Fantastic experience: Can not rate this travel agents and all of their staff highly enough. Sharrom has been amazingly helpful, had a few problems with guests wanting to book to come to our wedding then needing to cancel and the help received has been 5 with all the upset with holidays at the moment I've been reassured I will make my wedding in time and they have really helped ease my anxiety around all this. If you are wanting to book a holiday I wouldn't look any further you won't get better service anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience: Sharom and her team made booking a trip to Thailand so easy, they took care of everything, from flights to taxi’s and hotels and that is no mean feat when trying to co ordinate 6 people from different parts of the country and with change of dates as well. The service we received was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I honestly wouldn’t consider booking a holiday with anyone else. The trip went smoothly and without a hitch because we took on board recommendations from Sharom. They even arranged an English speaking taxi driver, which made life loads easier. A well derserved 5 stars WELL DONE and THANK YOU.
