Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a siesta coaches holiday and cannot believe they are ending I am 42 years old and have travelled with the nearly all my life as I am terrified of flying the hostess and drivers are wonderful I wish yous would reconsider your decision

Fantastic experience: After my disappointing visit in June to the La Masia campsite where things went absolutely wrong for me the Siesta Rep Pippa came to my dire need, no job was too small for Pippa, a very intelligent and lovely lady along with the newbies Jan & John. I visited Hotel Flamingo in L'estartit my 3rd visit with Siesta, it was a lovely hotel great hard working staff as well as cleaners. I had my favourite hostesses happy go lucky singing Irene and Lisa the first time happy Grandma who also is very charming. Vicky the Siesta Rep who is at Montgri. Also would like to thank the Drivers, Neale, Bill, Simon who sadly has left, Pip and his co driver, Jordan who brought me back from Donnington Park, I fed all the drivers both ways with Chocolate Biscuits and others to go with their hard earned cuppa. The journey both ways were very good. Looking forward to Lloret de Mar in September. Many thanks to Siesta Holidays.

Fantastic experience: I’ve travelled with Siesta several times now and I’ve never been disappointed. From the moment you are in their care you feel totally safe. The coaches are comfy, the drivers are excellent and the ladies on the coach tending to your needs are outstanding, especially Lisa who has been our hostess a few times. There was a coach party at our hotel from shearrings and the horror stories were awful. We highly recommended Siesta to them so hopefully they will know what 5 star coach travel feels like in the future. Keep up the fantastic work Siesta and we will hopefully see you next year.

Fantastic experience: In the times I have used them, they have been really good, attentive on board & plenty of stops. It's been a while since we last used them as my daughter is a lot older now & we used them to go to Disneyland.

Negative experience: awful customer service when trying to amend a booking. Deposit figure is more than some holidays overall costs so you essentially lose more than you pay for trying to amend or cancel a booking made nearly 12 months in advance. Embarrassing lack of assistance during a cost of living crisis unless you want them to be paid twice for cancelling a booking and someone else re-book at full cost again for the same thing. T&C's on the website are from 2019, they're not ABTA or ATOL bonded either.

I cant wait till November to get back to the German Christmas Markets with siesta this will be my 10th time going and the holidays start as soon as you step on your coach fantastic drivers and the hostess are amazing always helpfull

Fantastic experience: Have been loads as kid with Siesta and enjoyed them all, went recently for the first time in years and it was just the same as I remember. Attentive staff, Lisa was very nice and always round to see if anyone needed anything. Straightforward journeys there and back and lovely holiday.

Negative experience: Had a holiday booked for 4 people and 2 couldn’t make it due to falling pregnant the holiday is a year away and once spoken to them they are keeping the full deposit which doesn’t seem fair I understand them keeping something but £180 seems unfair it was the first time with this company and will definitely be the last

Fantastic experience: We've travelled with siesta Holidays for many years and hopefully will be able to again soon. The staff are all very friendly and on the buses the drivers are lovely too. The hostesses on the buses are excellent and can't do enough to help you. Let's hope next year is a good year for them and they continue to give their excellent service for many years to come

Negative experience: Unfortunately due to covid19 we did not get the opportunity to travel this summer however the staff were less than professional on the phone and similarly curt on email upon contacting to discuss our options. We will not be booking with Siesta again.

Positive experience: We holidayed with siesta,took the coach to Spain via Disneyland Paris ,overnight in Paris. Next day through to Salou. The coach was exellent, comfortable, tv screens on the back of the seats in front,Lisa our hostess was fabulous serving drinks and food for the whole coach, lovely person. My only gripe is I found trying to sleep really hard,there is an amazing amount of space within your seat but the lower leg support does not come up high enough. I think that is the only thing to work on,otherwise the hotel was great,area was lovely shops ,bars,beach. Lovely holiday thank you.

Negative experience: I found that a few of the staff were very rude. Their is a tall bald man who was very rude to me personally and told me that "we no what were doing" whilst I waited to watch my suitcase be put on the coach. Another moment with a lady called Lisa who is a hostess on the coach serving food and drink. I found she was generally just rude and her customer service was poor and made me and partner feel uncomfortable. Apart from this I would recommend any one taking a coach trip with siesta if your back take take the duration.

Positive experience: Nothing wrong with the service... Its the journey time and the potential delays that put me off travelling again.

Fantastic experience: My first holiday abroad, Delfin hotel was superb, half board, evening entertainment was mediocre, good food, pools lovely, staff great.0€3 per day fridge hire, free safe, bring cups, coffee, tea and teaspoons as well as travel kettle, iron and 2pin eu plug it's. Coach was OK, only take a small hand luggage as if too big you won't have much leg room. Staff great and several stops, Hope this helps.

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband went to Salou last year with Siesta and it was amazing,we had a great time and was well looked after. The drivers and the hostess's were so friendly and really couldn't do enough for you.....we enjoyed the experience so much we are going with Siesta again in June,going to Blanes this year. Fantastic experience: Been a Siesta customer for 10 years and have travelled to all their destinations.Coach holidays are not cheap and Siesta are at the expensive end of the price range, we've always felt that we've had the comfort and service that we paid a bit extra for.When it comes to holidays ,going cheap is usually not very cheerful.

Fantastic experience: I have been travelling with Siesta since 2001. Always had a good experience, from the booking staff through to the drivers and hostesses. The coaches are comfortable with an entertainment screen at each seat. There is a good choice of music and dvds to watch and listen to. Food and drinks are served from around 7am until approx 11pm. There is a good range of destinations and some great hotels. Overall I would highly recommend Siesta.

Coach was great, kids actually enjoyed the journey, hostess there and back worked so hard looking after everyone and cala go go was brilliant absolutely loved it. Will be back next year!
