Negative experience: Worst company to deal with, full of lies. They are holding seats under my name and I am not allowed to book with any other companies. This is discussing!!

Positive experience: Overall a good experience with Southall Travel. I was skeptical as they were the only company that could get me a booking at the hotel I wanted, and at a reasonable price, however everything worked out perfectly! I was a little disgruntled at having to pay extra than initially quoted as apparently the initial room had been booked up by the time it came to confirmation however the upgrade was worth it in the end. Thank you Sammy.

Negative experience: Please ensure you do your research about this company. There are articles published. We were conned out of £2500 after calling this company. There is somebody who passes on your details to a fraudster who then says Southall travel will now discount your ticket. They already have all of your personal details and flight details. Clearly there is an inside person involved in this. Not a scam company but a good chance you WILL BE SCAMMED.

Fantastic experience: Overall 5* would recommend. We booked our honeymoon in the Maldives and they offered the best price around. 24/7 very fast response time customer service. Some small sticking points in communication with emails etc. but with one phone call was always sorted very quickly. We have recommended others to book their Maldives trip with them!

Negative experience: Terrible terrible agent seriously consider doing your research and arranging these things yourself - they rip you off big time with their prices and when in India especially - your expected to tip even the guides who I thought got paid by southhall travel ? End up spending all your money on tips and you can’t just give 100 rupees hell No ! They expect much more ! !! They owe me £1100 for making me spend extra on a flight I actually didnt need - when something goes wrong with your holiday expect southhall travel to have no clue what to do and they will probably just try and upsell you a more expensive flight if your stranded - that’s what happened to us - when a flight they organised for me was cancelled they cost me more money than I should have paid- and they took no responsibly as it’s not their money and all their agents just want to earn more commission - this company makes a tidy profit - I can see why - they overcharge you and then make you pay for flights under duress that are not necessary - then you don’t hear from them again - Nitin and Sanjay where the two useless agents who between them couldn’t get me a direct flight home when things went wrong and trust me if your using Vistara for any internal India flights - expect cancellations and complete incompetence at the airport- no one knows nothing and no one says anything ?’ Book direct with the airlines and do not use this company they are not cheap and they are useless in a crisis - AVOID AND SAVE - complete morons - also When you complain after your holiday - no one answers !!! Funny that. ! Desperate to get the sale but no customer service at all after - DO Not book your holiday with this company - thank me later .

Negative experience: We have been using South Travel for the last 20 years, always good service and good pricing. In the last few days we have interacted with them but didn't proceed because general prices were too high for Xmas time. That's fine, but what happens next is that we receive a call a few days later from someone pretending to be from Southall Travel saying there is a special fare. Long story short, we NEARLY got scammed out of £5,800 as someone pretending to be from them was giving us a more favourable fare with Air India via Whatsapp. It all felt so genuine and I'm not one to be scammed easily. Only because the communication was initially with my wife before I took over the call and even it almost convinced me. We have not called ANY other travel agent by phone. Someone at Southall Travel is passing on our personal details to someone outside of these Indian call centres to scamming companies. SOUTHALL TRAVEL HAS GOT TO SORT THIS OUT, WE WERE TOLD TODAY BY THEIR AGENT THAT THEY HAVE OVER 1000 emnployees and it is difficult for them to police. I'm not trusting of most Indian call centres unfortunately, despite being of Indian origin myself. These scammers are becoming more crafty. Southall Tavel you need to sort out this out.

Negative experience: Worse experience. They will speak nicely when u want to book a ticket and will say we are charging you for peace of mind but when you call them that your flight delayed or cancelled they become rude. My flight delayed and that effect the transit time I called and the customer service person said cancel the flight and booked somewhere else bcz they know you don’t have choice now and when i ask for compensation he said let me cancel your flight.

Negative experience: Booked flights to Cape Town at the beginning of the year for Christmas. our flights were cancelled in September and we are STILL waiting for our money to be refunded. They just blame the airline and say there's nothing they can do. Luckily we were able to pay for alternative flights with another company but if we didn’t have additional funds we would not of been able to travel. DONT BOOK WITH THEM

Negative experience: If you book with this agency, you’ll lose your money and risk ruining your trip. Samrat was aggressive, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. His poor communication made everything worse. Avoid them at all costs—book with someone else who actually knows how to provide good service. Do not book Southall travel at any cost!!!

Negative experience: How come most of their 5 stars reviews only those people done those have a single or just couple of previous reviews that’s kind of alarming sign. Before the money is not into southall travel they treat you like kings and queens but as soon as the money into their pocket they treat you bad so careful.

Negative experience: Avoid… if you make an online enquiry you’ll receive a response from a fictitious member of staff who will give you a wonder quote , but when you proceed the fare increases. Also as we spoke to southall travel we had a WhatsApp’s call from max who was under the business of myticket and travel trolley so beware they operate under various business names

Negative experience: You need to steer the conversation with ST, as they will not advise you with knowledge. They will save you money, but unless you DEFINE EXACTLY what is required, they will steer you incorrectly. I had one stipulation, and although they claimed all would be fine, it wasn't, it was far from fine. Never again!

Negative experience: Appalling! My Dad had to cancel his flights as was taken into hospital with a heart condition and now currently waiting on surgery so was advised not to travel. He understood that he lost his deposit but come on at least send him his cancelled invoice! All he’s asked for is this and you’ve made him call and chase for it nearly every day for the past 2 weeks! Disgraceful, you do realise that stress doesn’t help a heart condition. As usual southall travel very quick to take money but that’s it! No after service whatsoever! Very unprofessional

Negative experience: Very disappointed with Southall travels. Their customer service is only good until they got the money. After that they not available. When we booked for four us, we made it clear we would like to sit together and booked us seats in three different raws. My husband spent almost two hours on the day of travel to try to rebook the seats. They charged us £185 twice and promised they would refund this after our holidays. After we came back from holiday, we reached out to them several times, but they said are looking into this and would call us back or the person who is dealing with this is on holiday etc. They never came back to us nor refunded the money. I will never book with Southall Travels.

To change the date on the Virgin Atlantic was very costly and he found a cancellation on an Air India flight which enabled me to travel back to the UK on an earlier flight and it was half the price

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with Southall Travel. I booked my trip through Patricia, and our transfer took us to the wrong hotel, wasting an entire day of our vacation. For the price we were paying, every minute counts, and it was incredibly frustrating to lose that time. To make matters worse, there was no compensation offered for their mistake. I expected better service from a travel agency and cannot recommend Southall Travel based on my experience.

Negative experience: Wish I could give zero star, Firstly I didn't know why they stop showing air fares on website and only suggest customer to call, secondly I checked on other platforms website for the fare the flight I wanted to fly, than just to double check I called Southall to see what they offer for the same flight, I was shocked they offered nearly £400 more per person for the same flight and same schedule other online platform offering. I ended the call , a minute later sane agent from Southall travel called me to offer couple of hundred less for the same flight, again it was way more expensive than the fare I was checking elsewhere, finally I booked the flight with another provider far cheaper than what Southall offering for the same flight. Conclusion is dont just call Southall and book, check with their competeter for what they offer and you definitely get cheaper deal. Now I understand why Southall no longer showing fares on their website with flexible dates.

And once I called them for the chance of my ticket, they started saying that there will be a penalty and all. The change of ticket cost was even higher than the actual ticket price. All individuals want something different he was able to deal with every individual and accommodate every request of ours. He also understood my personal circumstances considering my new born baby’s first birthday is close by our travel dates. Negative experience: I recently visited Southall Travel to inquire about visa services for a family member. Initially, I was informed that they do not provide visa services. However, moments later, the same representative, a woman wearing a hijab, mentioned that visas could be arranged but would require booking a package holiday through their agency. Feeling misled by the inconsistent information, I questioned this change in stance, which led to an uncomfortable interaction. After reflecting on this experience and reading similar accounts from others, I have concerns about the transparency and practices of this company. I urge anyone considering their services to proceed with caution. I am contemplating whether to report this matter to the appropriate regulatory bodies for further review. Transparency and customer trust should be paramount in travel services.

Negative experience: Scammers and con artists! They demand you put a deposit down but won’t refund you it even when the holiday is cancelled 4 months in advance of the departure day! There t & c’s on there website are different to what’s on there invoices! They will steal your money! Do not use this travel agent!

Negative experience: Very bad Service.First we traveling to Dubai call them we confirm and guy doesn't send confirmation then we call again and we spoke with another person. We book again every thing (half border) thay take payment as well after 5 hours tha call and told the hotel which we want is not available he give as other chip holiday with bed and breakfast only.
