Negative experience: Booked a flight with their agent, few years back, only to be told next day that my ticket was an overbooked one so they airline have cancelled. Agent (james) said he will rebooked on another airline but did not. I told him I want the refund, then he became very rude only said he will only refund half. Ans even with months of fighting for refund, I was only given half. So AVoID!

Negative experience: Roger is a scammer at Hoodaki. He totally ruined my holiday. I booked my hotel with him in April 2024 and travelled in September2024 only to find that the booking was not done when I arrived at the hotel. Roger was very rude and aggressive when dealing with the situation and not emphatic at all. He sent me to another hotel that I don't even want to describe as it was poles apart from what I had initially booked. The new hotel did not meet our needs and left us seperated from rest of the family. I want to warn anybody who books through Roger to be very carefull as I would not want them to suffer like the way my family did. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOUR HOLIDAY LIKE HELL.

Negative experience: Please don’t buy Tricket from them they show one price and charge you more than what you see online they charged me £500 hundred extra other places much cheaper so please think b4 you buy it from them they are customer service is so bad they don’t refund people money keep changing their words so please be careful with this agency I’m regretting it now this is what they supposed to charge me but they charged me £4,300

We came across Hoodaki and spoke to Abhi who was absolutely helpful and did whatever he could to get us flights to Montego Bay. He wasnt the typical sales person instead he was professional, assertive and very helpful. Abhi even managed to upgrade us to premium economy Outbound. Negative experience: On the 28th may 2024 I spoke to a woman called Kate we wanted to enquire about some tickets to Pakistan, Kate told us about a ticket where we had 8 days in Saudia Arabia and around 5-6 weeks in Pakistan I had asked Kate if I could change the dates around which to she agreed and told me that i could change it for free. I then payed the deposit. After a couple of days I had gotten some information from the Saudi airline saying that we might not be able to get a visa for umrah (which was the type of package she sold us) we then rang back on the 1st June 2024 asking to change the dates the gentleman the proceeded to say I had to pay more money which was a extortionate amount (he kept on making me feel as if it was somehow my fault one collage tells you something the other says something else) 2nd June I got a call from hoodkai again the man then quoted “I am a Hindu I don’t know how the visas work” if you are working in a travel agency you should have basic knowledge of the visa rules felt very backhanded he. I’ve been a customer with this company for over 3 years and this is the level of defamation I am facing from the colleges. Don’t book with these people many other companies that treat you better

Negative experience: Customer service is ridiculous. They phone & hassle you continuously. When you ask for the manager they won't give out their name or email address. Some of the staff are extremely rude & even threatened to cancel my airline tickets. I will never be using them again!

Negative experience: Website ticket prices are not same when you call on the phone.. Customer service expect you to buy ticket when you call them otherwise call back when you buying ticket.... I was told because i am not buying ticket today, they are not spending time to find the information that i needed, how can i decide to buy ticket if you can provide the detail...
