Fantastic experience: I went into the Wood Green store a few days ago and saw a young lady called Aurea who I could see was extremely busy answering the phone and also serving the store customers , she apologised to me and another family saying she would try her best to see us soon as they seemed short staffed . After waiting for a while I said I had to leave and she asked if she could take my number to call me , by the end of the day I got a call from her apologising that she was unable to call and if I was ok getting a call from her the next day , to which I totally understood and agreed . The next day I got a call at 9am and was so happy with the level of service received from her , she is such a lovely girl and a true blessing and I will continue to come and see her as someone like her should get the recognition she deserves . Fantastic experience: I have finally secured my family holiday for 2025! I went into TUI Wood Green, & a very lovely lady by the name of Hafida really worked some magic for me. I wasn't very sure where the family holiday would be for 2025, & with Christmas around the corner, I wasn't entirely sure if I wanted to go ahead with the booking or not....BUT I now have my family holiday to St. Lucia (a destination that has always been on the bucket list)to definitely look forward to. Hafida asked all the relevant questions regarding my family party, how many adults, children, what activities do we all like to do, checking if the hotels have things like kids club for the children. I can not express just how excited I am, & the fact I can pay monthly also really helped me make up my mind & i just went ahead with the booking. If you plan to book a holiday, & Wood Green TUI is your branch ask for Hafida & you will leave with a smile on your face, & a skip in your step how I did. Very happy customer

Fantastic experience: This review is for Adrian at TUI woodgreen branch. Adrian, thank you so much for your help and knowledge the past few times I have been into the store. You have been polite, friendly, professional and patient with me, answering all my questions and queries putting my mind at ease. I asked ALOT of questions! I booked originally with Lashante (who is also brilliant) who I should have seen the days I came in store, however I was told she has transferred to another store. Fortunately for me this is how I met Adrian who took over so seamlessly and was amazing from start to finish. Will definitely be back to book in the future with Adrian! My mum also thought he was great. If we could give him more than 5 stars for the service he has provided us we would. Thank you again Adrian.

Fantastic experience: I booked my holiday to Egypt today, Thanks to Marie, she always goes above and beyond to find me and my family the best deals. Marie is very patient, compassionate and most of all very professional. She is always willing to explain everything thoroughly to us and gives us brilliant recommendation of places to visit while we're abroad.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place. A few members of the team really lack professionalism. Taking calls and going through to the back to hide for 40 minutes whilst assisting a customer as acting store manager is just unacceptable. I’m now going to have to inconvenience myself to ensure this complaint is escalated correctly.

Negative experience: I booked a holiday to venice for next month for myself and my autistic son. The man who booked it for me wasn't on Sunday 25th Feb when I went into the woodgreen store so I spoke to a travel advisor called Adrian. I explained that I needed helped checking in . He said he needed to find out which email address the person who booked my holiday used and would call me back tomorrow. He said I could log in myself by following the link on my booking confirmation email. I tried that night but to no avail. The next day I decided to head to the store and speak to Adrian in person rather than waiting for him to call me. Had I known how rude he was going to be to me I wouldn't have bothered. The minute I walked in the travel agent and he saw me he said "I said I would call you " . I walked over to him to try to explain that the email wasn't working. He kept saying " I said I would call you " He was very dismissive of me. Why he thinks he's got the right to be rude to me is beyond me. He agreed to call me at 11.15 so left . He didn't call me at 11.15. No surprises there. I called the store around 11.30 only to be told he's with a customer. The travel advisor read out the email address for me but I explained that I had already tried that email address and it didn't allow me to check in. She said that she couldn't help me and that she was with a customer. I was so upset as I thought my son would miss his holiday so I called stratford Tui and a lovely woman called rebecca agreed to help me. So after work I went to the stratford branch and she did everything to help me.She registered me with Ryan air which I wasnt even aware I needed to do helped me pick seats so my autistic son was sitting next to me on both flights and even printed of my flight tickets. She really went that extra mile for me. After the way Adrian treated me I will never step 1 foot in the woodgreen Tui travel agent ever again. I would advise people to go to the stratford branch as they know how to treat their customers . I think Adrian needs to go on a training course to learn how to treat customers in a respectful way. He also needs to aquire some manners.

I recommend everyone that wants to book a holiday with tui to ask for Marie because she has extensive knowledge of places and most of all she works with you to find the perfect place. I have been going to Tui for a few years and will only see Marie because she knows what I like from holidays to plane seating, what more could I ask for. We definitely need more staff like Marie. This is one if the reason we keep coming back, just booked our two travel holidays for this year and guess with who? Marie
