Negative experience: Booked a holiday with Sheila for me and a friend, a few other friends booked online after us for the same place. I paid extra for an upgrade room which I didn't get. The hotel was for an older crowd and I've no idea why she would have put us in a hotel where the average age was 99. I rang Sheila and she disagreed with everything I said.
