Negative experience: Trust the recent spree of bad 1 star reviews. They are scammers and liars, and as a muslim, I don't make this accusation lightly. I have been waiting months for a refund on a room they did not provide and now the agent Faisal is ignoring me. I am currently in the process of initiating legal action against this company.

Negative experience: Biggest fraud and scam, whenever you wanna speak to their manager or owner forever unavailable. Agent Faisal keeps saying he paid money out of his pocket and blames on other agents for mis haps When you ask for compensation they will do everything to avoid you

He took care of every detail, making the entire process incredibly easy. From flights to accommodations and everything in between, everything was perfectly arranged. Till today I have still not gone to Umrah and they have not refunded me completely, they always give me excuses every time I call them , and they also threatened that if I do make this review I won’t receive my money again. Every time I call them they always push me to different agent.

Negative experience: They actually deserve a zero star My brother booked tickets for over 10 people to travel to Umrah and unfortunately our mother passed away so we couldn’t go, we explained this to Moiz and kept pushing us to go within a week of our mother dying, we spoke to the airline and hotels who where happy to refund the whole amount but Moiz would not give us a booking reference to be able to do this, they pushed this over 3 months and only gave us less than a third back and scammers kept over £9000 of our hard earned money, never book with these they are money grabbing theives

Firstly, their staff members lacked basic knowledge and competence when it came to booking tickets and arranging travel plans. It was evident they were inexperienced and unprofessional. They couldn't answer simple questions about destinations, flight options, or even basic travel requirements. Moreover, the level of customer service was abysmal. They were unresponsive to emails and calls, leaving me stranded with unanswered queries and concerns. It seemed like they were indifferent to my needs as a customer. Booking through Baitullah Travel turned out to be a costly mistake. Not only did they fail to deliver the services promised, but they also caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise against using Baitullah Travel for any travel arrangements. Having never been to Saudi before, we were slightly nervous about getting around however Yasir was helpful as he explained the process, completed all the paperwork/ visas, organised all the transport from airports as well as from Makkah to Madinah. Negative experience: Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend Baitullah Travel. I had a highly disappointing experience with Baitullah Travel, managed by Times Travel Ltd. I booked a stay at Emaar Al Khalil Hotel in Makkah, with a £50 deposit using my credit card. However, issues arose when settling the remaining balance. Despite their website stating credit card payments are accepted (www .baitullahtravel.co.uk/payment-security. html), they claimed otherwise, raising concerns about transparency and reliability. Despite my insistence on credit card payment, they demanded a bank transfer or cash. After expressing concerns, Sami requested an email for a refund but later reneged on the promise. Baitullah Travel has refused to refund the £50 deposit, displaying a lack of accountability and customer service. It is disheartening to note that the travel consultant, Mr. Sami Ullah, explicitly mentioned in our WhatsApp conversation that they are aware of how to challenge reviews. His statement, "Okay no problem, you can do that, we know very well how to defend, thanks," adds a concerning dimension to my experience with baitullahtravel.co.uk. I strongly discourage booking with Baitullah Travel or any associated with Times Travel Ltd due to their lack of transparency, contradictory policies, and unprofessional behaviour. Avoid the inconvenience and choose a more reputable travel agency.

Fantastic experience: As’salaamu alaikum for those that are reading this! I booked an umrah & Dubai package with these guys and was helped by a lovely gentleman called Faisal. I had such a lovely experience! He guided me through everything and stayed on top of the dates ticket prices and even the hygiene of the hotel. Faisal worked around my date and budget to accommodate us with the best options and he definitely delivered Alhamdulillah! 100% recommend booking with Faisal when booking your tickets!

Negative experience: Scammers, We booked a tickets with moiz he gave me discount because I he asked me to gave him hood review on trust, which I did. I was taking my disabled parents to Umrah first. Everything was great in the beginning, I was given receipts for every hotel and taxi. On the last the agent called me to ask for extra £500 as the contract I singed after paying for the full tickets. The contract states I would be liable to pay for the price which will increase. One the last day surprisingly the price gone up and could not ask for any refund. When I went to Sudia my hotel and taxi was cancelled. I had to run from eat and west to sort the hotel and texi out. He did not gave my mum visa which I also have deal with on the arrival. My father left a bad review on their webpage now he is black making my father to remove the review as his legal team will sue us for leaving the bad review. I don't understand how he manage to have a legal team when this company was dissolved few years ago. I read few bad review when I book flight but moiz assured me they don't play any games like but he was laying they play the same game with everyone.

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS the company is a scam. they will sell you packages promising you the best deals but when you make the payment they will not book the hotels that they sold to you instead they will put you on a budget hotel. Do not book with this company or any of the sister companies. The reviews on there are all fake.

Negative experience: Do not buy anything from this company. The company is a scam. They will promise you so many things before the payment. Once the payment is made, they will scam you differently. The company runs various sites under the parent’s company. Just google search the company address and you will be able to see all the companies operating under the same address. SCAMMMM!!

Negative experience: SCAMMERS!!! THIEVES!!! AVOID!!! Robbing people in the name of umrah. Nothing more despicable than that in my eyes. I booked and paid a deposit back in May for a November 2023 umrah package. I then cleared the outstanding amount in October. But no sign of any paperwork. No visa. No flight tickets. No confirmation of hotel reservations. I rang the office daily every day during the last two weeks in the run up to the potential flight date, but they wouldn’t e-mail me any documents. I asked to speak to the manager, Omar. But he wouldn’t take my call. And his team wouldn’t give me his direct number. I explained I’d booked this umrah as I’d been very poorly. And I wanted to make this spiritual journey as it is hard to know what the future holds. But all of this pleading fell on deaf ears. They make themselves out to be legit by asking for a small deposit by credit card. But when it came to the large amount they asked for a bank transfer as they wanted to avoid the 2% bank charge. They also sent me a very convincing looking invoice. Which meant nothing. As it didn’t have any specific information on it regarding the flights or the hotel. I don’t know how Times Travel Limited have been in operation since the 1980s because I can’t be their first victim. In a state of panic I rang around other travel agents but all their November and December packages had been sold out. Not only did Baitullah Travels (who also trade as Times Travel limited) rob me of £1,200. They also robbed me of an opportunity of a lifetime. Omar, the manager, and his team Hina, Moiz and Faisul, they all gave up their akhirah for £1,225. It sickens me that the company is still in business. Avoid at all costs! My potential travel date has come and gone. I have a suitcase packed, but I’m going nowhere. And I’d said farewell to my loved ones, who were so excited for me, especially as I am recovering from poor health. Please avoid Baitullah Travels. They rob people in the name of God. Despicable people. And I have suffered a relapse. And I was doing so well. They have robbed me of money, health and peace. And I make duah no one else suffers at the hands of these disgusting human beings.

He's a big time liar after he persuaded me to please give him a review I told him to wait until when everything finishes but he went begging me with the name of Allah and telling me that this is to do with his job he sent me an invoice with the names of the five star hotel that I'll be checking in both in Makkah and Madina. Myself and my husband paid for a five-star hotel with breakfast in Makkah and Madina. Couple of days to our journey He Stopped picking up my calls knowing fully well that he has changed the hotel. Please brothers and sisters don't be fooled by this idiot using the name of Allah and telling you inshallah everything will be ok but it's all lies. Imagine VOCO MAKKAH and EMAAR AL MEKTAN Hotel in MADINA. Emaar Al Mektan is a very terrible hotel that smells really bad. Allah gives you time to change Amir but if you don't change trust me you will never go on punish Amir. Brother and Sisters do not be fool stay away from this people

Negative experience: Had Very bad Experience with this company. The agents are liars. DO NOT BOOK YOUR HAJJ OR UMRAH WITH THEM. Once you have transferred the funds to them then everything will be changed. They will book your room a cheapest, filthiest and dirtiest room within the hotel. Then they will keep Making the fake promises that they will change the hotel or room. Very bad!!! Also the agent named Amir he said the transportation will be included in the booking he confirmed it in writing through whatsapp. When money transferred he changed his words and said oh this was not for you!! Beware guys!!

Negative experience: this company is scam, they are running 23 websites under the parent company TimesTravel. So the send you offers from different company names and offering 5 star hotels, once the get your money, they will not book the hotel for you until the last minute and there game of fraud starts there, so they will tell you that the hotel is not available and they offer you alternative cheap 3 star hotels, so you will be left with no options other than acceptance. this is happened with me and I had to book a hotel myself in Madinah and paid from my pocket. DO NOT BE FOOLED by there words, they say Alahmdulillah and Mashallah just to rob you! I have attached a photo of the so called 5 Star hotel booked for me:

Negative experience: Flight- We have been given a budget (pegasus airline) and this flight were worse than easyjet or Ryanair. No leg room and tiny sits for an international flight!!! Hotel (Emmar Taibah, Medinah)- after 4.5 hours journey from Makkah when we arrived at the hotel, room wasn't ready! They still kept the old bedsheets. Didn't provide any towels or toiletries. Our expectation was 4 rating as we had a pleasent experience in Makkah. However, the were being told that hotel room will be tidy by sunset but when we arrived at the hotel room at 12:50 am still it wasn't ready. We really are supposed and shock bu their service and hospitality. I do not recommend this travel agency they just ripped us off. Please, avoid them and try to research before you book your holiday.

Fantastic experience: Allahumdullah, I have booked with this company twice this year. I have booked with Brother Omar Raza directly. I took the full package on my first trip for Umrah (flights, visa, hotel, ziyrat and travel cost) and the second trip I asked Brother Omar to arrange the hotels for me as my tickets were prebooked. Brother Omar is very polite and considerate and has always tailored my package to my request and needs. I received all my travelling documents and hotel confirmation before my travel. The only issue I had was the transportation in Saudi but again after contacting Brother Omar this was also sorted for me. No replies to our complaints and inquiries. I would not recommend to use baitullah travel services as they are focus more on trying to get the most money from their customers. Fantastic experience: I had Booked a trip for Umrah with Travel agent Saad at Baitullah travel and was honestly the best experience we have had. Saad completed everything for us from our hotel to our Transport and was available for assistance whenever we needed him. Saad is very good at his job and i had recommended him to a few of my relatives and friends and they all booked with Saad. We all had no trouble and had a good experience. Inshallah will book another trip.

Omar was always available day and night to help with any questions or issues we had and was very prompt in sharing all the travel information. I have to admit I was initially very nervous as I’d found the agency on Instagram and had not previously had any experience with them. However everything went smoothly. Hotel locations in both Makkah and Madina were perfectly located and was easy to get around especially with young children. Negative experience: I booked my umrah trip with these guys a month before the flight day, i knew this company wouldnt be the best when they wouldnt send me my documents and hotels till the final few days, but i chose to ahead with them. they booked me a hotel in Mecca which apparently was not paid for i had a lot of convincing to do to let the hotel know thos was through an agency and to take it up with them, makes me wonder where my money went. they told me when you arive in Medina call "Mr Bilal" as he would take me to my hotel, but Mr Bilal wouldnt pick up for the phone for two hours so i decided to go to the hotel myself, i arrived at the hotel that was listen on my invoice and to my surpirse i wasnt booked there at all and i didnt even have a booking number, i checked the other documents and i had a DIFFERENT hotel booking, so i had been given two hotels, nevertheless, i tried to go to the second hotel but that hotel didnt even exist anymore! infact it had been two years since that hotel closed down and been bought by another hotel, so i went into this new one thinking maybe its just the name that was a mistake, but they had not booked me there either! so i was given two conpletely different hotels, one of which didnt exist anymore, and the other never had my booking. and dear old Mr Bilal wouldnt pick up the phone. i was on the streets of Madina for 3 hours standing with my suitcases but noone would pick up the phone, i even tried to call the agency and spent a lot of money calling, still no answer. then FINALLY lovely Mr Bilal picked up the phone, sounded like he just woke up, i explained to him what was going on he simply said "okay" and cut the call, i rang him back to say whats going on but he said wait, then after 10 minutes he sent me a NEW hotel to go to which was a 3 star hotel when i had told them 4 star hence why i ended up paying x amount, so i was told to go the hotel MYSELF when he was assigned to take me. but nevertheless i got a little upset but still tried to go about my time there. it only gets worse. when it was time to return to the UK, i went to the airport and got charged an extra £160 for "extra luggage" which Baitullah refuses to pay me back, claiming that on the invoice it was 1 baggage only but on the ticket it says 2 packs, they even pre paid for my second bag but the flight after the transit they didnt decide to pay for, they claim it wasnt on the invoice but it was on the ticket, but we know from the before that the invoice dosent mean anything as the hotel that was on my invoice wasnt even booked for me. so i had a very bad experience with this company, my advice to anyone whos looking to book with them, try find alternate companies and look at the reviews. i have proof of everything from the moment i bought the ticket till my last conversation with them.

Fantastic experience: In this economy, an Umrah is always an expensive tour when you want all amenities. But Baitullah Travel made our trip possible at a reasonable expense. We do admire their precautionary measures, which helped us a lot during our Umrah.
