Negative experience: Made a final payment of over £3000 pound on the holiday we’d booked. They app crashed and when we went back on the app to check the payment. Was shoo g it hadn’t gone through so made payment again. Payment went through but was showing we had paid twice. Rang up the following day and Hays said we’ ll issue a refund and you’ll have your money back within 3 days. 1 week later still no money. Another phone call and same informants given, you’ll receive money within 3 days. Instead of refunding the 1 overpayment to the card that was used they decided to split the refund over 3 different cards. One of which we don’t have any more. So not only have I been charged interest in my card for the extra £3000 I now won’t be receiving a full refund to that card. Safe to say I’ll not be using Hays again
Negative experience: Absolutely shocking place.Waited as 2 members of staff one on phone and other typing on computer.Was stood there 10mins where none of them was bothered to deal with us.I would certainly not recommend this to book a holiday as staff aint bothered.Shocking as was in there to book a holiday and seems staff wherent bothered to deal with you.Booking somewhere else now
We are sad to see your review as this is not the normal standard we receive. You were all greeted in the store by our foreign exchange consultant and your family were talking to them about if they had seen the programme Benidorm, Also about the 100 USA dollar notes with your child. You were in the store a only a couple of minutes in total. I personally spoke to you and said we won't be a couple of minutes. As you said in your review, one was on the phone and the other was typing. As we were both finishing off serving other customers via phone and typing it up. All customers are important to us and at this time we just needed to complete serving the customers we were serving when you came in store. Unfortunately you left after only a couple of minutes and a member of your party said to you they are busy on leaving after you. We hope you will come back to us in the future.
Negative experience: No staff long queue. Walked out. Got excellent service at another travel agent
