Fantastic experience: We went into the TUI agents to book our very first cruise. We were greeted by a really lovely rep/agent called Lexi, she was very helpful and informative making our first time booking very easy. She talked us through our choices and everything to do with the cruise we picked, she also helped us book a hotel for the night before, and gave us information on the best way to get currency and keeping track of it. Can't wait to go on the cruise and enjoy relaxing and sight seeing. Thank you again to Lexi for making this a easy stress free experience.

Fantastic experience: per normal the colleague who served us, in this instance Harrison, was very knowledgeable about on the area we wanted to travel to. Not the first time this has happened when we have been to the shop and we have been there a few times to book. He understood our needs and selected some areas of Menorca he thought we would like. We did and ended up booking as I had expected. Well done young man. What could you have improved? Fantastic experience: We made an appointment last Saturday with Issie and we're so pleased that she served us. We came in with dates of travel and a non negotiable list but had no idea where we wanted to go. Within an hour we had five hotels narrowed down and have now picked our holiday from these. I was so impressed by Issie's service skills. There was no fake customer service persona and instead we had an honest and refreshing conversation about our likes, dislikes and learnt about her too. It felt personable and professional but a real connection and experience, which we find is rare these days. I would say to TUI, watch this staff member, develop her and most of all retain her. . .I would think she has the potential to go far. Felt bad as scored 9/10.on TUI review as thought I'd not received the email but it was in my spam folder. . .we are definitely waiting for her next working day to book our holiday and will be seeking her out for future bookings. Negative experience: Popped into the shop Thursday with friend to book a holiday , 3 girls sat there doing nothing, was told we needed appointment, as they had 2 call backs, asked if they could just check something with tui to see my app was the same, not 1 could help, abrupt, no people skills, have travelled last 15 years with tui holidays but will forget about ever using the shop again. Daughter had been in the shop earlier with appointment and found the attitudes as bad. Only good thing to say is we went to hays travel and booked straight away, even got the holiday we wanted 5* . Advice to shop if customers can't book holidays ..put the close sign on the door.

Fantastic experience: We popped in on a Saturday afternoon on the off chance that we might be able to speak to an advisor about booking a holiday we had seen online. We were dealt with quickly and advised we would need to join a virtual queue as all the advisors were currently busy. This was completely fine with us as we had some other things to do int he city so we were more than happy to wait. The lady took our contact details and details of the holiday we were looking to book and said they would phone us when it was our turn. Ella phoned us after about 45 minutes to say they were now ready for us. We went in and sat down and Ella already had our details and the details of the holiday we wanted to book and we confirmed it was the right one. Ella then talked us through the itinerary of the tour and answered our questions about booking private transfers and optional excursions. Such a nice experience and an easy process - thank you Ella!

"TUI free child places" are not actually free because the cost of the child's holiday is factored into the overall price of the adult fares, meaning the price per person is higher when including a "free" child, effectively distributing the child's cost among the paying adults; it's a marketing tactic by TUI to appear like a significant discount while still recovering the full cost of the child's travel. Fantastic experience: We were greeted by Sophie, whom was very polite and very friendly, we explained we had compensation voucher and and adv we could use our return voucher as per customer services, we sat with Jamie whom made our booking and applied all the necessary discount codes and was also very polite and courteous, we had a pleasant experience booking in the store, Thank you Jamie and Sophie, we so look forward to out 2025 holiday.

Fantastic experience: After 6 painstaking months of sifting through what seemed like a sea of options we finally decided to pop into a store and talk to a person. On arrival we were greeted by an amazing team of knowledgable polite staff who were more than accommodating. Our advisor who was Jamie-Leigh went above and beyond in booking our dream holiday, she shew us many options we didn’t even know existed and she made an experience that we found daunting totally amazing! She was able to answer all questions and more with a warming smile, as well as answer any questions/queries after leaving via phone. If you are ever overwhelmed by the options online I can’t recommend enough to hop in a store and get chatting! We additionally went back to solidify some concerns regarding the resort and exchange currencies, and we were met by Isabella/Isabelle who again was absolutely amazing and was able to give some personal advice on the amount of currency that we would want to take! Thanks again all!

Fantastic experience: I normally book our TUI holidays online but as we were in Norwich City Center my wife and I ventured into TUI Norwich store to book Italy and Majorca holidays for 2025 . We were meet by our advisor Jamie Leigh who was absolutely fantastic, Jamie went through every detail of our holiday agenda Hotel flight details and baggage allowance, excellent service with a smile thank you Jamie .

Fantastic experience: After having some issues booking online, I got in contact with Tui Norwich. Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the holiday was booked quickly and efficiently. This was a last minute booking and Sam went out of her way to ensure it was booked before we lost out! Thanks Sam!

Negative experience: Had a once in a lifetime holiday with my now fiancee and family members, proposed out there and we get back to find out they hadn’t sent us a map to our car park so we went with the directions we had, got back from holiday to find out the directions we had were incorrect, and now we are £300 down from something which they need to provide, no accountability from Tui to either refund the £100 we paid or reimburse £200 we were charged. As soon as we paid the holiday it seems all customers services has gone out the window. I won’t be using them again and will be advising friends and family not to either. What a joke, tastes like bile. The manager inside was very rude and obnoxious to my partner talking very loudly to her staff so everyone could hear

Fantastic experience: I went in to the store looking for a trip to Disneyland Paris for me and my family. We sat down with Harrison, who listened to what we wanted and made his own personal recommendations so we could make the most of our trip, couldn't recommend him and the team at TUI Norwich enough!

Fantastic experience: Went to Norwich office to book and was greeted by Advisor Jamie-Leigh. She got us and our requirements brief straight away and chose us 4 amazing resorts to choose from. It didn’t take us long to choose the right one for us. Jamie-Leigh was very clear with everything and helped us choose the best dates available. Fantastic experience: Called into the shop to book a holiday yesterday (17 March) we were looked after by travel adviser Becky. I normally book online but we had some complexities booking due to wanting to use our wedding vouchers and a previous voucher issued by tui in my maiden name. Becky was really smiley, helpful, professional and efficient and managed to get us booked with ease. She followed up with emails and kept me updated with the voucher name changes that she had to escalate. Highly recommend Becky to help with any travel queries as well as holiday bookings and will definitely book in store again.

Fantastic experience: Called as wanted some advice on holiday and visa, spoke to a lovley guy who originally was just meant to arrange a call back. His name was Harrison. He was absolutely amazing, booked me in for a call back but then answered the main question about esta application. He took the time to find the official website he sent me a email with the link to the website. He was absolutely brillaint, 10 if of 10 for his customer service.. I then received my call back the nxt day as they was very busy. I did arrange this appointment, the lady who then called me back I think her name was Rosa... well what can I say about Rosa.. she looked into holiday and was honest and said they couldn't beat the price thay I had already been quoted direct from virgin. She did give me a few other flight options but they wasn't possible for myself. Rosa was very professional her customer service skill are beyond amazing.. she went above expectations, I also asked about holiday/ health insurance ans ahe was more than happy to sort qoute out.which she has sent over to me.. these 2 members of staff are especially deserve a pat on the back. Will definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: We normally book our Tui holidays online but after the hassle of trying to contact online customer service and the total lack of information forthcomimg regarding one of our party unable to travel I contacted the Tui Norwich office and spoke to Harrison who not only told me what to do and then followed it up with obtaining the information required, although it was nothing to do with him, was exemplary and a credit to the Norwich office. A lesson learnt, book through your local office where you can get the service, not online !!

Rosa sat with us for a long time to look at holiday options and found us an amazing trip with the exact excursions and dates we wanted, with incredibly helpful and friendly service.

Negative experience: When Bethany and Harrison asked me for the quotes from competitors, before they could quote me, I realised very quickly that they have an awful business model and just quite frankly awful service. Iv emailed head office and forwarded the emails iv received also. Don't bother with your pointless defensive reply. Joke.

Fantastic experience: My husband and myself went into store yesterday (25th January) as we were unable to book on your website. We usually prefer to book online. From the minute we walked in, everyone was really friendly. Although we had a small wait for our appointment, we were offered hot drinks whilst waiting. However, the service we received from your Travel Expert, Rosa, was outstanding. She was extremely helpful, conscientious, professional and friendly and could not do enough for us. She went over and above anything we would expect. She also had a new member of staff training alongside her, Ryan, and he too was friendly and helpful. Rosa was patient and found us the perfect holiday in Rhodes for our complicated and specific needs. We will definitely recommended Rosa (and Ryan) to others and will go back into store when we book our next holiday.

Fantastic experience: We booked another holiday through TUI again this year. Due to our past few years booking with them it has been our automatic go to place. One, because we have always enjoyed the holidays but also due to the experience of booking the holiday. Last year we booked with Rosa - and again this year. This was coincidental but I must say I’m so pleased we met up with her again. We also popped in again to ask a quick question at the front counter and whilst waiting we could see and hear Rosa dealing with another couple. She also happened to be the one who answered another telephone call we made a couple of days ago so we’ve had several contacts with her. What an exceptional young lady - on each occasion- a real asset to the company not just because of her professionalism but also due to her very kind and friendly manner - she genuinely seems interested in every part of your journey, literally and figuratively. Fantastic experience: Rosa was absolutely lovely in booking our holiday to Crete this year. Having come in with no idea of where we wanted to go other than wanting somewhere warm at the start of the season. We eventually came to a conclusion and Rosa showed us all of our option for excursions and fun things to do. The service is Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I haven’t booked a holiday abroad before so was a little worried But Issey was very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions and found me my dream holiday I live in King’s Lynn but decided to book with her wouldn’t go to another branch she is so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: We had, simply one of the best holiday booking experiences ever, at the Norwich TUI Holiday Store on Sunday just gone. We were looked after by Rachel. Nothing was too much trouble and Rachel took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a holiday and where we wanted to go, etc. So much so, we didn’t want to look elsewhere. We booked a two week TUI holiday in Crete in July 2024, flying from Norwich with coach transfers included. We are so excited and we couldn’t be happier. Rachel, you have done your store proud. Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience with your store manager Saffron on Saturday. We was having issue chasing a refund due to flight delay. Saffron was very helpful to explain what we needed to do and very professional with how she dealt with the situation and faith has been restored in Tui. All we need now is for flights not to be delayed again and we would love Tui even more.

Negative experience: My partner got diagnosed with a life-threatening illness and has to be operated on in the net 6 to 7 weeks holiday paid for , tui have refused a refund and only offered 30% return , tried change flights and details and give it to a friend they want another 1k , one tui operative said if dies send death certificate, will see what we can do, this company should be ashamed will never use them every again , we devastated all round

Fantastic experience: Visited Tui in Norwich with my mother and received excellent service from a extremely helpful Harisson, he VERY patiently answered my endless questions, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to find a number of great deals for her holiday, couldnt have asked for better service from this young man and the store as a whole.

Fantastic experience: We visited TUI Norwich to organise a holiday to Morocco and were seen by Rosa, who had been to Morroco previously. Rosa was a brilliant host, giving insight into her own holiday experience and took a genuine interest in our holiday requirements. Looking forward to our time away with TUI.

Fantastic experience: Just booked our holiday, Becky was excellent, helped us sort out our holiday to Turkey even dropped an email to their Embassy to check on a query we had. She went above and beyond for us, was very knowledgeable. We will definitely pop in and see her again with any queries (If any) but if not, we will book our next holiday with her. Positive experience: Went into store for help as on the app it doesn't always show you what you need. Great help and managed to move dates and even got it cheaper . Very happy and would recommend this. I have not had luck on the app so face to face its so much better .
