Fantastic experience: I had gone to a number of companies before eventually finding Andrews. To be honest most of them gave me a headache. Some had questionable cowboy like credentials. Andrews Shipping were very transparent and helpful, even for someone with my small shipping load. Yes I had to chase them a bit for documentation. So what? Which of your daily projects doesnt need chasing? I would go back to Andrews shipping with my eyes closed. KR

Negative experience: Hgv container. Can be tight getting in with vehicles parked by the gate. But normally loaded quickly.

Positive experience: Today Mihali and Dennis helped us enormously with packing and collection of boxes and nothing was too much trouble. So grateful to them for going out of their way.

Fantastic experience: Excellent safe and professional services

Negative experience: The worst company ever. Even 1 star is too high. First of all, the person I dealt with, Charis, was so rude that it raised my blood pressure after speaking with her and took me 2 hours to calm down. I was talking to her in Greek because I thought it would be better for both of us to communicate in our native language. She ignored me, standing there on her phone and sending messages. When I asked her to listen to me, she made a stupid, racist comment, saying she couldn't understand me because I speak proper Greek instead of the Cypriot dialect. By the way, if anyone was having trouble understanding, it was me. After an argument, I have been trying to make a proper complaint about that incident for two months, but the owner, manager, or whoever is in charge has never called me back. Every time they said I would receive a call, but I am still waiting. Finally, when I left the car there, Charis told me that I wouldn't be charged for storage, but I was charged for it on the invoice. Never again. I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. When I was buying a car from another company in Cyprus and mentioned I was sending my car with Andrew Shipping, they wished me good luck and guess what name of the staff they mentioned. Andrew Shipping, congratulations on your staff. Great choices, NOT.

Negative experience: Very poor & painfull experience said organization cheated to my son froud done by his organization staff. We are send a mail to him in 29th April'24 for atthentication his work contract copy but no one was reply & my son was VICTIMs & suspect andrews staff members. We are lost money 2lacs Indian Re. I was lough complaints against him cyber police. Lets see..!

Negative experience: I contacted Andrews Shipping as I was bringing a car back from Cyprus and my father had used them previously. The girl I spoke with was rude, dismissive and patronising. Not only that, they wanted to charge £350 for customs clearance & £500 to get the car transported from Southampton to SW London. My partner who works in logistics called her to ask what the £350 covered, she said it was customs clearance plus other fees but refused to give a breakdown! Anyway, I managed to arrange customs clearance for £45 plus £50 for terminal handling & £120 for transportation. If you want to overpay and be underwhelmed then use Andrews Shipping! Apparently their prices are their prices…..even though they are made up!

Negative experience: I had 5 machines shipped over to cyprus for a project i am starting on the 10th of June 2022 . When they wanted the money i paid in full. Straight away. I have now asked over 5 times for a reason the boat hasnt left so i can explain to the contractors why my equipment is running late. I have not been sent another email about this information. Fed up now as i will be just loosing money everyday. Thanks andrew shipping

Negative experience: I have given 1 star not for the staff in London but for the wasters in Cyprus sent a box over which cost £20 only to just find out the box was picked up today they had opened it which is a first over the years sending boxes every year never happened the stuff was all ov er the place and on top they had charged my son €180 which l think is disgusting if l knew l would never had sent it with andrews shipping who are dealing with idiots in Cyprus seems they charge whatever they want even though l was told overhere he wouldn't pay more than €50.. There are other companies to send boxes over to Cyprus l am fuming..

Customer care = 0 Customer Service = 0 Professionalism = 0 Accountability = 0 Value for Money = 0 Andrew the owner is the most discourteous and unprofessional of them all so clearly sets the example for all to follow. A most disgraceful, unpleasant, discourteous and repugnant set of individuals with abhorrent standards - to be avoided at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Easy to organise shipping with and a great price

Negative experience: They have no control or insurance whatsoever. Lost my car's key. €250 to replace. Basically you can get the same level of service using the cheapest shipping agent in UK and save yourself €500-600. Then in a local port just ask a fixer (<€100, there are few of them hanging around) to help you with the paperwork.
