Hi Caroline, We pride ourselves on being extremely friendly in all of our branches so i'm sorry you felt this way. We also are competitive v high street travel agencies but cannot sometimes compete with online competition for certain currencies, we also don't have a dedicated staff member in the bureau so apologies if you had to wait instore. Fantastic experience: Protected travel shop is the best place to book a holiday, amazing staff and very welcoming. Carly book my family holiday to Turkey next year and I couldn’t ask for a better service. We can’t wait to go on our holiday. We will definitely be back to book more holiday.
