Travelbag Winchester

Fantastic experience: Another seemless multi trip holiday booked through Travelbag. This time we went to Thailand with all transfers, taxi pick ups booked through Abby at the Winchester branch. Every thing went with out a hitch. Just what you need when you are tired from all that travelling. Perfect Holiday and good resort choices. We will definitely use Travelbag again. 5 stars

Negative experience: I never even got to discuss my requirements with Travelbag as after holding on the phone for 10 minutes listening to bad music and how much they cared, I gave up. No company should care so little as not to answer the phone, but sadly many big companies do this.

Negative experience: I called your office and told them what I wanted. I was told someone would call me back within 2 days. A week later, no phone call back, so very disappointed.
