Negative experience: I'd give this company a negative rating. I'll explain what has happened. I have never used this company ever, however an agent from this company (Anna) not the real name as later found called me pretending to be my travel agency agent. She, this company, not only lied that my return flight is cancelled but stole/scammed £2900 from me and sent me fake emails confirming payment and also change of flights for the cancelled flight. However, they infact cancelled my return flight as there was no issue. Upon calling the company, Harris, Aruna - the latter who's the manager said they provided me service and charged £2900 for it. I've got all the evidence of this scam and the lies from this company however even Natwest Bank with whom this company has their account refused to help or see the clear evidence that I as customer has been scammed by this company. Instead of freezing this business/scammers bank account and sharing with Police to investigate, Natwest Bank fraudulently and without any care for me have mentioned its a buyer seller dispute. To add insult to injury Aruna was so confident and even told me, call the police and Sky Wings don't care as police won't do anything. This demonstrates how confidently the scammers are operating on our london high street and the UK Banks, police are doing nothing. I've had to pay £800 to rebook my return flight. I hope whoever has been affected by this company report this to Action Fraud UK and all relevant organisations to shut this scamming business. If anyone has ideas to help me please message me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS/SCAMMERS!

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They have scammed me, I booked a flight and then they called me trying to convince me to pay an extra £25 to change my flights if I need to. 24 hours later I got confirmation for my flight and conveniently for them it was a completely different flight to what I booked. When I called them to ask what’s happened a very rude lady told me it was my fault and I booked the wrong flight and I would now need to pay £150 to change the flight. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Negative experience: I bought 2 tickets from Sky wings for £828 per ticket. I spoke to an agent called Alex and he persuaded me to buy those tickets by saying last two tickets available on my selected flight. Immediately I found out that Alex cheated me and sold the tickets at higher prices. I could have bought tickets for £774 per ticket. I called Alex within 30 minutes after buying my tickets, but no answer from Skywings. Then I sent an email with screen shots of reduced price tickets on both airline and Skywings sites. But I haven’t received any reply from Alex or Sky wings customer service. I sent 5 emails. But no reply yet. I called airline and they confirmed me that they have plenty of tickets available for my selected days. Today I called Sky wings customer service and informed about my frustration to one of their customer service agents. The agent advised me that Alex would call me in half an hour. I waited for 2 hours. But not received any call back. Then I called again at 1pm. Sky wings agents put me on hold and cut the line. Again I called 4 times. But no answer. Then I called from another phone number. Skywings agent answered the phone within 2 rings. He promised me that Alex would call me soon as he starts work at 2pm. I checked the prices again on Sky wings site. It has been reduced to £664 per tickets. I lost about £300 within 12 hours. I called them within half an hour. But no answer. Alex called me at 2.30pm. I tried to explain him about everything. But he didn’t want to help me at all. Alex tried to explain thousands of their rules and regulations which is not relevant to my situation. I called them within half an hour. He cheated me by telling the lies about availability of tickets. Otherwise I wouldn’t buy those tickets in a hurry. Finally Alex put me on hold several times and gave me only £50 discount. I lost £284 and received an awful customer service. This is not acceptable at all. I’m a loyal Sky wings customer for many years and I recommended them for my friends and family. I decided that I never buy tickets from Skywings again and also would not recommend them to anyone in future.
Negative experience: I am writing this review because of their greedy service.I bought a ticket from Sky wings unfortunately i misspelled name and forgot only ONE WORD.I contacted sky wings to correct my name instead of helping me they demanded £75.00 just to contact the airline to correct name.I refused to pay the £75.00 and directly contacted the airline and airline helped me and i had no problem with my journey.I have all proof emails i received from sky wings.Well i would never buy ticket from sky wings in future its up to all of you if you want to go ahead with skywings
Negative experience: It was a mistake Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Platform I booked a flight with this platform and paid an additional £25 to have the flexibility to make changes if needed. When I tried to prepone the flight, they made me book a new flight. Later, a month before my travel date, I attempted to postpone the flight, but they asked for double the actual price difference, claiming it was the airline's policy. I have booked flights through other online platforms numerous times, and the only extra cost I’ve ever had to pay was the actual price difference—nothing more. Here, there was no mention of the ticket being "non-refundable," yet I only received 38% of what I paid. I feel completely cheated and misled. Negative experience: Bought a flight, did not receive any confirmation then got a call to say it had gone up by near £200 and I would be responsible for the different - also then tried to upsell me baggage for £140, which is free through the airline im flying with. Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with the handling of their automated email notification regarding the flight change. The email referenced a "schedule change," but it did not clearly mention that the airport had also changed. When a notification only says "schedule change," it’s reasonable to assume that it relates to the time or day, not the airport. Furthermore, the email mentioned only "LHR (London)" and "LGW (London)," instead of specifying "LHR (Heathrow)" and "LGW (Gatwick)". This lack of clarity caused my parents and I to travel to Gatwick, only to find shortly before departure that the flight was actually leaving from Heathrow. This last-minute realization caused us considerable stress and forced us to arrange a rushed journey with heavy luggage to Heathrow, incurring additional costs. My mother has medical complications, which made this situation especially challenging for her.

Negative experience: This company is a scam, i was trying to book online via skyscanner and the moment i entered my details I had 5 people from the same company call me, the price that was shown online changed to a higher price and the people who called me were offering me a different price which was way higher, its almost as if they seen me trying to book the ticket, held the price and then trying to make a profit over me. I didn't book my ticket in the end with them look at all the people that have got scammed here. Their call centres are based off in India and I could hear them discussing me in the background! 100% AVOID!!!!
Negative experience: Don't bother with this company, you book a flight and they don't send you confirmation. When you talk to a representative they say don't worry about it as long as your money is pending you have got your flight. No confirmation a few days later only for them to say that flight has gone up by £150 and they need you to pay the difference as there is nothing they can do, constantly tried to upsell to me in customer services rather than actually solving the issue. They only care about about getting more money from you.

Later she called me and said that ticket is gone pricy and she insisted me to book in the Turkish Airways. We had a nasty experience in the flight. Oh my gosh the Turkish airlines is the worst flight ever. They have the rudest staff, the flight attendants are scary, no hospitality even to the children. My 7 year old girl pressed the help button for some drink. An attendant came and off the light and went off without asking the need. DO NOT book Turkish airlines

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a company - booked our flights with them through skyscanner so thiught they wouls have been vetted but I was wrong. As many of the other reviewers have stated, you get a call within a few hours, leading your to believe that your flights are incorrectly booked or not confirmed. After spending a large amount of money this obviously cause tremendous stress. I have had to request reconfirmation, both written and verbal, that our flights were indeed booked and confirmed. Finally, despite asking them to not call us ever again, they ignored my request and carried on harassing me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I booked 2 tickets through this company and had money taken out of my account in the good will that my booking details and itenary will be emailed to me. After an hour I received a call back by a guy named Kevin to say that my flight had been fully booked and the flight is no longer available but they can rebook for me for another day at an extra charge of £100.00 per passenger. I was really annoyed and told them that I would just like my money back and they shouldn't of had it advertised on there website in the first place. After a heated discussion with the manager, he told me my money will refunded back into my account within 24 hours. A day went by only to be told 48 hours, then 72 hours and then 3 working days! I was stuck for cash and I had also missed the event that I needed a flight for because of my money being stuck with this stupid company. I then eventually got my money back after 8 days of non stop calling! The manager was aware of all the stress he had caused me and did not help in anyway other just constantly lying. I was told by another travel agency that this is common with companies that are having cash flow problems as they use your money to book other people's flights. Overall stressful experience. NEVER AGAIN! Edit* THEY ARE ALSO NO LONGER ATOL PROTECTED BTW, all the 5 star reviews you are seeing are all lies and fake. They are all posted by the company directors

Negative experience: We dealt with Ryan as main point of contact, "Assistant Team Leader" as well as Mohibul and Ramesh at SkyWings Travel. Extremely difficult to get hold of once they've accepted payment. Inefficient service interactions from team most were purely superficial replies if any at all. None of the team were available or able to assist during our travels. I have since seen that there are other poor reviews/feedback and that the agency had been suspended from IATA according to a insider. I would not recommend after the blatantly incompetent service I've received.
Negative experience: DO NOT book your travel from this company. For your peace of mind, book directly with the airline even if it costs you a few pounds more. Absolutely not worth the hassle. As soon as you book, someone will call you from their company to upsell a product to make sure you have more luggage and more flexible with date changes... They were abrupt and almost threatening. I said I don't need it as I will be protected by my travel insurance, and the representative talked to me as if I was dumb. They will NEVER issue a full refund if you decide to cancel. As soon as I got my flight details, I have 40kg luggage even though I did not purchase the product they were selling me.... This is because they are selling me something that I already paid for!!! The customer service company is running a scam by scaring the customers who book via SkyWings Travel. I honestly thought the tickets were not legit upto the day of my flight. If you accidentally booked with them... Yes, the tickets are legitimate. However, if you need to make any changes with your flight, it will cost you a fortune. Negative experience: DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE FAKE REVIEWS. Avoid at all cost! Skyscanner took me to this agency to book my long-haul flight and they made me believe that they didn't have "all but one of the passengers booked onto the flight" and I had to pay extra for "higher economy". They completely lie to you, saying you will get a FULL REFUND and also verbally stating the FULL AMOUNT to me if I didn't want to pay the extra "higher economy" in order to get all passengers on the flight. I was very skeptical so I didn't want to pay extra and requested the refund. During this time, I had booked another flight with Emirates directly, for Skywings to call me back and said "Out of their own good will, they have paid for the higher economy and now all the passengers are booked onto the flight", IGNORING the fact they told me that they will refund me the full amount! When confronting them about this, they were rude, ignorant and lied about everything. My father had recently passed away and had recently found out being pregnant, this caused so much trauma to me. I suggest anyone who goes through this to pay by credit card and dispute this. However, the amount of emotional stress I was already going through with my father and pregnancy, it was not worth disputing this further and I just paid for the cancellation fee just to get these dirty scammers out of my life once and for all.

Negative experience: Do not book with this company. After needing to cancel my flights due to health reasons, I found out that although I had booked fully flexible business class tickets costing over £8000 which have a feature that you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the flight, Skywings failed to tell me that this feature would not be an option for me because the tickets via Skywings are non-refundable in any circumstance. I am also not entitled to the airline tax refund which would be around £600 and is available from Virgin Atlantic. I was upsold to the flexible ticket (at a cost of £700 because the original tickets I wanted mysteriously weren't available anymore at the time of booking), only to find out that I couldn't cancel my booking and take advantage of the fact the tickets are supposed to be flexible when I really, really needed to get the refund. Terrible sales tactics. Never booking with an agent again. Always book directly with an airline.

I am writing to you with a concern regarding my recent booking experience through Skyings Travel Assistant on June 15th, 2022, and the issues I have encountered while attempting to change my ticket. I paid a total of £2683 for the ticket and an additional £185 for flexibility, as promised by Twinkle, the Senior Travel Consultant.Booking Details and Issues EncounteredOn June 15th, I booked a return ticket with Etihad Airlines through Skywings Travel Assistant. The ticket was for travel from June 15th to July 6th, 2022. I paid a total of £2683 for the ticket and an extra £185 for flexibility, as mentioned by Twinkle, allowing me to change the date without any issues and only pay the difference.However, when I tried to change the ticket to travel in August , I was charged a new ticket price instead of just the difference. After discussing this issue with the travel consultant, I requested to keep the ticket open and use it next year, and she confirmed that July 2024 would be the last month I could use the ticket.When I tried to use the ticket in May 2024,I was informed by Etihad Airlines that I had to pay a penalty of £335, a no-show fee of £500, a £25 service charge, and the difference in fare. I find this situation confusing and frustrating, as I was initially told that I could change the ticket without any issues. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by the third-party company, Skywings, in regards to the purchase of my airline ticket. I have reached out to both Eithad Airlines and Skywings in an attempt to resolve this issue, but it appears that there is a disconnect between the two parties. Firstly, I contacted Skywings to inquire about the ticket I purchased from them. They informed me that Eithad Airlines need to write an email to them about ticket’s price. However, when I contacted Eithad Airlines, the call center representative informed me that they do not handle email inquiries. This has led me to feel as though I am being sent back and forth between the two parties without any resolution. Moreover, I find it unacceptable that Eithad Airlines allows a third party to sell their tickets when they are not providing accurate information. This is not only misleading but also misinforms customers, leading to potential financial losses. I am concerned that Eithad Airlines is indirectly contributing to such misinformation and misleading practices by not taking proper measures to ensure that third parties are not providing accurate information to their customers. In light of this situation, I request that Eithad Airlines take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that third parties are held accountable for providing accurate information. I expect a prompt refund for my ticket if it cannot be resolved satisfactorily. If there is an option to rebook or charge difference to my flight without incurring any additional charges, I would be open to considering it. However, under no circumstances am I willing to pay any extra fees due to the misinformation provided by Skywings. I would appreciate a prompt response to my concerns and a resolution to this matter. Please understand that if my concerns are not addressed appropriately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I am prepared to take legal action if necessary, as I have gathered all the necessary evidence from my communication with Skywings via email. I trust that Etihad Airlines values its customers and upholds the highest standards of customer service. Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Do not get fooled by the positive comments you might be reading as they are completly fake. This company made me pay an additional charge to make my ticket a flexible ticket. When it came time to make amendments to the ticket they are now charing me for a full price of a new ticket instead of making me pay the difference if there is any. I spoke to the Etihad Airline I am flying out from and they have confirmed I only need to pay a difference if there is any of the fare and not the cost of a whole ticket like Skywing are charging me. I have email chains that clearly stated I could make these changes and I will be taking this further. Twinkle originally sold the tickets under false claims of the flexi ticket benefits, then we spoke to another team member Peter who did not help but got the "manager" to speak to us. Ryan, the supervisor who insulted me by saying "you wouldn't understand how it works" and how he gets these phone calls all the time. If you have faced a similar issue have your say and contact Mr Sai Mugunthan Pathmanathan the DIRECTOR of this company as I will do so myself.. Negative experience: SCAMMERS avoid at all costs after placing my booking I was called by an unknown number very hard to understand the person on the other end of the phone tried getting me to upgrade a variety of things then after looking through the fake reviews and horror stories I knew it would be too good to be true, disgraceful that companies like this are still on Skyscanner.

Negative experience: This experience will probably teach me to look at reviews for travel agents before I book via third-party apps. Upon booking my ticket previously, I kept receiving a call from a number I did not register on my phone, but after many calls from the same number, I did pick up. It was someone from the company confirming my ticket purchase and also asked me if I would like to pay extra if I'd like the option to ammend the date of travel, just in case. I was sure this was an option on the site from booking my ticket. However, I did not choose this option when booking online. During this phone call, I felt pressured into buying the 'extra' and asked if I could think about it and call back. However, the guy on the other end said this is a today deal only and was rather pushy about it too, and if I said yes, he would send me an email to confirm and pay for it. I said yes, but later that night, I decided not to opt for the extra and left it at that. I then got a phone call the next day from the same number but ignored it in case I felt pressured again like before. They also sent me the wrong ticket with someone else's information and flight, which I had to get corrected. This was the first time I ever felt like this could have been a scam when purchasing a fight ticket. Luckily, on the date of travel, my ticket was legitimate, but his whole experience was not pleasant. I also got so many spam emails after giving my information. I can't guarantee it was because of this, but with the time and circumstances, this is what conclusion I've come to. Edit: I'm looking at all the fake reviews, and I'm honestly mortified by how similar the reviews are and from what country they are from. I know its discrimatory to think that way, but with my experience with past scam calls and a firmliar certain accent coming from them, it does not leave me purchasing with confidence. Please think twice before booking with a third-party company, or at least check the reviews for the company you are booking with.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!! Don’t go on these fake reviews.. once the ticket is booked , they won’t even entertain you… they will tell you to contact the airline directly. I had a very bad experience. Very very rude customer service.

Negative experience: Extremely dishonest people, Stay away from these greedy people upon my father's death. My family was unable to fly. Airline gave them full refund. Out of thousands of pounds. They promised two hundred pounds. Issue is going on for months, but even that two hundred pounds is a struggle to take it off Skywings. They are based in India and treat you horrible.
Negative experience: I had no problems getting the tickets for my flight to Canada from UK. The problem started when one of the agents called me and told me I needed to pay extra for baggage. At this point I looked at my ticket and a no fee baggage was approved and I questioned this with the agent and he said it was only temporary and said I had to pay the baggage fee. Moving forward I contacted AirTransat who confirmed I already had baggage and an agent cannot remove this. On the day of the flight I had no issues with baggage and it was accepted. If you are booking a flight with Skywings please be wary! They may scam you into paying more than you need.
Fantastic experience: Realised I needed to change my flight shortly after booking, emailed and Mohibul rang me immediately. He was extremely helpful and found me alternative flights and prices, was very professional and helpful and took all my requests for arrival times etc into consideration. Will definitely be using this company again.
Positive experience: I used the service through Skyscanner. It was the cheapest option and once I had purchased, I didn’t receive my e-ticket. They tell you to expect to wait for 24 hours. In the meantime, I had serious concerns I had been scammed. The money left my account and no ticket came through. On the stroke of 24 hours, an e-ticket arrived. Up until my flight I had doubts. But it was legitimate and I reached my destination for a good deal. I would suggest you use this service if you are looking for the best price. But for peace of mind you might be better paying more for a less sketchy service.

Negative experience: The worst company you can ever imagine. Don't fall a victim. Forget about the fake paid reviews, coming from same sourced and similar names from same part of the world.I paid for refunded flight ticket with them( My first and last time ). To my surprise, I was told by the airline,that the agent paid for nonrefundable tickets. When confronted this fraudulent company, they couldn't give any reasonable information about their "fraudulent" act. Avoid them by all cost. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!! BE CAREFULL. Extremely rude staffs and unprofessional customer services. Fraudulent in all ways. Take your time to go through the real reviews here( Google). You will realise how fraudelent they are without falling a victim. I have writing to necessary UK authority and just been informed, they have received numerous complaints about skywings travel and investigation is on going. Avoid them.

Negative experience: Ignore all the fake reviews below!!! I made a booking with sky wings via Skyscanner and my return flight was changed over 4 weeks ago. I’ve called 6 times since that time, asking for my new flight information to be sent via email and I still haven’t received it. Each time I have been promised a call back and I haven’t! Really poor level of customer service. I have just been in hold for 10 minutes for the phone calk to then mysteriously drop! Would not recommend booking through this company!!

Negative experience: Unreliable and exceptionally poor service Booked my sister ticket through sky scanner. They changed it to without even discussing. Spoke to Gurpreet, he wasn't very helpful but after explaining him that i have also booked my son’s ticket to come on the same flight. So he sent another change of ticket with slightly lesser wait time with different airport. I agreed as no other choice was given . So rearrange my son’s ticket accordingly. Never had acknowledgment from them and confirming that all booked. Last week got another email from Gurpreet proposing new timings and different airport. Been trying to contact via emails and calls but in vain. Called again today and spoke to Ryan from sales team. Claimed he was a manager. As soon as he heard its not new sale and change in existing ticket. He showed no interest in talking. Didnt even ask about the reference number and kept pretending that he wanted to help. Ridiculously poor service. Very argumentative and confrontational.I wonder how such sort of service can be used in sales team. If there is less sales and customers not coming back to this company. Owners should know that their HR is not doing great job by hiring with such a poor customer service.
