Negative experience: The worst customer service I have ever received. Attempting to get a refund for a extended-family holiday and all we are met with is 'its not REALLY our problem'.. Spoken to multiple members of staff and all are just as rude, disrespectful and unprofessional as each other! Wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy! Would of be 0 if I could...

Negative experience: I am having the worst ever experience ever booking with this travel agent...some of the staff has no customer service skills/no communication skills including the manager Sara ... i haven't had a holiday for a very long time...my kids has never been on a plane ....and we all was looking forward to our holiday but thanks to travelshopper all the excitement is now gone.... our flight cost is 1273.00 I paid a deposit of £ 500 which leave outstanding balance of £773 to be paid by the 12 of March....now I have rang up to paid the balance and they telling me that the fair has now gone up and I need to pay £40 extra on top for tax ... someone please has this ever happen to them ?

Fantastic experience: This is the first and definitely not the last time I will use Travango for my flights. The young girl I spoke with (Michele) was extremely well spoken, fantastic english and a wealth of knowledge about the flights I wanted to make. I am very thankful to this young lady for getting me the flights with the minimal stopovers. If I ran a travel company I would definitely employ here to run the team. A credit to Travango

Negative experience: Bogus travel agents which runs under few different names such as Benz travels and red flights. Dont be put off by cheap online prices and fake online reviews. Went down to address and no such premises exists. Was insisting I pay money over the phone and leave deposit, rather than in person. Ticket prices changed on several occasions. Strongly advising all not to be next victim of fraud and hand any money over to Benz travel, travelshoppers, redflights companies and many more names that they are using.

Negative experience: PLEASE PLEASE!!!!! Take my advice and DO NOT book with this agent.... I book with a lovely lady Stella however she stopped working there after I had made a deposit, no one contacted me about this I only know when I called to make the second payment. I spoke to a woman by the name of Sara who told me the only way she can go through with the booking was to cancel my first booking that I done with Stella, and I will need to pay a extra £255.00 she then threatened me by saying if I don't make that extra payment I will loose the £800.00 that I had paid. She was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL... when I asked to speak to a manager she told me she was the manager. My holiday was ruined before it began

Negative experience: This is the worst company I have ever booked with. I scuba dive so travel the world. I booked this because they had cheap flight wish I had gone else where as when it came to giving flight tickets and Atol number it was a joke got E ticket after 2days. But made at least 10 calls over a month to try and get it. Each person telling me lie after lie. Saying 24 hrs then36 hrs. . Please don’t book with these. The Agent I booked with named Joe was the worst got very stroppie in the end saying I don’t fly for awhile so what’s the problem. Caught him out lying during one of many calls but he just got angry back. Find another company to use

Had tried elsewhere and fares were very high and was kept on hold for ages at the othe place until l bid farewell.Stella quickly got me a flight after a few beneficial changes on my origional dates and in a short time l was booked at a fair price. My ticket was sent and am good to go. Very professional in her conduct. Will be back again.

Negative experience: Elderly parents were ill advised about a 12 month tourist visa. Hopefully they are going to sort it out before my lawyers get involved. I told my parents to enquire with Australian custom officers on entry about the information this company has passed onto my parents. They have only been issued a 3 month visa( £10) but charged for a 12 month visa £150, which technically means they'll have to fly out of the country and back into it again. Who will be paying for this cockup guys?

Negative experience: Disgusting unprofessional service by a particular agent who informed me that he changed the airline moments after I paid 70% of the amount not to mention not answering my calls or informing any of his colleagues on the day I came in to pay the final amount.
