Fantastic experience: Been with stagecoach 35 years up to now but we'll have to see wat the new year brings ???
Negative experience: Consistently unreliable. Miss multiple buses out in a row. Some come early and leave before you arrive. Some drivers understand how much the people need each bus and use that to be rude and patronising. There is nothing public about this service. It is a monopoly.

Fantastic experience: Not sure about the depot but I left my mobile on the bus. Phoned the mobile when I realized and the driver had it. Arranged to meet st the depot. Got the phone back. Great driver. Overall a very positive outcome.

Fantastic experience: Love stage coach drivers by far the most upbeat and easy to deal with. If you lose an item then it's a simple responsive system that allows you to get it back. A*** from me xoxo

Fantastic experience: Convenient place to get you around via bus. Found the Stagecoach buses the best always regular and the drivers are really helpful and always give good advice about bus timetables and Stagecoach service in general. Tip just get an all day Stagecoach pass excellent value for money.

Positive experience: Friendly staff ,not to hard to find however bitfar from the city centre to get to if claiming back list property but still lots of regular buses go past there so not to many problems, even if reception is shut friendly staff do help with any issues regarding lost property

Negative experience: I'm not happy at all Transport for Greater Manchester. I was written I lot of letters to Stagecoach about bus late/absent or when, come couples/triples same buses, going together one by one!!! And then when whey but BUS NOT IN SERVICE?? Bus 11 and 43 are leaders in late/ coming one after one. Last my travel was a hell! I was waiting 43 from Oxford 20 min it late. Then come it was full of shouting kids and with 3 buggy. A was with luagguge and there wasn't space to step!! And this bus going to arport!!! My wondering was then I finaly get out of this hell, and saw one more 43 bus coming after my bus -EMPTY!!!EMPTY!!!! It's biggest stupid what I saw i my life!!!

Negative experience: I was very disappointed to discover that there was no bus service on the 85 route this evening the 1st November 2016. I wasn't able to get to work as a result of this. I live in the Whalley Range area of Manchester, and having left my home at 17.50 to catch the 18.00 Service 85A from Withington Road/Burford Road, this service didn't show up. I subsequently made my way to Alexandra Road South in the hope that the 18.20 Service 85 from Alexandra Road South/Demesne Road would show, and having waited for well over an hour for a bus, I had to phone work and tell them that I wasn't able to sign in for duty as there were no buses running at all on the 85 route. Why was this the case? An explanation please....
Negative experience: 31.10.16 worst service than ever! 85 bus to chorlton (and picadilly) has cost me almost £30 in taxis today as I arrived at the bus stop this morning entering the city centre at 06:50 and waited until 07.25 still no 85 going my direction, resulting in a taxi to work at peak hours! Waiting to go home finishing 4.30pm to collect my child from daycare at 6pm waiting until 17:45 for an 85! 85A decides to show and doesn't go to my stop! Resulting in another £10+ taxi ride! I pay £13.50 per wee every week of the year to get myself to and from work and I find today's journey completely unacceptable and has left myself financially short before Christmas! I am absolutely disgusted and would like an explanation as to why this is a continuous problem with the 85 service and why I've spent the equivalent of TWO WEEKS passes on taxis to stop my son being last in daycare and an additional of £5 per 10 minutes late to collect and also get myself to my job that I was perfectly on time for before stagecoach decided to skip 4 busses if not more! I have proof of taxi payment and I expect stagecoach to sort this out I'm absolutely beyond furious.
