Negative experience: This company commits fraud. Booked with them via Peace Travel and they then cancelled. Then ended their website and telephone numbers. Managed to get hold of Peace Travel via a previous whatsapp number only. Was told Trivoyage owned them and their director has cancelled all orders with airlines, took the money and resigned. They are affiliated with Brightsun Travel too, been back and forth via Brightsun with hardly any response from Trivoyage. Reported to Action Fraud but no support on getting my 5k back

Negative experience: They are fraud they wouldn’t give you refunds or they wouldn’t pick call . Last minute they will cancel your ticket get get your money from airline . Never trust them

Negative experience: I tell you that I was getting a ticket from Havana to the city of Juárez and supposedly customer service appeared, selling me this flight, but I found something confusing that they sent me an email and it went to spam, it didn't have a seat number and the charge on my card came from Trivoyage Agency, it was a fraud and they never replied again.

Negative experience: I had a pending trip to Texas from San Juan, PR. Days before, I decided to call the Spirit company. Apparently, in San Juan, PR, a person answered me. I gave them the flight details, and they indicated that the ticket was canceled because I had not purchased insurance for that ticket. I indicated that I had indeed taken out some insurance provided by the agency that supposedly covers flight cancellations, among other things. They insisted that it was canceled. I said, 'But it’s not mandatory for me to buy insurance to travel to the USA,' and they told me that since August 1, 2022, it was mandatory, as my flight was international. I doubted this because my flight from PR to the USA is domestic, not international. They told me that I had to buy it at that moment. So I asked how much it cost, and they told me it was $215.00 for my wife and me. I made the payment without knowing that I was being deceived. The next day, early in the morning, I called Spirit to verify if it was true that the ticket was canceled and they told me that at no time was that ticket canceled. At that moment, I called my bank and filed a claim for a fraudulent purchase because I was led to it by deception. The company that appears on the supposed policy is TRIVOYAGE TRAVEL.
