Negative experience: Ok need to move forward from my last review. Well tried to move forward not going to happen,notes where put on system but Not actioned by Hays Travel speaking to TUI no information with my wife's disability was linked to TUI flight or RUI Hotel so we spent two days trying sorting disability seats/sorting top floor room to ground floor TUI told me so to sort issues with Hays travel on my return not impressed with total customer care will be calling into ASDA branch on my return

Negative experience: Came in a short while ago, stood around waiting and ignored. Eventually a young lad came out, I handed him a piece of paper with my options on to which he said he couldn't sort yet due to time frame. That's fine get in touch when you can. We're now 6+ wks later and nothing, tumbleweed! If hayes doesn't want my money that is fine, just tell me, do not waste my time n effort! *updated to 2* purely for Carly today.
