Negative experience: We have been using South Travel for the last 20 years, always good service and good pricing. In the last few days we have interacted with them but didn't proceed because general prices were too high for Xmas time. That's fine, but what happens next is that we receive a call a few days later from someone pretending to be from Southall Travel saying there is a special fare. Long story short, we NEARLY got scammed out of £5,800 as someone pretending to be from them was giving us a more favourable fare with Air India via Whatsapp. It all felt so genuine and I'm not one to be scammed easily. Only because the communication was initially with my wife before I took over the call and even it almost convinced me. We have not called ANY other travel agent by phone. Someone at Southall Travel is passing on our personal details to someone outside of these Indian call centres to scamming companies. SOUTHALL TRAVEL HAS GOT TO SORT THIS OUT, WE WERE TOLD TODAY BY THEIR AGENT THAT THEY HAVE OVER 1000 emnployees and it is difficult for them to police. I'm not trusting of most Indian call centres unfortunately, despite being of Indian origin myself. These scammers are becoming more crafty. Southall Tavel you need to sort out this out.

Negative experience: Appalling! My Dad had to cancel his flights as was taken into hospital with a heart condition and now currently waiting on surgery so was advised not to travel. He understood that he lost his deposit but come on at least send him his cancelled invoice! All he’s asked for is this and you’ve made him call and chase for it nearly every day for the past 2 weeks! Negative experience: Very disappointed with Southall travels. Their customer service is only good until they got the money. After that they not available. When we booked for four us, we made it clear we would like to sit together and booked us seats in three different raws. My husband spent almost two hours on the day of travel to try to rebook the seats. They charged us £185 twice and promised they would refund this after our holidays. After we came back from holiday, we reached out to them several times, but they said are looking into this and would call us back or the person who is dealing with this is on holiday etc. They never came back to us nor refunded the money. Negative experience: Wish I could give zero star, Firstly I didn't know why they stop showing air fares on website and only suggest customer to call, secondly I checked on other platforms website for the fare the flight I wanted to fly, than just to double check I called Southall to see what they offer for the same flight, I was shocked they offered nearly £400 more per person for the same flight and same schedule other online platform offering. I ended the call , a minute later sane agent from Southall travel called me to offer couple of hundred less for the same flight, again it was way more expensive than the fare I was checking elsewhere, finally I booked the flight with another provider far cheaper than what Southall offering for the same flight. Conclusion is dont just call Southall and book, check with their competeter for what they offer and you definitely get cheaper deal.
