Fantastic experience: I have just returned from a Angela Holidays Weekend to Staffordshire Arberetum . It was amazing. Please can I thank you for how well everthing was organised. Driver. Coach. Hotel. Timing. My First trip with you. But certainly won't be the last.

Positive experience: I'm reviewing my overnight trip to a '5 star hotel in London' 3 days ago. Firstly the Positive - the reason I've only given 4 stars is due to the hotel. Everything relating to the service provided by Angela Coaches was impeccable. James, our driver, kept us fully informed of our itinerary and timings throughout and was extremely helpful. The hotel however fell down on its 5 star rating. The buffet breakfast could not be faulted, however the service for the evening meal was slow. Some of our party sent back their hot meals, which were cold. One person found a piece of solid plastic in a dish of vegetables and reported this to a Waiter, who said the hotel would take this up with their food supplier. I would have expected a 5 star hotel to have usb sockets for charging mobile phones but this was absent in my room. I was not the only person in our party who mentioned they had been better served in a well known hotel chain.

Negative experience: Steve, owner of this company. Well I have to share my experience as a travel agent in peru. . Steve had book with us a tour form Arequipa to Cusco city for his group, we organized all his requirement for his groups, but it was very frustrating at the money of payment. He never agreed of paying the right amount of the tour, he even had to go to the POLICE STATION IN PUNO CITY, because he didn’t want to pay 20 soles to the owner of the boat in lake titikaka. There are many travel agency’s in Peru that worked with Steve and angel holidays that until now he never paid what he agreed for his groups tours. I strongly suggest DO NOT BOOK with Angel holiday as he pays a misserable amount of money compare to what he charge to his clients. He also had problems with our tour guides and contacts of transportation in Peru, he stills contacts to pay directly to a tour guide in Arequipa, cusco and Machupichu. He doesn’t use a formal travel agency. Please review before booking with this company, to avoid vacations dissapointments.

Fantastic experience: I went for my first Angela Holiday to Yorkshire and it was Fabulous!! Everything was so organised and our coach driver Mike was amazing and funny. The hotel in Harrogate was great and very Downton Abbey like. We spent time in Harrogate, Skipton, York and went to some RHS Gardens which had a Betty's Tea Room. I'll definitely be doing more Angela holidays.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from a city break and Christmas markets in liege. The whole experience was very good, our driver James was very professional and helpful, and the coach was very comfortable, i would highly recommend the trip and we will definitely consider doing another one sometime.

Fantastic experience: I love going on Angela coach tours especially the mystery tours I have been on some amazing tours them. I will definitely be going on some more tours. I have already booked up for some more tours. Also the office staff and drivers are very helpful aswell.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned home from our holiday in Snowdonia North Wales It was our first holiday with Angela holidays, and I can honestly say it was the best coach trip we have been on and we’ve been on a few. The itinerary was just right for us, James our driver drove carefully and well and he was very entertaining, Heather our host was lovely and looked after us well. The Royal Victoria hotel which we have been to many times before didn’t disappoint……. even the weather was good to us! So all in all we had a fantastic time and look forward to our next trip with them.

Fantastic experience: We have just returned from our trip to Torquay. 9th to 13th Sept. We had a fantastic time, the hotel was lovely, the food was very good,served by young staff,who were so polite and friendly. Our coach driver Paul was a perfect gentleman, nothing was too much trouble for him,and he was an excellent driver. And as we live on the Isle of Wight, really makes a difference being picked up at ferry terminal. We'll done Angela Holidays.

Fantastic experience: We recently had an 8 day coach holiday to Scotland. The Romantic Tour to the Highlands. Seats 5&6. Very good. The feeder driver both outward and inward was well on time and dealt with our baggage. A very amiable chap. Our driver Alex was brilliant and together with Glynis, also the driver, made the holiday very enjoyable. Even when confronted with a ‘population surge’, as at the railway stations and the Loch Lomond boat, they kept calm and organised us into our seats. The hotels were good, clean, and the food was good. The table service was amazing, considering there were several coaches at times. The only disappointment was that Alex or Glynis did not switch the Northern Lights on for us!!! Maybe next time!!! All in all, a very good holiday.

Fantastic experience: First time with this company. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, the driver was friendly and professional. The variety of activities whilst on holiday were really enjoyable. Will definitely use them again. Just a brilliant time.

Negative experience: Just been on a 4 day hotel stay in lynton and linmouth, and stayed in the "Valley of the rocks" hotel.. Where do I start. The windows are single wooden sashes, the frames are rotten, they don't seal, and you have to stuff towels and the likes to keep the draught out... The evening meal was inedible, overcooked and dry, tough and the vegs were frozen and only blanched at best, only just warm, and couldn't be eaten. The staff did their best, some room's, the shower took 10-15 minutes to get warm and then the water wouldn't drain away. So all in all, not good. I would rather stay in Fawlty towers..... Angela's really ought to go out and check these places prior to sending paying guests there.

Fantastic experience: As always a friendly and warm welcome. Very helpful and informative when booking our 2024 breaks. Previous tour 2023 to Wales was a great tour and I can't fault the company, and I can recommend Angela holidays.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a 4 day trip to Durham. We had a fantastic time at Alnwick Gardens light festival and Beamish open air museum. A big thank you to Paul, our driver, who was very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to many more trips with Angela Coaches, the next one in June 2024 to Austria.

Positive experience: Just enjoyed a visit to Thursford Christmas show. Had a fantastic time. Only hiccup was not being able to get around the outside light display at the end of the matinee show as the coach had to go straight back to the hotel for dinner. Coach and driver (Victor) both excellent

Fantastic experience: A week ago I was enjoying a tour of Paris with you. I am still in awe of the great time I had. The show at Paradis Latin was amazing. as was the trip on the Seine. All meals and drinks were excellent. Our coach driver Mark deserves a medal for continually getting us through the manic traffic in the city. Heather our courier is also to be commended, she was helpful to everyone, ensured we were safe and enjoying the holiday. An excellent pairing of your team. Fantastic experience: Totally great experience with Angelas coaches. Just been on my 4th to stay at Mercure in Darlington. and go out on day trips. Driver Paul was brilliant and patient. Great trip. Hoping that Angelas do the Mercure at Darlington ( Kings Head) again. I will definately go. Great stay, great trips. (apart from Sunday Market at Newcastle}, as my days of buying diddly bits is long over and a bit too much was fitted into day. Could have well done without it. Boat trip at Stockton I would recommend to anyone. Was superb experience.. How Angelas do what they do for what you pay amazes me,

Positive experience: We have just returned from Scotland and we stayed at the Winnock hotel, Dryden .Some of the staff were not very friendly and dinner time took two hours, however the food was nice. We had a great time visiting the Falkirk wheel and loch Lomond so beautiful and train and boat trips. Our driver Mark was great and good fun and his driving was first class, also Bob was very knowledgeable and really good fun, can't wait for our next holiday.

Fantastic experience: Lancashire experience from 11th to 14th July, the hotel was excellent with amazing staff and a lovely hotel and gardens. The coach driver was considerate and caring towards his passengers as well as careful driver.

Positive experience: just returned from The Mystery Tour 3rd t0 5th June and i can honestly say it was a mystery holiday alright . The hotel the Buckatree Hall hotel was spotless , the bedroom very large and comfortable and . The food was adequate it seems that for some reason they had sacked their chef. The first night they ran out of syrup pudding and custard so had to have fruit. and The first morning at breakfast was chaos as everyone appeared for food at the same time though i don't think the staff could of worked any harder or faster. the coach trop up was fine but after being on the road for 6 hours a 2 and a half hour stop at the Cosworth museum was a bit too much. The second day we went to Shrewsbury which was great , the boat trip really good. Then came the cream team which was excellent but to get there we were given the wrong directions so 40 people walked up and down the wrong road. The stop at Iron bridge was very pleasant. Back at the hotel they had given us the wrong menu to fill in in the morning so we had to do it again this time there was plenty of food to go round. last day we had a stop at the National Arboretum was was good despite the rain . Getting home from the drop off point was also a mystery tor as they sent a driver who had never done the route before. It was an amusing holiday but largely for the things that didnt go to plan.

Positive experience: Beware the Mercure Barons Court Hotel Walsall, until you have read trip adviser reports. Returned from an Angela trip To Black Country and Ironbridge on 12th May. Everything was fine except for this replacement hotel. It is nothing like its website, with some sort of repairs/alterations going on, and multiple issues with rooms and service. Reception (when staffed) and rooms, are both accessed by an unmonitored rear door with fire doors on floors all wedged open, both (safety issues ).This is not a holiday hotel, it is between an ex landfill site and an industrial est. Must just add that the food was surprisingly good, even though the evening meals were for coach parties only ?? This hotel could not have been checked.

Staff were not very attentative or helpful and cleanliness needed a bit off attention, However this is not Angela Holidays fault. Had a great holiday.. Thank you.

Positive experience: I recently experienced a 4 day tour to the Peak District, my first trip with Angela Holidays. Feeder transport was ideal and the minibus driver was extremely pleasant. The hotel near Derby was comfortable but clearly in need of some funding to improve the balconies. The food was good, service was great and I enjoyed using the indoor pool. However, the trips to places of interest were far too lengthy - one day consisted of 5 hours travelling ( the route chosen by the coach driver) with just 3 hours off the coach. Buxton was dull - 2 hours to kill browsing charity shops - whereas we were only allowed 1 hour at Castleton which was charming. On the final day the coach driver informed us that we would only have 2 hours at Chatsworth - the highlight for me! When several people protested he then extended this to 3 hours. I will travel with Angela Holidays again but only with known timing of the itinerary.

Positive experience: I recently, for the first time went on the Kent coast, castle and gardens holiday for five days.I very much enjoyed the two gardens we visited, which were Riverhill Himalayan gardens, and Mount Ephraim gardens. However, though I realize there are chances of possible cancellations due to restrictions and other difficulties, the alternatives given to us to replace Walmer castle with Deal castle and Canterbury Cathedral with a visit the shops in Rochester, -- was Very Disappointing. I particularly chose this holiday to see Walmer castle and Canterbury Cathedral.This was not the holiday I payed for.

Fantastic experience: I love this tour group and have had three holidays now with them. Some may view coach tours as strictly for the elderly, but, even though I'm one of the youngest, I am always surprised at just how much I enjoy the tours. Hotels may be at the budget end, but are perfectly good and the food has always been excellent. The staff, drivers and guides have all been great. Refreshments on the coach (when available) are really modestly priced. My one criticism is that drop offs can be a little haphazard and confusion over connecting transport should not be an issue for what is essentially a logistics organisation. I could perhaps do without Vera Lynn when arriving at Dover, but then who am I to deprive the Seniors! I am sure that I will be traveling again with Angela quite soon.

Negative experience: Bad coach driver on M4. Upset he couldn't change lane so tried to drive into my car then flash at me after....so unprofessional

Negative experience: Kilbridie hotel ?Newquay December last 4 hours after arriving home hubby was taken to hospital with pneumonia and I was treated for pleurisy. Coach was always cold. Hotel was cold. They had old fashioned radiators, hubby sat in bed with coat on . I had stomach upset on way home (embarrassing) from fish meal previous night. NEVER use them again Went to places they knew shops would be closed cos was Christmas. Crazy itinerary No rating from me, had to put 1 star to be able to post

Fantastic experience: Cathy & Paul made the long trip to, through & back from Scotland a fantastic memorable one . We were amazed how they kept their own spirits up let alone all of us holiday makers. They drove us all safely, shame about the crazy lady in the white car trying to overtake on a roundabout. Paul (Cathy's husband) who came for a holiday with us told us facts & jokes along the way. Cathy gave us all lots of much needed drinks.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have just returned from a trip to Dutch bulbfields and Amsterdam, it was our third trip with Angela and one of the best. The hotel was excellent, Amsterdam was vibrant and no description or photo can prepare you for the Keukenhof Gardens, they were amazing. However this trip would not have been the same without the excellent service of Brian our driver, and Maria the hostess. They kept us supplied with drinks, good humour and professionalism, which without would have made the long journeys a lot less interesting.
