Negative experience: We would never book with this company again. Demanding balance 1month before the date on the invoice because of a mistake at there end. Wrote a letter to the M.D. never got a reply off him. E mailed him no replay. One of his employees replied. Cost us money to withdraw our money early to pay balance. They gave us £100 on cruise credit which didn't cover our loss. Need to learn some customer relations. I could go on and on. Be warned.
Fantastic experience: There are four of us on this holiday and this is the first time we have booked through LoveitBookit. So far the process has been very smooth. We haven't had our holiday yet, but we have contacted them a few times tweaking dining times etc., and have always had really helpful staff, from our allocated booking rep and the department that books our flights. All very accommodating and we have been allocated the flights we wanted no problem.

Negative experience: Booked a Norwegian cruise through this company & would give both companies minus stars if possible. Norwegian cancelled the cruise to Australia/New Zealand & then we had to deal with these people to get to a solution. I simply couldn't get it through to any agent I dealt with that after being booked for 18 months for a cruise of a lifetime that sorry, tough & we will discount you £100 of another cruise on our itinerary simply was not good enough. The same cruise is now several hundred pounds more & we have to wait a full further 12 months to take it, discounting £100pp one end to put on £300 - 400 the other is hardly a discount but an insult. We finally, after discussing it caved in and gave them the green light to rebook, they put it up a further £150 each as we had taken too long to decide!! They would not honour the price given already. They are quick to shout terms and conditions but slow to be fair, decent, reasonable or helpful, no extra mile in fact not one inch yet alone a mile. Today they refunded the £1000 deposit which is not worth what it was when paid to them 18 months ago & we are now looking to replace the cruise we would like a year on. What we know is when it goes wrong they have no interest so thank god we didn't need them on holiday emergency. Love it book it agents, It was up to you and Norwegian to put forward a decent plan for all the cancelled cruisers on this cruise. the fault is yours, we gave you long enough to make it right we are not interested now in anything you say even though you will below.
Fantastic experience: Great crusie, had no issues from start to finish everything they said would happen did, no issues and we had a great relaxing time, I would definateley book with these again. please read the other reviews carefully as they moan about the ships which isnt within loveitbookits control, do your reasearch on the ships before you book, my review is based on the service lookitbootit supplied, which again was first class, we have alread booked our next one with these.

Positive experience: First booking with loveitbookit and all in all we have no complaints. Communication has been good and we got what we paid for. The choice of hotels on pre and post cruise was very good. We only have one thing to mention :the transfer from the ship to the Tokyp hotel. It was a nightmare, we had to walk with our luggage for more than half a mile to the minibuses, not the easiest if walks in the heat.

We sailed as with book on the dated!!!mellenium x cruise ship! This ship was disgusting fittings hanging off rusty food was awful abused by staff.but love it book it told lies about the spice cruise we lost 2 days in customes the Ports were all commercial worst cruise ever.we complained but the agent Louise got very shirty when she the called us a liar when they first refused our deposits back then denied conversations! I would not recommend this awful company to anyone customer service is awful and arrogant!!

Negative experience: I booked a cruise with this provider during the pandemic. The day of the flight to board our cruise, we both tested positive. I called them straight away to tell them. I received no communication back. I informed my credit card company, and they reversed the payment and only then did I get a response. The owner, who regularly appears on the channel, told me that the money was going to be returned to them, as it wasn’t his fault that I had Covid, despite it mentioning on the website that if passengers had Covid and were unable to board, a future cruise credit would be applied.That’s exactly what happened, and no credit was ever provided or offered. Horrendous customer care and I avoid booking with these, as all they are interested in is taking the money.
Good Morning Megan, We are truly saddened to receive your recent review and learn of your dissatisfaction. We are concerned to read of your comment stating you received no communication after informing us that you had tested positive for Covid. In the history of your booking, we can see that you first contacted us on the 25th May 2022 about testing positive, the day after you were due to travel. Our customer service representative Lisa spoke to you multiple times that day to try and assist. You advised us that you had also spoken directly to Celebrity Cruises who had offered you a goodwill gesture of the option to receive a future cruise certificate for the cruise portion of your holiday package (ie not the flights, transfers, hotel etc). Lisa advised that if you were to claim this, then you would not be entitled to a full refund of your holiday through your travel insurance but a partial refund and that there would be terms and conditions to the certificate from Celebrity Cruises that you would need to adhere to. Over the coming days, Lisa chased Celebrity Cruises multiple times on your behalf to try and confirm the value of the future cruise certificate that they were offering. Unfortunately this information was not forthcoming from the cruise line. In order to help you obtain a full refund as soon as possible, we provided you with a cancellation invoice for the full booking value and offered to help with your travel insurance claim. In September 2022 we then received a chargeback from your card company for the full value of your holiday. A chargeback is a request to take funds from the company the money was paid to, in this case LoveitBookit. To confirm, this is not the correct procedure as our company did not have your money as your booking was fully paid to all the relevant suppliers as you were due to travel. We then contacted you regarding the chargeback to help explain that it was illegitimate as you could not travel due to illness and therefore the correct procedure is to contact your travel insurance. Once again, we offered assistance with your claim and provided the necessary documentation to support this. At that time, you advised us that you had spoken to Celebrity Cruises and that they were now offering you a cash refund of the cruise portion of your holiday package. You also expressed your dissatisfaction that we had not assisted you in this. As discussed with you we were not aware that from your direct conversations with Celebrity Cruises, they had offered you directly an updated goodwill offer of a part cash refund. Had we been advised of this by either yourself or the cruise line we would have been more than happy to assist with this process for you. We then spoke to Celebrity Cruises on your behalf to try and help further who then informed us we needed to send them a copy of your positive test results. We requested this from you and never received a copy of the positive results. To clarify, at no point were you advised that any money returned to LoveitBookit would be kept by the company. We understand the disappointment and frustration when holiday plans change. We believe this is a case of an unfortunate misunderstanding as we really did try to assist you in obtaining a full refund of your holiday. We want to reiterate our full commitment to providing excellent customer service. We take pride in assisting our valued customers to the best of our abilities, and we genuinely believe that this review does not accurately reflect the level of service we delivered. Fantastic experience: Cannot fine anything negative to say about the service and information we received prior to our holiday experience. We did the MSC World Europa Dubai cruise follow by a week in the Maldives. (March/April 2023) All transfers were excellent, meetings a greetings at all exchanges 7 flights in total. Other transfers boats all excellent. We have already booked Hawaii with loveitbookit because of their excellent service it take out the ‘pain’ of doing it yourself to try and save a couple of quid. We found that a DIY holiday can cost more.
Negative experience: Rang these people 3 weeks ago, going to email me with some cruise deals. Never bothered to get in touch. If they can't be bothered to sell you it what's your chances of getting any satisfaction if something goes wrong. My advice, use someone else!

Post booking customer service queries had to be escalated before resolution and whilst pricing competitive and provides certainty for packages booked before flight schedule released, it also makes any upgrades prohibitively expensive.

Positive experience: Yes good to book with, then it was cancelled because Japan was not letting cruise ships in for spring 2023 and our deposit money was returned with no hassle what so ever.
Negative experience: 10 minutes after booking cruise found same one for £800 cheaper. After sales service is poor, received email to tell us to contact them as flights were available to change our return. When I phoned sales assistant told me flights were not out and I had to phone back, when I explained about the email she back tracked and put me through to the right department. They can't book car hire etc. Just very disappointing in the level of after sale service when you eventually get through.

Fantastic experience: I recently returned from our 30th anniversary onboard the Celebrity Equinox which we booked through loveitbookit. The trip included a 5 night stopover in Fort Lauderdale where the 10 night cruise departed from. Everything they did was to perfection and were highly professional throughout from the organising of the stops in the Caribbean to booking the flights. It was the best ever trip we’ve done and we’ve done many ! I cannot recommend them enough.

Was told no transfer from airport to hotel as it is very close, 10 miles and 60 dollar fare later we arrived. The hotel is a 3 star average in need of a major refurb, not what you expect when paying this sort of money, will update tomorrow Well tomorrow has arrived, must say not as bad as previously said, can’t change poor transfer however further investigation of hotel you do realise it is a Art Deco style hotel trying to retain its originality , some things questionable however very subjective,

Positive experience: Not good after booking a cruise it was very hard to find out details of flight’s hotels and trains. This then gives you no opportunity to try to upgrade on anything as everything booked along side the cruise is budget and very basic. Far better to book through an agent you can contact and tailor your holiday face to face. I would now after speaking to a very pleasant young lady Jessica like to amend my review. Although I was disappointed at not being able to upgrade certain parts of our booking. Having had things explained to me in more detail a certain amount of my complaints were down to misunderstanding on both side’s. Because this trip was for our golden wedding anniversary that was the reason for the one star and after the explanation I happy to amend it to three⭐️⭐️⭐️
Negative experience: Don't bother. Really dispointed. Booked to travel 2020, left £1700 with them as knew travel industry took a hard hit during covid. Have changed booking a couple of times due to my business failing (hospitality covid). Have dilated Cardiomyopathy (heart Failure now not working) tried to change to UK sailing, now been told £500 to change booking thats if they can due to previously being long haul. Different agents giving advice or I'm passed to someone eles. Extremely disappointed wouldn't use again. Should of taken my money back when I could. Avoid this company' Update have now been told I will lose £1400 by changing it to a UK sailing as can only use £300 deposit. Please avoid
We are really sorry to read this review. Over the past three years since you made your booking, the team have always been available for you and have spent days of work amending your booking from the original cruise to currently three different cruises every time you have asked. You have never left money with LoveitBookit, you have always had an active cruise which you then have elected to change due to personal circumstances. As you are aware, you have booked a package holiday which also includes flights, hotels etc. At this stage you have had three different sets of flights due to the changes you have made. Unfortunately as you are now asking to convert your booking to a cruise only, we have a duty to advise you if the flight supplier deposit you have paid will be lost. As a company it would be negligent of us not to provide you the correct information. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the circumstance however this is outside the control of LoveitBookit. We have always acted in good faith to assist you at every request and change and are deeply saddened by your review.
Negative experience: booked a Caribbean cruise for 2023. Great sales process, but beware if you have any questions after that. Difficult to get through on the Customer Service phone lines and had to leave a message which was responded to after 36 hours. Paid extra for flights from Manchester, only to find out that the flight from Manchester was only a connecting flight to Heathrow. Apparently it was my duty to ask if it was a direct flight and not their duty to inform me, if I knew it meant multiple flights with hours in airports I would not of booked. Zero empathy or alternative options given. 13/10/2022 Thanks to the team who responsed so quickly, it is appreciated. If there were no direct flights (and according to you team there have not been any for a number of years), why was this not made clear at the time of the booking, if it was we would not of booked it. I would also like to point out that the only options given to me by your team are to: (1) cancel and lose the deposit (£500 PP) or (2) to make our own way to Heathrow and then we would have have a direct flight...do you think they are credible options ?

We apologise if there has been any delay if you tried to contact us during an extremely busy period. I would like to point out that there are no direct flights from Manchester to Miami. Unfortunately, the airlines schedules are out of our control however, we have a flight department who work to obtain the best possible flights for each of our customers. Negative experience: I'm booked with my partner and my nephew and his partner for cruise around Australia for Feb 2023 unfortunately my nephew had a stroke and is awaiting a serious operation, I called the office to ask my options, basically I was told if we want to transfer Holiday it's going to cost us £400 which I understand there would be a charge but didn't expect so much ,then I asked can you help and let me know what Holidays there is for us to move to ,I was told sorry we don't have the staff or time to do that we would have to do it ourselves which is not the customer service I expected, I guess they have my 2 k deposit so they don't care ,not only have we had to cancel our holiday in Feb and have the stress of my nephew to worry about just a little bit of help at such a sad time would have helped,I will never book again with this comp.

Positive experience: I had to phone to obtain details of the cruise I was going on. Princess cruises use an App, I didn't know i had to use this until i phoned the office, now i am unable to book the meal times I wanted.
Negative experience: recently had a cruise with loveitbookit and have to say that although the cruise was fine, looking back I realised that I should have used an alternative to loveitbookit, having been on a few cruises I was used to checking my case onto the plane and then not seeing it until I got into my cabin, NOT the case with loveitbookit, within my booking was a night before and after my cruise where I had to organise my own transfers, when I disembarked the ship (albeit it not where I originally booked to disembark) I was promised $80 on board credit for the inconvenience and to date still have not received this. whilst my hotel in Barcelona was a *4, the Venice Hotel was 5 miles outside of Venice and with nothing within walking distance had to arrange travel for meals etc which annoyed me. I did raise the on board credit issue during my cruise but this was never credited to my account. Then there was the flights, I had to fly from Manchester which I didn't realise at the time of booking and living in Newcastle didn't excite me, but to fly out with 2 different airlines and then having to pay for the privilege of seating alongside my wife was the last straw. Looking back and doing some investigation I found that booking the same cruise with alternative agents would have been less stressful and would saved me money & Hassle, be warned !!! Despite several phone calls, and empty promises I still wait for the onboard credit this, 16 days AFTER my disembarking

We pride ourselves on our great holidays and customer service and hope nobody ever feels like the service we provide is deserving of 1 star. As you booked a package holiday with a hotel stay prior to embarking the cruise, your luggage wouldn’t have been sent straight through to your cabin as you would have been left without your belongings whilst in Barcelona. Your particular holiday was also advertised without transfers as it much cheaper and easier whist in these particular destinations. This was also re-confirmed to you at the time of booking. I believe you have been in contact with my colleague Jess who has apologised that there was a technical error onboard the ship and we have since refunded you £80 which was missing as onboard credit. I’m sorry this technical fault caused you some upset however I hope this has now been rectified. Regarding your flight allocation, it is not uncommon to be allocated two different airlines when arriving and departing into different countries. This isn’t anything to do with the cost and we do not do this to save us money as you have suggested. There may be various reasons, for example, the same airline flying out may not operate the necessary return journey, flight times, availability etc. For many years now, charter and low-cost airlines have charged to prebook seats next to each other and whilst I agree this is not ideal, I’m sure you can understand that this isn’t something that we are able to control. One of the reasons we allocate hotels in the Mestre area of Venice is due to the close distance to the airport and also due to the high cost of water taxis in Venice. There are great public transport links near to the hotel you stayed in which take you over the water to Venice which are inexpensive. I know my colleague Jess has offered you a gesture of goodwill as an apology and I hope that you will allow us the opportunity to further show you our commitment to our customer service. Fantastic experience: I initially booked my cruise for 2020 but then we all know what happened there. Loveitbookit have been nothing but helpful in making sure I got to go on holiday once the world opened up. A lot of these companies are great when taking your money but once you need their help after it’s like they want absolutely nothing to do with you. Not with Loveitbookit, Jessica and her team went out of their way to make sure I was able to travel again, on a cruise I was happy with. I have since been on 3 three cruises via Loveitbookit, who have been helpful and knowledgeable every single time.

At the time of booking, we always recommend taking out travel insurance so that in the event of cancellation due to health reasons, you can claim through your insurance. Negative experience: AVOID - Customer service is shocking. We booked a holiday (cruise), flew to New York for 3 nights, was put in shabby hotel, no restaurant, bar or other amenities in hotel, it was more like a hostel. Then on to cruise which was to stop at 5 different ports in The Caribbean firstly Dominican Republic, however this never happened, we ended up doing 4 ports and not going to the Dominican at all. I accept that things maybe subject to change occasionally, however to be told you will in no way be compensated is very unfair. LOVE IT BOOK just laid down and accepted the cruise line response and said if I want to try to get any compensation then to take it up with the cruise line myself. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THESE AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING WITH THESE COWBOYS
Hi Steve, Firstly I am sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. I would like to point out that we use a 4* Hilton Hotel situated in Times Square where there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Generally you will find this in major cities like New York. Unfortunately due to adverse weather conditions, the cruise line had to change one of your ports of call for the safety of the passengers and crew onboard. I can see that my colleagues have gone above and beyond to try and assist you and have even put in a complaint on your behalf with the cruise line. Positive experience: The staff are very professional I always get some body on the end the phone ,we are going on a cruise to America ,Vegas first four days then internal flight to San Diego cruising up the west cost The holiday is sold as flight from Heathrow to Vegas but we just found out flight from Heathrow to Seattle then Vegas this will add extra 7 hours to your trip which means 18 hour trip so when we get Vegas straight to bed so that’s 3 nights in Vegas all transfer from airports are your responsibility. So we complained ,direct flight to Vegas we got at extra £500 cost to us ,so we got to pay that, but what I will say they do sort every think out for you ,my only gripe is that your not told about something which are left out so if your booking with them just make sure the details are correct direct flights transfer ect otherwise it will come has bit of a shock later ,the staff are very good just be clinical with the holiday details ,make sure it’s all back up by email what you will get the information will come closer to the holiday I will not except next time

Unfortunately we have seen a large number of airlines consolidating and cancelling their routes in the short term as they recover from the pandemic and the USA borders re-open. The team always work to provide customers the absolute best availability for flights. If a customer requests changes, the team will alway work to accommodate these requests however if the airline charges for this, we have to advise accordingly.
