Fantastic experience: It was a very smooth and memorable umrah experience thanks to Mr Asif who provided us with excellent accommodation close to the haram in both mecca and medina. Everything was taken care of by him including visas, hotel vouchers, bags, ziyarats and so much more. I can't thank him enough. Negative experience: Avoid ASIF AND HIS COMPANY JK TRAVEL Eats money from our insurance whilst we went to do umrah Been 2 years but he owes us over £1k we will never forgive this man He does Hajj and Umrah frequently but still wont change we used him for a long time but he has disappointed us this time He ate money from one of my late family members and they were not happy with him and said they are never going to forgive him for what he has done

Negative experience: Please avoid booking ummra with this agent. He goes back and fourth on his word. Worse experience ever. The group leader does not care about the group. Has not helped. Messed my package up. Ziyaart was suppose to be 4 to 5 hour but it took only 2 and half hours. The group leader at first nowhere to be seen. This my was my first time doing Ummra. Had very terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: ﷽ Alhamdulillah, after recently returning from the blessed lands, I must state I am amazed at the services offered by JK travel. From the beginning, Sufi Asif sahib had handed us shoe sacks and had invited us to the seminar which was to take place in the upcoming weeks. A day before the seminar, a text message was delivered, ensuring I was aware of the upcoming event. The seminar was jam packed with lots of information and was very insightful. The seminar consisted of an ihram tutorial, the history of Makkah, what to pack and much more! After the seminar, an opportunity was given to ask any questions which was really helpful. The morning we set off we had loaded up the coach and had began our journey. Throughout our journey, our tour guide, Hafiz Aftab sahib had offered his help whenever required. In Istanbul, we had tied our ihram and Qibla Hafiz Sahib had offered his support whenever required. At Jeddah, the group did not set off until everyone was present. The hotel in Makkah sharif was tremendous and included breakfast in the morning. The hotel was not too far from the Haram making it easy for us. During the Umrah, Hafiz sahib had thoroughly explained each ritual and emphasised its significance. This trip had also consisted of Ziyaraat which were carefully explained. After suggesting to Hafiz Sahib, about a trip to the blessed lands of Taif, Hafiz sahib had taken this on board and had planned this trip. Wonderful views at this amazing landmark! Unfortunately, our stay in Makkah Sharif had come to an end and we had began our journey towards Madina Tul Munawara sharif. As our rooms were assigned to us, we had noticed that our rooms were inaccessible due to having a wheelchair with us. We had notified Hafiz sahib and they had made an immediate amendment. During the Ziyaraat, we had visited many historical landmarks such as Masjid Al-Quba, Masjid Al-Qiblatain, Uhud Sharif etc. A special day was planned for us to visit Badr Sharif. Throughout the day we visited Bir e Shifa and Masjid e Areesh. Unfortunately our time had come to an end and we headed towards the UK. At the airport we had noticed we had left something behind and Hafiz sahib had notified the hotel staff continuously until we had located the missing item. I would definitely recommend JK travel to those seeking an adventure of a lifetime. May Allah ﷻ bless all those behind JK travel and grant them the ability to continue doing what they do best. آمین ثم آمین یا رب العالمین

Negative experience: I recently travelled with JK and to say it was horrible is an understatement -the tour guide we travelled with, tried to rush our Umrah & made very sarcastic comments when I asked him to slow down due to my Mum being unwell - which led me to feel very upset as it was my first Umrah - he also then proceeded to not inform us of any Ziyarats and we had to find out from other people in our group. Overall the experience was not great at all - no organisation & no time keeping, always late for everything. I would not recommend travelling with them at all!

Having a comfortable hotel, a knowledgeable tour guide and reliable transportation really enhanced my overall expirence.

I can confirm the service is getting better and you have a choice of branded hotels My booking was last minute and Hajji Asif managed to arrange with in a day travel for 3 of us for umrah and then onwards to Pakistan inshallah on 04/2/4 Hotel were good standard We booked our bullet train to medina which was only £35 and as result stayed Makkah extra time and did additional umrah They also have at Harram Electric Mobility for the elderly for umrah you can book very easy one office is at bottom of long bridge near gate 66 Jabal Omar side Cost for full umrah on electric was around 115 riyal for single person of family member can not drive you can book yourself very good facilities

Negative experience: STAY FAR AWAY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Was told we were stayin at a 3* but got put in 1* in Makkah and Madina. Was told we were getting 5 beds in a room but only got 4 so the 5th had to share the room with the tour guide.No room service in hotels. Some bedsheets were stained and the rooms were crammed in general. Had no place to put clothes as the wadrobes were dirty. Poor communication aswell

Negative experience: LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!!!!!!! DON'T BOOK AT ALL! Will never recommend this company to anyone. Used them to book Umrah and have not been happy at all. Both hotels have been below adequate standard. Toilets are horrible, very rarely cleaned and falling apart. The bedrooms are small, crowded and smell. The towels weren't in the rooms which we then had to request. When they arrived they weren't washed and smelt foul. The Madina hotel was exactly the same condition and on top of that could not get contact with JK travel at all. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is my last time using this company. THE COMPANY JUST ROBS YOU BLIND AND WILL DECLINE ALL YOUR CALLS. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

Called to ask to why is says 235 instead on 237 he started telling me a story about extra changes. Completely confused me. Then said ok i have to go an put the phone down. Very unprofessional. Negative experience: Salaam. Couple of years ago I went through JK travels to preform hajj. I was sold a hajj package with 4 sharing. Upon arrival I was given a room with 6 sharing. Out of the 6, 4 were smokers. The tour guide Amjad, who was not from Jk travels but from Hamza travels in Dewsbury disappeared and we only saw him on rare occasions. Hotel in Makkah did not have enough lifts. Seemed as though it was overcrowded. It would be if there are 6 in a room. Would be a long wait for the lifts. Madina hotel was ok. Ziyarat’s were for only couple of hours, when they should have been at least half a day. I was told all the transport was included in the package, yet charged us extra for transport from Makkah to mina, before making us walk half the way and dropping us all off about a mile away from our tents. In Makkah we were charged for 10litres of zam zam water which we took with us to Madina but we were told at the airport we are only allowed to take 5 litres. The tour guide should have known this! Everyone had to leave their water at the airport and purchase 5 litre bottles at the airport. I did not complain to them as I thought you know what iv come for hajj and that is my priority. Thinking back now I should have complained as I had paid a lot of money for a service I didn’t receive. Them days have gone where it would count as a good deed to take pilgrims to the holy land. Its completely about the money. Plain business!! Overall I would say once they take your money, they don’t really care. Pay a bit extra and go elsewhere but before booking check reviews and feedback from other Haji’s. May Allah swt guide us all.

Negative experience: An incredibly unprofessional company, I asked for tickets to be booked from Manchester to Jeddah for Umrah in Ramadan. After a week had passed no tickets had been booked and the prices had become grossly inflated. I was then told the problem would be resolved and tickets were eventually booked however they gave me flights from Medina rather than Jeddah without even informing me. Incredibly disappointed and would not recommend using this company and I personally will be steering well away from them in future

Negative experience: A very unorganized company and disappointed with the outcome. Mainly by taking £700 of us which wasn't necessary and then taking our room in the 5 star hotel and chucking us in the 3 star. They do not even deserve the one star.
