outside window sills and indoor sills which weren't cleaned properly which let it down. These are just little things that need to be improved on. Also there was someone staying there who kept letting there dog off the lead at night which was chasing the rabbits all around the site. Apart from that great place and lovely lodge.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic vacation cabin, beautifuly situated with the sea and Orkaney Islands view, and everything was well maintained. It was hard to leave... we had a lovely vacation in the area, and were blessed with great weather.

Fantastic experience: The negative reviews don't ring true, can only assume that this company has hugely upped their game because we had a wonderful time in our accommodation which was spotless and very well-equipped. Definitely worth the money and the company were a pleasure to deal with. Booking our next getaway with them as we speak!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely stunning stay at Lews Castle! A great place to explore Harris and Lewis from. The beds were incredible and it felt like a truly luxurious home away from home!

Negative experience: The lodge itself was overpriced so expectations were high upon arrival. However, it was very dirty when we came inside and when the lodge was recleaned two days later, the dirty parts, marks and damages were still there. The service was very disappointing and replied in a defensive and negating way, as though they did not believe us and we were being silly. They have told us that air b n b bookings like our one don't take preference and for a sea view you need to speak to them directly. False advertising, because when shown lodge 13 it had a sea view and was a totally different lodge to our actual lodge 13. It's not fair or decent to give falsified information to a customer nor to totally disagree with what they are saying. We were offered to go home and be given a refund mid week but we didn't want to disappoint our kids and had a nice holiday nonetheless.

Negative experience: Our advice would be to book with another company or directly with a holiday home owner. For the last decade, we have been loyal customers with Natural Retreats and more recently the re-brand; Together Travel. We have stayed in 4 different resorts. Unfortunately, Together Travel do not understand the need for good customer service, the small touches that make a good holiday experience or a positive interest in returning customers.

Positive experience: Had a lovely long weekend stay at their site in the Yorkshire Dales. The lodge had everything we needed and was in such an amazing location. Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: We've stayed at the Trewhiddle and Yorkshire Dales sites with my family and dogs and cannot fault the service. Locations are lovely and we have only had positive experiences with them. We had a few specific requests due to who was travelling with us which contacted them about before we travelled and they were all provided for when we arrived. The managers on site are polite, professional and very helpful. Personal recommendations for anyone travelling to Yorkshire would be to walk down to the river Swale and onto the George and Dragon to look back across to the site and for a lovely meal drive 15 minutes to the Coach House at the Middleton Lodge. Negative experience: Refusing to refund during the Lockdown period and very hard to deal with. All automated answers. Book elsewhere.

Negative experience: I and my partner are frontline medical professionals. This company initially refused to refund our holiday that we had fully paid for despite it falling within the lock down period, therefore illegal to travel, and my advising them that we had cancelled all our leave for the rest of the year to accommodate our patients as per government request. They didn't care and therefore we were forced to get legal advice, they then agreed to refund the holiday, but have also not done this. They are ruthless and were awful to deal with. It's a real pity that money means more to them than anything else. Stay away and book elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: We've just returned from a long weekend at the Yorkshire Dales lodges and everything about them was amazing! We will be returning in the summer! x

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for something special a little bit of luxury then this is the place to go. I have just come back from a long weekend in Cornwall staying with Together travel and it was stunning. The weather wasn't always the best but it really didn’t matter as the big cosy sofa in the villa was the perfect place to just chill out and watch a movie. The location is great it’s close to the beautiful beach’s a lovely little village and a little town centre. I would happily go back in fact I didn’t want to leave .

Negative experience: Very unprofessional company selling luxury holiday. 20 minute on the phone just to get my booking .made a booking 5 day in advance and ad to cancel so I phone up and was only told to email them. Took 2 day to rely after I phone them again for then found out no refund so I lost 225 pound. Term and condition were not available on the link just 404 errors but yes now it work and say they need 10 week notice ? They are very slow to reply to email and pointless on the phone . Luxury holiday? By the way the same property they represent can be booked on booking. Com with no charge and you can cancel within loosing your money. They charge 35 pound per booking

Fantastic experience: I have stayed with my family at Trewhiddle, Yorkshire Dales, John O'Groats and the Llyn Peninsula. Each time we have found the location, accommodation and service exceptional.

Negative experience: Poor company, shabby lodges, overpriced.
