Fantastic experience: Just returned from our trip. It had been on hold for the last year due to covid. We had a great time, B&B was fantastic and very central. Cocktail making and Viva at night was also great, everything went smoothly. Thanks to this company for great weekend away. Would defo remmend to others. Online booking system was good as you didn't have to collect money off people, they paid their own online.

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 star I would. We paid for a Hen weekend which should have happened in April 2020 which was unfortunately and understandably Cancelled due to Covid-19. This company did not get in touch until I pushed, and they said they would not issue a refund but keep money safe to re-book. 5 months on and they have not responded to a single email, phone call and now the website is not working. They have over £1400 of my money. Trading standards advised they should have offered a full refund. This company has been reported for theft and fraud.
