Negative experience: Booked a holiday with Sheila for me and a friend, a few other friends booked online after us for the same place. I paid extra for an upgrade room which I didn't get. The hotel was for an older crowd and I've no idea why she would have put us in a hotel where the average age was 99. I rang Sheila and she disagreed with everything I said. This is why I'll only ever book online ever again. Shame off you, not only did you lie, but you never once tried to help. And to think, she's a manager I believe. Can't wait for your reply to watch you defend your lies.

Negative experience: I went in here three separate times to try and book a holiday but the staff didn't seem to want to help. They did input information into the computer but I was told that they didn't have anything? I felt like they didn't want my money... Or maybe I just wasn't going to be spending enough? I'm not sure, but I don't think I'll be back
