Fantastic experience: Came into the crawley store to book a holiday and all the ladies in there were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend going in store and booking with either Iesha ,Sarah ,Clare Charlotte or Stacey they are all brilliant and know how to give you the best deals

Fantastic experience: Stacy Gave us amazing service today.She was in the shop on her own (because the other member of staff was training) but it made no difference to the service she gave us,she could not have been more helpful and in no way did she rush us, but still managed to keep the other customers happy who were waiting. Give her a rise or at least another member of staff.

Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday, with Natalia who was brilliant in understanding my needs and my son's needs with regards to disabilities. She made it very straightforward and spent time searching for the 'perfect' holiday. Probably would have not booked on my own so was very excited after booking and wouldn't have done it without coming into branch. Stacey and Natalia also helped explain the seating available and seating differences on different planes. Their knowledge was very reassuring. Overall great experience!!

Fantastic experience: Went today to book a 14 night break away over the Christmas period. Sarah was very friendly and helpful. Helped us to sort out the best possible offers. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Negative experience: This store sold me a holiday without luggage without making me aware. I book with TUI for every holiday I go on because they offer a comprehensive holiday package. I don't understand why anyone would book an easy Jet flight and pay £30 for luggage when you get luggage included and could fly with BA (approximately) £50. The store failed to inform me of this and would not accept responsibility or pay for the luggage fee.

Fantastic experience: A few months ago my adult daughter and i booked our holiday to Corfu with Tui Crawley. We had the great pleasure of being looked after by Natasha. She was welcoming, knew her stuff, searched for the best deal for us and popped in some great respectable humour at the right times. She also made completing my welfare form an absolute breeze. We had a slight hickup when we arrived in Corfu. However a call to the UK where i was so grateful it was Natasha who answered my call. A quick conversation between Natasha and the Corfu airport rep and everything was sorted. Natasha literally saved me from having a meltdown before my holiday even started. If going in store to discuss/book a holiday i assure you, you will not be disappointed if Natasha looks after you. We cant wait to pop in store and start discussing next years holiday with her.

Negative experience: What a rude, unhelpful bunch, we weren't told the rooms we asked for were in completely different buildings so our daughter and children were on their own. The staff were disrespectful and had no intention of helping sort out this mess even though they admitted they knew this was the case when we booked this holiday last year. Very disappointed with their attitude

I stayed in Menorca, first time ever, and had a my holiday to suit my needs. Traveling solo as a single woman this was the perfect destination I felt safe at all times and enjoyed my beautiful studio flat with sea views, open night sky views, and glorious sunsets! All inclusive awesome!

Fantastic experience: Approached this branch, just before Christmas looking for a holiday for winter 2023, for something to look forward to, was approached by a member of staff called Stacey, even though I was helpless with what I was looking for, she still managed to find the perfect holiday package and managed to sort everything out “crossing the Ts and dotting the Is” to make sure when I left the store, I had nothing to stress about. And was especially helpful sorting out an upgrade and knew who to contact to get the relevant information.
